Im a little late in posting this-after holidays..Maureen was most friendly helpful in my lighting fixtures for new home! Great Showroom..Theres so many to choose! Found exactly what I wanted, it was taken down from display by next day for pickup..I shop local business, & will be back.

I went in to browse and the employees were very nice. They let you look on your own. They have a big selection of everything. A little on the pricey side. I enjoyed my experience.

Maureen at FergusonI do not normally take the time to write reviews but I felt it necessary to do so after the service my wife and I experienced recently at Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lightning Gallery in Winchester, Va. We are building our dream home, which has been a most stressful venture during a pandemic year. The anxiety of choosing something on a list of endless detailed decisions to be made, hoping it is a choice we will be happy with long after we finally see the product in place and our house is complete, is daunting. Maureen Alexander at Ferguson, was a breath of fresh air for us when it was time to choose fixtures and lighting. To us details are important and she was so knowledgeable, informative and eager to help find the style and look we were going for while keeping our budget in mind. At times we weren’t sure what style would look best but she guided us through the process with ease. We had to change a majority of items due to a certain brand of plumbing diverters being installed that were incompatible with the ones we originally had picked. Maureen handled our heightened stress among the pressure of closing timelines for order with ease and gentle care. We were worried for no reason. She found similar items around the same price and we walked away happy with those choices also.The construction process would be so pleasant if we encountered a “Maureen” at each design purchase step. She was truly amazing setting us at ease and one of the few positive experiences we have had during this experience.Thank you Maureen and thank you Ferguson in Winchester, Va for that. You have gained loyal customers and we will be back to shop when it’s time to finish our basement! Thank you!!!

I bought $3,800 in faucets, shower head etc for my new bathroom on 3/7/2021. 3/9/2021 I decided to change the faucets color so I went ahead and cancelled the order wich had not received..it was on transit so ferguson redirect the order back to them. Ok I needed to wait for them to receive the orders bef they could credit me the money. Understood, no problem, went ahead and bought a different set from them and paid the full amount.As today 5/10/2021 ferguson still doesnt return $2,866. They insist they credited to my bank but my bank has not receive the money. If you call them, they are rude and keep insisting they credited and is my bank problem...keep calling my bank NWcredit union and they have not receive it.I will not recommend this business, is terrible if they need to return your money.

Excellent selection of high quality products with great service. This is the only place to shop for serious high end products you cant find in those big box stores.

She is very knowledgeable and helpful, has accommodated all of our change requests with a smile, and has gone the extra distance to find out information for us pertaining to various products that we have selected. Brent, Marty,and Ethan that work counter sales are sone of the best employees I have come across in any business! They are always super polite and professional. They are knowledgeable and if they dont know something, they find someone that does know. If they dont have or carry a certain product, they help find it elsewhere even if it as a competitor. They go above and beyond! Today Brent and Marty loaded my pipe and boxes in the pouring down rain.! The sales associates are also wonderful and go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied! Rusty,Chad,Shawn,John,and more are all awesome at their job and also go well above and beyond as well! I bought pressure tanks from them in the past and found the same one for cheaper at lowes. They then proceeded to not only match,but beat lowes price and credited my card the cost difference ! They also always have free fresh coffee, all beef hot dogs, bottled waters, and an ice machine for customers! They also do promotions and giveaways all the time. This month there is a chance to win a 65 flat screen. Last month it was kayaks and fishing gear. They also have a free lunch once a month sponsored by one of their vendors!
