FedEx is soooo much better. You cant ship on your UPS account at this location. Never have that problem at FedEx Office. And UPS stores close earlier than FedEx. Last time Im coming to a UPS.

I was denied service for not wearing a mask after Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has suspended all COVID-19 orders. I didn’t have one on me and they didn’t have one to offer me.I respected the mask mandate through out the year but now it is INHUMANE for UPS to keep forcing their employees to suffocate in their own toxic waste and force customers to do that too. This is also a violation of US Civil Rights Code Title 18, section 242 which allows me to sue the business if I had time and energy for this. I was already at the store, with no mask so for them to service me for the Amazon return would haven’t been less then 20 seconds of time.I will NOT be coming back to this location.Clearly it’s ran by unconscious entity that don’t honor human rights!

Unreal. You can’t make this stuff up. This location charged me $5 two print literally 2 sheets of paper from email. There was also an employee spraying RAID bug spray straight into the air for who knows what. I know all these locations are franchises but just stay say from this one . Can’t believe in 2021 you don’t have self print from email like fedex office does . Terrible

For over a year I have used this UPS store at least once a week. Every time I drop of my packages the associates are rude - it seems as if I’m bothering them by just dropping off my package. In one occasion an associate was visibly upset when I asked if she could help me after waiting 3 minutes while she gossiped with another associate. Overall - some of the associates are unhelpful and unpleasant.

I had to ship some things for work. It involved getting boxes, packaging the stuff, labeling and some other special instructions. Daneily took excellent care of me, I feel she went out of her way and gave me peace of mind. Great experience.

I had an item sent in December, it was so poorly pack coming crushed in hundreds of pieces. I sent it back to UPS store with the shipper when it arrived at our residence>. The box was so damaged it was apparent. I opened it in front of the UPS driver. She was mortified. Then I tried to resolve over the last five months with Danis the owner who should have her management title pulled that she had a check for me. Yet, she could not send the check to me even though it was on my credit card, my money and the vendor made no claim and screamed he had nothing to do with the shipping and packaging when confronted with the packing and shipping. Yet, they are returning the check to the vendor person. Dani is the most calchtrant,, difficult person with a sweet little voice and the meanest personality when trying to understand. Difficult and no I do not have my money! Ebay is no help in resolving like they identify they are when shipping with EBay

Customer service at the UPS stores is not something they are known for, but every time I go to one I sometimes question why it is not part of their reputation. Staff is always super nice and helpful and they never close early like FedEx locations do. #ups #unitedpackagingservice

I went to this location for a notary and to send some documents. Edgar helped me and he was a really pleasant easy guy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were answered. I had to come back again the next day because there were some issues with the documents that I needed to resend. I get Edgar again and again just really great customer service. Great location to do business!

This UPS store is very professionally runI I rented a mail- box at the very first,store (number one )at 5580 LaJolla California. Then called Mail boxes etc. I know what good service is, It is almost impossible to find good employees in Floridia..This Wilton Manors store has done just that!

Not a fan of this location. They failed to scan in a package I had dropped off near closing time and the package became forever lost ending with me losing out on weeks of my time and $330 in materials it took for me to build the item. Had to then rebuild and resend to a none to happy client. The young guy who took it from me even admitted to not scanning it in when I went to the store to see where it had disappeared to.

What un unfriendly bunch of people. I walked in and two ladys looked at me and not one greeted me. I said Good afternoon addressing them both. The one that eventually attended me still did not greet me but just said How can I help Damn it, if people are going to deal with public they should be friendlier. I blame the person hiring these people. Nepotism??? I guess so.

Very bad customer service. Went in to have paperwork bound and spiraled. Women huffed and puffed walked into the back to talk to the manager and came out to tell me she wouldn’t do it today! Unbelievable, especially seeing I called ahead. It literally takes fedex 5 minutes. Will not be returning to this location.

Jan 9 @3:20 pm EST. I walk in and start talking to the counter person. I explained i needed to ship something -not important. A person walks fro nthe outside and starts talking to him and he walks away without saying a word leaving me talking to myself. Very demeaning and disrespectful.

Trying to retrieve package, they have kids running the store with no manager on site. Who does that? Especially this time of the year. Got two different answers for the same question.Sure the sticker didnt have my name.But did you look at the box? Please leave the little kids at home .Or send them to to Chucky Cheese to work..You wont get my business.

The staff has always been nice and friendly. I went in to buy boxes to ship something today and they have raised the prices from 2.79as it shows online at the UPS store to 20.00 a box. That is price gouging! I will not be going back.

I went to drop a pre paid returning box quickly with a such big storm, it was raining, pouring hard, before I got there at 6:30 pm, try to make it before closing time.I got there and I didnt have a returning level because I was trying to see if they printed there .Once I got to the counter with a big box, the clerk, young men with a long pony tail hair asked me how He can help me, I said, I need to drop this box but I dont have the return printed and He answered that I need that, no other word from him, I asked if He has a printer and He told me to used the computer there, I couldnt sign into my gmail and I was stressed because it was close to 6:40 pm and they close at 7pm, I was trying to reset my password in my cell phone and when I finally got my email works, the internet went off, It was 6:53pm and I went to the counter, He wasnt doing nothing standing for 30 minutes, since no other customers were there other than me and said the internet wasnt working and He replied, it must got disconnected already, I picked up my big box and I left the Store waiting for the big storm pass thru, regardless, I got all wet without even dropping the box in the store.I decided to go to Office Depot to get my returning level printed and it took just 1 second to get it, I only had to sent my email to the address they gave me and the clerk printed for me to have the box ready to return the next day drop it again. I have been to this UPS store before and they printed for me the same way they did at Office depot.That young employee not only had and attitude, you can tell He doesnt like people and his job from the beginning, He saw me coming off my car getting all wet and then stressed try to get the return level before closed and dont even hesitate to help, as a manufacture, I believe He enjoys when people cant get their job done, horrible and shameful person.The next day another young short hair person took care of me, very attentive and good approach to people and nicely done quickly, five stars for this one.

Not sure if this is a store problem or something that UPS needs to fix in general. For some reason my package that was shipped from Ohio went to their center in lauderdhill. I dont know why it was sent to Jacksonville, back to Lauderhill to be then sent to this fort lauderdale location. After almost a day and a half of being in transit from Lauderhill to the actually store (which is a 30min drive, but i understand stops had to be made in between) I decided to go to the store and see whats going on. At arrival the store employee held the door closed for 10min. After which he finally tells me there scan system is down. Locks the door and closes up the shop. These is the 2nd time in a row having trouble with UPS. Your distribution center is horrible, your system is horrible and your employees are horrible!

We had to drop off a package with a preprinted UPS label on it but the counter attendant had a mask on BUT it was pulled down so she could breathe thru her nose, NOT ACCEPTABLE! The management should educate their staff on proper procedures during COVID-19.

Short version of my review: Theft, Fraud and Misrepresentation.Not words to be thrown around, but having tried to work with Kelvin at UPS store 2033 on Oakland Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale for the last three months, I stand by these words. Judge for yourself:When you pay for something, and you get nothing, thats misrepresentation at best, maybe even theft. Thats what happened to me when I paid some $300 for shipping insurance.When someone takes our money for a service, claims to have performed it, and then you find out they didnt, that sounds like fraud to me.After paying for the above mentioned insurance, I tried working with Kelvin for 3 months after my shipment arrived completely damaged. I sent him all the paper work. I called him more than 30 times in 3 months (I have all the call logged). I hardly ever got a call back. He never returned an email. But when I did get him on the phone, he kept telling me, Dont worry, Im working it. These things take time. By the second month, the story changed to UPS tells me the checks in the mail. A few weeks after getting more of the same, I called UPS. Straight up, they told me NO ONE FROM ANY UPS STORE HAS EVER FILED ANY CLAIM FOR YOUR SHIPMENT. And now, of course, its been more than 90 days, so they wont consider any claim. Wow.BBB claim filed. Court litigation pending. This place is terrible.Kelvins now working the Sunrise store (number 3200) as well. Beware.(Note to would be UPS freight shippers: though not written anywhere in your paperwork, UPS will not accept any claims for freight insurance from you, even though you bought UPS freight insurance through the store. You are forced to plead with the UPS store to submit the claim on your behalf. You can tell how well that works. Shame on UPS.)

There is a reason that this place has such a terrible rating. The guy with blue eyes and slicked back hair could not have been more rude, and had no interest in hearing what I had to say or trying to fix my problem. And they dont mean what they say when they write next day shipping. Better spend your money elsewhere.

I order a time sensitive package that was supposed to be delivered on a Friday afternoon and left instructions that if I wasnt there, to leave it at my neighbors house. First off, package apparently arrived at 7:30pm on that Friday was sent back to the shipping center where i was unable to pick it up until the next week day. Needless to say, I got into some trouble because that package was not on time.

I walk in and the woman asks for my phone number. I decline to give it to her. She genuinely looks confused that I would refuse, Its so I can look up your shipper information. I dont give out my phone number. How do you expect me to look up your information, with a condescension to it. Ill give you my name and address. At this point she gets rude with me and Ive had enough. As I am walking to the door she nastily says, Have a nice day. I am in the service business. If I ever treated a customer like this, Id be fired.3 miles away at Kinkos I got taken care of WITH RESPECT.

Was frustrated with my airline (spirit) charging a ton for a carry-on bag. Seriously, thats another review in the making. The UPS store on Oakland packed my bag lickety-split and when I mentioned that I had a UPS account the young man at the counter (Chris) happily handed me drawn directions to a very close UPS HUB. I was glad for the service and even though I could of had it packaged at the hub, I was glad to give them the business especially after reading the google reviews. Sometimes you have to give businesses a try yourself instead of blindly following internet reviews.

Wife purchased serving tray, had it shipped to louisville ky, when arrived, serving tray was broken, this was on June 24th 2016, cost of INS was, 63.34. UPS air freight calmed no responsibility, UPS store on OAKLAND BLVE, after numerous phone calls, over a period of 4 mounts.said a check was sent, in an attempted ploy to get myself to stop calling,we have never received a cent, cost of tray, $52.99 plus INS, $63.34, total of, $116.33 out of pocket. I will be contacting the BBB in FORT LAUDERDALE FL, THX

Went to store Saturday August 23 at 9:30. No one was there, although store was to open at 9am. Left at 9:45---terrible for a UPS store. Someone needs to be fired.
