Went in to either exchange or get some help with our pool punp. The girl there had no idea and wasnt of any help!!! Poor service

We wanted to update/replace our pool panel control system. This company charged us for coming to our home before they could give us suggestions and recommendations. We have called them back since then maybe 6 times or more, talked to the employees, left messages and they just wont call us back. Very unprofessional! On my last call I asked for my money back since I did not get the service requested. Stay away from them!

Blue Oasis and Amanda were awesome and so knowledgeable. We are new to owning a pool and hot tub! They helped us pick the right pool cover and installed perfectly! Amanda helped us chose the right Hot Spring Hot Tub for our family and was installed right on schedule!!! Amanda and her team have gone out of their way to help and educate us about water chemistry! We bought our magnificent hot tub from Amanda at Blue Oasis. It is probably the best thing Ive ever done for myself. We bought theFlair from the Limelight series. I absolutely LOVE getting in that hot water on a cold night.The team at Blue Oasis work with you to make sure everything is perfect with your initial setup and are there for you whenever you need them.

Wonderful family business with great people. We found Blue Oasis and were treated like family. They took the time to educate us on all options and made sure to find the right model for our household. There was no “high pressure” sales and felt very comfortable. Delivery and install went seamless. Once delivered they came out and gave a wonderful education on the upkeep of the spa. We are completely happy with the spa and are looking forward to having Blue Oasis and Hot Springs in our household for many years to come.

We visited the store today around 1pm and the staff basically ignored us. There was one other customer inside who was clearly not discussing anything business related. Even if it was a simple hello, I will be with you in a moment would have sufficed. We were interested in purchasing a new spa and wanted to buy local. We werent greeted at all or acknowledged for five minutes after which we walked out. Very disappointing!! I would expect more from a local Winchester business!

Went to Blue Oasis to ask about water treatment options for my hot tub. I was not satisfied with the service provided by another company. After testing a water sample I brought, Amanda accurately described the water problems I was experiencing, simply by seeing the current chemicals I was using. She quickly suggested alternatives. She was very pleasant, and advised I should call if I continued to have problems. I was very impressed.

Always friendly and always on time! Pool opening day is our favorite day of the year! Blue Oasis has a fantastic and knowledgeable staff and really work hard to help their customers no matter how big or small the concerns are. Highly recommend them for all your pool and spa needs!

I don’t write reviews; I just don’t. Never have. But I have got to speak up about this place, this incredible service, these extraordinary helpful and knowledgeable people. I inherited a gently used name brand hot tub and was SOOO overwhelmed at the prospect of cleaning it, managing it, being a first-time spa owner. Stopped in here after getting snarky “but did you buy it here?” attitude from other area spa stores. Amanda set my mind at ease immediately, was SO generous with her time and her knowledge, no issue whatsoever with the origins of my tub, and I KNOW she’s gonna be there for me and my next round of questions. Tremendous!!!!!

Its all about the service! Amanda and Brian are the best. They went over and beyond to make sure our hot tub was delivered and ready for a Christmas celebration. Amanda came to our house 2 days before Christmas, to give us a personal tutorial about our new spa. Our family and friends had a wonderful time in our beautiful Hotsprings tub, and were looking forward to years of enjoyment. We will recommend Blue Oasis to everyone. Contacted them in April as I knew I needed a new motor, they responded to me phone calls and email, but strung me along until late May said sorry but we cant come out until July.....why waste my time (time I could have booked another contractor) if they didnt have time for the work....and this is the EXACT reason I called them in April to avoid a pool thats not open with a houseful of kids....NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!

Blue Oasis installed a pool liner for us, and were quick, efficient, and answered all of our questions. They clearly know their stuff, and I would absolutely trust them with our pool again in the future.

I could not have asked for better service!! Brian at Daves Pool and Spa is extremely knowledgable and the price was more than fair, especially for ALL the things this guy did for us! Every year we would dread opening our pool, replacing filter sand and hoses, and last year we did not winterize out pool one bit. It sits directly under a black walnut tree and we thought the whole thing was unsalvagable. In the matter of a few hours, we had the pool we Always wanted! The next day, Brian returned, changed the filter sand and replaced the hoses, all with a smile and kind words. His wife, Amanda, works in the store, and she is professional and courteous and very helpful, no matter what your needs!! We need never dread the Memorial Day weekend start up again!! Thank You guys So Much!!!

Blue Oasis came to my house on July 4th for a repair to honor a manufacturers warranty on a spa they didnt even sell! I was impressed with their knowledge of my tub system and how they efficiently identified and fixed the leak. I went to their showroom the next day to stock up on water treatments and they had everything I needed at prices comparable to or better than the internet.
