Friendly team and great first experience. My teenage son was quoted $600 for brake repairs at another shop in town. I told him to get a 2nd opinion and he brought it here based on feedback from others.Here, they told him his brakes were fine. He paid for the diagnosis ($30 I think) and came home.Ive scheduled alignment here for my car and I expect everything will go great.

Called with a leaking tire. They told me to bring it in. It was in the shop being worked on within 7 minutes! Fantastic work! No doubt my first stop for my tire issues.

In September 2021 I phoned for a quote on replacing my break pads. I was quoted a price. I took my car to Quality Automotive and they installed four new break pads. The price was the same as the price that they quoted. So far, the new break pads are performing well. I am pleased with the service.

Took my Jeep Wrangler to diagnose a possible fluid leak. Not a breakdown situation, and was able to make an appointment that was convenient for me. Dropped off first thing, received friendly greeting, and had a call back from Cole before lunch. In short, they didn’t find an active problem and didn’t ring me up with any expensive diagnostic fees, etc. So, while I can’t speak yet to the quality of a repair, I can speak to their honesty and integrity. I will definitely return the next time I have an auto repair need.

I needed rear tires on my car, called up talked to Cole and he was able to get my tires in and on my car the next day. A week later needed my front tires changed. Same deal in and on the next day. Super quick putting them on and GREAT customer service. Highly recommend these guys if you need anything done to your car!

Quality Tire is the only place that I will take my vehicles to from here on out. When my radiator, serpentine belt, exhaust manifold, and thermostat all went out at the same time Cole Shook took it in after hours and told me he would get it back to me as soon as possible. When he called for me to pick it up (only 3 days later), he explained everything and didnt talk down to me (like most shops do women). I then paid a great price for even greater work.

If you wonder where honesty, integrity and good workmanship can be found in todays world you have found the right place.When I took my F15 in for fuel pump problemsI said fix it. My jaw dropped when they called 2 days later and said that it was only a fuse problem, not the fuel pump.They could have easily said they changed the fuel pump and charged me 5x what they charged for the repairs.If you want quality work and that honesty everyone searches for then have the sense to recognize it when you see it, and you will see it with Quality Tire and Auto. They will get all of my work from now on, period.

These guys are awesome. The time frame they gave, they meet or better. They are affordable and amazing with their service, I would recommend if your having any type of car trouble take it to them, and they will work with you on your payment as long as you’re honest.

I hurts when people tell you the unpleasant truth that your car needs some serious repair work and its going to cost you lots of money. Dont get mad at them. If you dont take care of your car it will leave you stranded. Quality Tire continues to take care of my fleet of vehicles (5 in total), and they will continue because they care about their customers and tell you what is needed and what is not. They try not to sugar coat things so that you know exactly where you stand with your valued vehicle. Other places try to fix things that are not broken, then charge arms and legs for their repair work, then all they did was to piece it back together and then blame you in the process. Quality Tire fixes things right the first time. If for some reason they can not work on a specific thing they will tell you upfront. They will also suggest a place that might be able to help you. Why chase all around Winder for a repair shop because of $5.00 difference at a cute rate place and get cute rate work. Quality Tire is awesome.

These guys put in a replacement transmission for me. Not only did they give me a good price, they did some additional work, which I needed, without charging for labor. They said it would not cost extra because everything was already disassembled anyway.This is my second excellent experience dealing with them. I chose them to do this major work because I felt I could trust them, and was not disappointed. I knew this job would take a while, but am very pleased with the result. They are very honest and do great work.

Not only were they able to make my repairs at a fraction of what the dealership was charging, they were able to finish repairs before my lunch. Ken and staff were excellent in keeping me updated on progress of repair. If I have any issues they can fix, I will return for their service. Great shop!!

Charged $80+ for an oil change for a medium sized v6. Advised to begin with it would be $50~60 and claimed because it took an extra quart there was an upcharge. Basically I paid for a 2nd 5 quart and only got one quart out of it. The rest was probably sold a second time to another customer. Way to rip off your first time and last time customer. Sticker only has mileage for next oil change, the areas where it says oil type, filter and other information was left blank so I have no idea what they even put in my car, brand or otherwise. Very lazy and shade tree service. They seem to depend on ignorant customers to rip off.

Wretched customer service, and even worse mechanical work. Extremely poor quality control. They claim to stand by their work, but wont even stay open 30min on a Saturday to accommodate a customer in order to fix their own mistake and negligence (with 3 hrs notice), despite extenuating circumstances.Owners son actually made claims that he couldnt keep 1099 employees late from their families - as if that was either legally true or even in-line with common sense business.You can expect excuses, attempts at blame shifting, and even insults should you ask for basic customer service. Never again. Take your vehicle elsewhere.

Had to let everyone Know what an amazing local Business we are blessed to have in Winder purchased a mercedes s550 and gttgad no Wheel sensors Gravity Autos was great about it and to prevent the long drive back to marietta they contacted quality Tire here in winder..didnt have key to my locking luis so had to run tmtatgdmp mercedes to have regular lugs installed and they quoted over two Hundred dollars per Wheel for sensors plus INSTALLATION so over a grand probably went right back..had sensors put on at quality Tire..they had the newest computer equipment needed to Program my Cars computers to sensors..which is not easy or common with the s class mercedes and all in a matter of minutes for only $252.00 they treated me like Family great great experience and saved over $800.00 so glad to have such a well run ..friendly...and helpful local Business here thanks everyone at Quality Tire

Really bad mechanics and manager. Went to the Toyota dealership after them cause my timing belt wore down when I only drove 20 miles then tore almost in half after driving for 1,000 miles. Quality Tire & Automotive said I had a bad pulley, while the Toyota mechanics said Wrong timing belt and the belt was put on wrong. Waste of time and money, dont go to Quality Tire & Automotive.
