Cool, eclectic gifts and great service!:)

Lovely merchandise however I always feel like I am being stalked if I take my time and look around. They were incredibly obvious today. Followed me from room to room and stared. This is the type of shop that is fun to browse. Was going to make purchase but felt so uncomfortable I just left.

Unique and different gifts but some of the prices can be high. Everyone is very friendly and they have nice gift wrap.

I had a similar bad experience with customer service. Took back an expensive (but sentimental) pair of earrings when they broke soon after purchase. They did not have a replacement in store, but said they would contact the company. They kept my earrings -- little did I know Id never see them again. They sent them to the company without notifying me and they could not be retrieved. When I returned a week later, I was told to pick out something else. I said, Ill just take my earrings back and have them repaired at a silversmith. Then they told me they were gone. When I was incredulous, they were very rude. The owner interceded, and she was ruder still. Acted like I was way out of line in my disappointment. I wont shop there again.

Large gift shop with lots a neat items. Friendly, helpful staff.

Loved it . I had lunch then when back to get this bag! It is such a lovely store and the staff is awesome.

If you are a person who cares about good customer service and being treated nicely as a customer then I would NOT shop here. The girl who helped me didnt say much of anything or ask me what she could do to help me. I asked her about the exchange policy and she said no we cant do that. I politely said, ok that is fine. When I was trying to explain what I needed she was not listening to me at all. She did not help me at all. I even had to ask about the sale that I knew was going on. This lady did not try to help or show me anything to help sales for this store. I walked out a little frustrated that I felt I was not being helped appropriately. I then came back and asked to speak to the manager. The manager who is the owner of the place gave me attitude and treated me as if I had a major problem. I said, I felt like I was not being listened to or properly welcomed and helped. The owner proceeded to tell me that I was upset about their return policy (which was NOT the case at all) and said that I could not get special treatment. In which I understood and told her I was expecting that because I did not have a receipt, I understand and not looking for special treatment. She then raised her arm and slapped her thigh and said then I dont know what I can help you with. The owner insisted that I was mad I couldnt return my bracelet when I was mad about customer service. They did not listen to me at all about the problem I had or offer me any other help. I am NEVER stepping foot in this store again. I suggest you not waste time and go there if you like to be treated with respect.

I found the owners to be very rude. I will not shop at Creekside Collectibles again. I suggest you save yourself the time and shop at a local business where the owners appreciate the customers and treat them with respect and courtesy.

I was disappointed that the Brighton display for purses was.way too small. I was ready to drop 300 bucks on a new one.
