A big THANK YOU to Stephanie Vaughan for the excellent instruction she provides at the deep water exercise class at Lake Holiday. I had never taken a deep water exercise class...Stephanie explained how the class would go and patiently answered all my questions. Her love for helping others is evident in how she teaches her class.

Stephanie is a great instructor! We are fortunate to have her leading us in water aerobics three times a week at Lake Holiday. Each hour-plus session (Stephanie is generous with her time) provides a tremendous workout. Highly recommended!!

I have been enjoying a Deep Water Aerobics taught by Stephanie at Lake Holiday for the past 5-6 summers. Stephanie is an excellent instructor who also make the class fun and changes our workout often. I just love the class, great exercise and so much fun! Stephanie is one of a kind!!

My kids had lessons for 2 summers with her and the experience was amazing. They had lessons through park and rec but my son just wasnt grasping the proper form to advance. She worked on his kicks while my daughter wanted to improve to join a team. The confidence and tips she gave them were great!
