Ive only been here once. I needed some studs for a 6500 and none of the local auto placed could help. One told me just to try Napa truck parts, which Id never heard of. I drove over and got there at quarter till 5, worried they wouldnt help me because they were ready to close, and told the guy at the counter I needed studs. He didnt even ask what they were for, just took them in the back and came out a few minutes later with new ones. Was nice to find a place that didnt need to click through a hundred questions on the computer to find a part.

I came into the store today at about 4:45 p.m.. I stood in front of the counter while 3 men talked and nobody asked if I needed help. I went to the back and looked around for a while and could not find anything I was looking for. I asked a man for help and he said 1 second, but never came back to help me. After waiting around 10 minutes, I decided to leave. Upon leaving and walking to the front of the store all 3 men were sitting down laughing and talking and could have cared less that I walked out as they didnt even look up from their conversation as they didnt even look up as I walked out of the store. The man who had claimed he would help me was sitting there also staring at his cell phone. If you ever feel like having a shopping experience where the customer gets treated like they dont matter, then I highly recommend this place. Definitely the place to come if you feel like being ignored
