I went in on a whim. I had to replace one of the o-rings on my tank and cant find the replacements that came with it. Without planning on looking for one, I didnt have my vape on me. The employees were not only very friendly and extremely helpful but they went the extra mile and gave me 2 replacement o-rings. Super high praise for these guys!Look no further; good prices, diverse and expansive inventory, great staff, what else could a guy ask for?!I very rarely give 5 stars. This place blew me out of the water.

I came in here earlier this week and this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in any capacity. I explained to Amal that I just recently changed to vaping from cigarettes and didn’t know a lot. She took the time to show me different products, explain everything to me, and did it all with such kindness and genuine want to help. By far the best smoke shop I have been to that offers a variety of items. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They have every hookah flavor and the best disposables. They also have the coolest bongs and pipes for such low prices! Definitely will be going back there.

I don’t usually make reviews unless it is deserved and warranted, and this place definitely deserves some recognition. Amal (I believe the owner) was so cheerful and helpful with questions I had. I’ve been to places where you feel like an inconvenience if you have questions, and she was so awesome!! And the reason for the 5 stars is because of her genuine honesty. She easily could have had me buy a more expensive device but suggested a cheaper one she had based on what I was looking for and my needs. Now that right there is very uncommon nowadays, and I truly appreciated that. Great store, lots of products, and most importantly they are honest!
