Ed Swan was so helpful! He helped us get set up with a mattress and platform that we could take home immediately. Less than an hour set up from the time I started unloading the truck. I was able to assemble the platform by myself but two people would make it easier for sure.

I read the negative reviews, and shopped here anyway. We were in need of a bed set in a hurry. I was pleased and surprised, actually, to find a very clean, shipshape store with a good selection of all types of furniture and especially good quality mattresses at good, competitive prices. Paul served us with good explanations and a very pleasant demeanor.We bought a mattress and foundation and frame from him, and we will buy there again.An altogether pleasant experience!

The bottom line is the manager is a fraud. Hell tell you what ever he wants to persuade you to make a purchase. Hes a flat out liar and cant be trusted. I regret ever stepping into that store.We (the wife and I) went there looking for a flip mattress. The manager, Paul, told us they were no longer made unless we custom ordered it possibly from a place in Biddeford and it would be very pricey. Before going there, I had searched some online for them, came up with nothing, and decided it was time to ask an expert (someone in the business). This expert repeatedly lied to us to win our sale. One big lie was his statement on the return policy. He told us if we didnt like the mattress we could return it until we found one that worked. When I went back looking for a replacement he changed his story saying we had one chance to exchange then we were out of luck. Before returning I also saw a TV advertisement from the manufacturer in Biddeford that makes all sorts of flip mattresses. They are Maine made and standard (not custom) product. The manager told me these mattresses were inferior to the ones he carries because he made the comparison and the springs were lower quality. That led me to realize that he once again lied about flip mattress availability as he said he knew all about their mattresses.One star is more that this store deserves!

Ordered and paid for my couch on 3/20/16 was told it would be delivered to the store on 4/12/16. I called to check on the order on 4/5/16 and the woman I spoke with had no idea about my order. couldnt find it in the system. she called my husband back and gave info on my mothers order not mine. She then said oh yes it will be in on 4/12/16. I called back the next day and spoke with Paul he assured me it would be in, However I got a call on the 11th and he said it never shipped. Now they have my money and I have to wait another 3 wks for my couch. And all the can do is wave the delivery fee. This is the last time I do business with them. And I have been buying from them for yrs..

Found everything we needed at one stop. Our couch is our luxury cruise ship, bearing the family through lifes ever-changing seas.

I bought a mattress with 100 day guarantees. When I had a problem they came up with another fee to exchange. Not very happy with this story
