I am genuinely hurt by this man and his motives. I am a mother of two, went into his car lot, with good money, for a nice car! I need something reliable, and something I would not have to worry about. Mike and I had a great conversation about church, and his Christian faith. The car he sold me was a lemon, and I have had issues every since. I now owe $8,000 on a car with no air, the engine was not the original, it has traction control issues, and I have put over $2,000 in it already! Just fyi, The name listed above, is not my name. I know the laws in Kentucky, and I will be taking action anyway I can. How can you look into my face and assure me that you are selling me a good vehicle? How can you be comfortable sleeping at night, knowing you did this? He cannot say he didn’t know. He knew!!

Mike said car was totally sound and had been checked out by his mechanic. Less than a month after buying a car there the car was in the shop TWICE. First of all the check engine light came on the same day I bought it and the alternator went out and had to be replaced then a few weeks later the check engine light came on again and I was told the engine would need to be replaced. Complete and total junk when the car hadnt even been driven very much. Please dont buy from this lot. Save your money and dont waste it here!

Met Mr. Wilson about a year ago has been great and like he says Im not selling you a car were building a friendship. For a used car salesman great guy and very honest about the vehicles history. I would and have recommended Mike Wilsons Used Car Sales to anyone.

I was even able to take it back in for a minor issue after delivery and they are taking care of it as well. I bought my 2015 Chevy Impala LTZ from Mike Wilson, and its the BEST and nicest car Ive ever had! I was treated like I was their only customer, and Juan set up all the fun stuff on the console for me before I left! Cant go wrong with Mike Wilson preowned cars!!!

I have to say the customer care is iffy at best. I never bought a car but I was interested and did test drive a couple. Cars on this lot are not inspected before they are put out. In one instance I found the previous owners checkbook another a used roll of chewing tobacco. Also the sales associate flat out lied to me, I asked if the pervious owner smoked he said no; and when I pointed out the ashes and cigarettes burns he blamed them on the mechanics. Also when I went to test drive the car a mile down the road the engine light came on and again the associate said it was because the mechanic and they must not have tightened the gas cap.. I honestly couldnt believe thats what he said. I never went back because honestly I just dont trust this dealership.

They told us they serviced our suv before we bought it but sold it to me with a plugged tire, multiple broken tire bolts, with the wrong spark plugs in it. The tires needed alignment, and the brake pads needed replaced. I dont think anything was inspected, it was dirty inside, and over the kbb value. They didnt have a police inspection done before they sold it to me for an out of state transfer so I had to do that myself to save the hour drive back up there. They had to have known about at least some of these issues. Now we need to replace the head gasket just over a year after we bought the car. I knew I should have spent the extra money and bought a newer suv from carmax because their service is fantastic, and now Im dumping tons of money into this vehicle.

They are very nice and professional. I will be buying a RV and Truck from them.

Great experience and I would recommend it to my friends.

***Update**If it wasnt bad enough about the horrible way this business is ran but the manager (son) had the nerve to find me on Facebook and tell me to leave their name out of my mouth on Google. This is just sad and hilarious at the same time. Heed my warning.*Original*Wish I had saw the review on google before I went myself. Heed mine and the other review warning. I went to purchase a secondary run around vehicle because my main car was getting too many miles. The car I bought worked fine when they showed me the car and let me try it out. Mr. Wilson had allowed his son and grandkids to use the vehicle a long time before I purchased it which showed by how dirty it was on the inside. He apologized and assured me the car I bought was good condition since his son and grand children used it. They stated because it was so dirty they would detail it and clean the inside for me and bring it to me later. The detail job alone should have been a warning. I found cheese puffs, moldy breadsticks, old Wendys fries and more in the back seat. I used a cleaner of my own to clean the leather seats and it was like they did not even touch them.So after cleaning it up in my drive way after they dropped it off before the evening was over the check engine light came on, the AC no longer worked and shortly after the power steering went out. I contacted them immediately the next day in which they stated that it couldnt be and they came and took it back to work on it. After 3 days they said it was fixed and when I drove away the second time I did not get a mile down the road and the vehicle completely locked up and did the same thing.Mr. Wilson was very rude to me about the issue and was obviously annoyed that I kept coming back. I ended up having to pay another $300 to Mr. Wilsons crooked business to fix the issues that was wrong with the vehicle and even after that I continue to have problems with the car to this day. Have tried to get rid of the vehicle due to all the issues but unfortunately Mr. Wilsons dealership had such a high mark up on the rubbish product he sold me that it lost half of its value that I bought it from him.Needless to say DO NOT deal with this place, you will regret every minute that you deal with this business. I hate to say that this is probably the worst experience I have ever had with car dealings and I have had quite a few car dealings.

Mike Wilsons business practices show utter disrespect for the consumer. We purchased a car from him and within 48 hrs it completely died and left us stranded on the road. We had it towed to the local dealer to be repaired who showed us paperwork proving that the issues were known prior. Mike Wilson refused to take the car back at the price they sold us since he now knew about the issues. This car is the whole reason I bought AAA because we had to have it towed over 6 times in a two week period. Finally he took the car back at a substantial loss to us but only if we could drive the car to him so he could resale it because he wasnt set up for such a loss. We also as the second part had to purchase a new car from him at a highly inflated price. The car we first bought within the first two weeks lost over $6000.00 in value and knowing these issues Mike Wilson wanted us to drive it so he could auction it to another unsuspecting victim. To paint a picture of what kind of inflated price the new car was it blue booked for $6,926 in excellent condition which it was not in and cost us $13,277 when it was all said and done.
