I am going on a motorcycle trip through Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee next week. But I smashed my left hard pannier beyond repair. I found the Tusks Pilot soft bags for a fraction of the cost and weight of my old hard pans. Called Dual Sports Armory about my predicament. They message me back and said theyre going to get it sent right out.Three days later the bags where on my front porch! These guys rock!! Going to install them tonight. Plenty of time before my trip starts. Thank you!

Just returning some dirt bike tires our neighbor received from them, but he did not order the tires. They thought perhaps were ours. We did not order them either, so i contacted them and returned the tires. And yes they send us a shipping label and arranged pickup.

I brought my bike here for some simple suspension service. It is a 1980s Honda CB (not a dual sport by any definition), but the owner performed the service quickly and professionally, and he even taught me a couple things about the bike. He is great to work with. I will come back for future service.

I got my crf250x Suspension dialed up and my Carb jetted. Owner is a great guy and super down to earth. Fair prices and overwhelming knowledge. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. His shop is tucked away off the main road a bit, however defiantly worth the drive or shipment to get quality work. I live in Northern VA and the shops that are closest to me are a joke. High prices and the mechanics dont give you the time of day. I am somewhat new to the cycle world so learning is important to me. I like doing the little things like changing tires and keeping the bike maintenance up, however its nice to learn the more complex things from someone with knowledge so i can give it a whirl the next go round. Allen took his time explained what he did and gave me some pointers for future service to the bike.Keep it up Allen, thanks again.

Ive been using DSA for a while, and I am always pleased. Allen (the owner) is a veritable font of knowledge, and hes willing to help you help yourself - not just if youre paying him. His prices are very reasonable, and the work is always top notch. DSA rocks.
