I highly recommend Andy from the Winchester store. He was extremely helpful and assisted us with a very quick transaction. Our new bed arrive on 29Sep21 and I am very excited.

The Sleep Number Representative found the sweet spot between providing information and selling the correct product. He let us find the bed the was the best value for us ... not up-sell us. This is the second Sleep Number bed my wife and I have bought. 1st 10-years were great ... expect the next 10-years will be the same with our new bed.

The salesman Andy was very knowledgeable. He provided all the aspects of all the beds we looked at and explained differences, add-ons and then showed us the sheets that would go to the bed we choose. We didnt feel any pressure to buy and that is different from many places you go now. I felt great about the whole experience and was happy with our experience at the store. We are looking forward to our new bed.

This is the second mattress weve purchased from this Sleep Number store. Our visit this time was amazing. The sales person, David, was very sweet, answered our questions, and guided us to the best bed for our needs for the best price and without being pushy. We went in there planning on a major upgrade from our classic one (which is now 13 years old!) and left feeling pleased with the results. I am eager for our new king size, individually adjustable both in number and in moving the head and feet, and with a nice pressure point relieving pad bed to be delivered.

Andy did a fantastic job Friday night. After his co worker left for the evening, Andy was bombarded with 3-4 different families at once. He did a great job with assisting everyone in a timely manner and he was very helpful to everyone.

I have been sleeping on a sleep number bed for about 10 years or more. After seeing the commercials for the new SleepIQ I had to try it along with the memory foam topper. I was amazed. My sleep number dropped 10 points! To get an adjustable bed as well was the icing on the proverbial cake. I know I will love my new sleep number adjustable bed.

Quality bed at a reasonable price. The sales people are helpful but not pushy. I went back and forth a few times before purchasing and never felt any pressure. Thanks!

Salesman was very informative and not high pressure. Although i spent a large sum of money for a mattress, I feel like I made the right decision. Time will tell.

We had a superb experience at the Winchester stor . Dave is an excellent salesperson who is very knowledgable. Not a pushy salesperson, but rather patient and accommodating.

We have been thinking about a sleep number bed for a while now. We went in the store at Apple Blossom Mall and was greeted by Dave. Dave listen to our complaints about our current bed, then Dave showed us the the SleepIQ bed p5. We had a lot of misconceptions about beds and how they should be. After Dave helped us find our SleepIQ number we were sold on the bed. Especially since he sent us home to sleep on our bed again after sleeping on the sleep number bed. I would definitely go and try out there beds and decide for yourself if you’re worth a good night sleep.
