Nice clean building supplies

In 2014, my contractor used Mid South Building for my cabinets and counter top. The quality was excellent. When I went back about a year later to purchase additional knobs they found my file and I was able to purchase the same knobs. Here I am 3 years later in a different house and I want to purchase the same granite they installed for me. Kevin was able to find my order and send me the name of the granite. All the people I have worked with have been awesome.

This team at Midsouth is simply fantastic. I walk the talk and refer this company to my customers all the time. Their level of knowledge, installation and customization expertise far exceeds any local building supply company - period. Forget the Lowes and Home Depots - they pale in comparison to Kevins team at Mid South.

I have bought cabinets here a few times and a counter top once. I have also had clients buy cabinets from the big guys in town and MidSouth is much better for a few reasons. 1) They have never messed up with my order. The cuts are perfect. Thank goodness. Waiting for a reship is a nightmare. 2)This is all they do, so they know it better. 3) The service is great. They actually care to make sure I get what I really want and need. They dont oversell and I tell them that I am very PRICE SENSITIVE. 4) They gave me free delivery. 5) Their quotes are free and very nice to visualize the layout for even a layman property owner. I would recommend them to my family and I actually have sent two friends to them.

My Wife and I stopped in to get prices on composite decking. We were totally ignored by the two men at the desk. We walked around and polite gentlemen said he would find someone to help us but then he disappeared. We waited for another 15 minutes and decided to leave. I have no idea why they have a show room when there are no competent people there. We went to Frogales and we were helped immediately.

We tried to buy several items from Midsouth in Winchester for our new custom home in Winvhester, VA. After dealing with Kevin and Brian on multiple occasions, no one ever followed through with a quote for our kitchen. After asking if there was something we did wrong, I was assured by Brian that he simply dropped the ball and would love the chance to help us. Again, nothing. Needless to say, we bought our windows, cabinents and siding from another company. Such a strange experience!
