I was waiting to purchase some off the shelf items with only one person at the registers and already helping a customer. A second person came out did not even look at me and went into the back area. I put my stuff back on the shelves and left. I went to Advance Auto where they had everything I wanted for cheaper and had three people ready to help.

The staff needs to be trained . I drove from New Britain to this store to pick up some brakes pads. Available only in Windsor Locks store. Once at store some lady Elizabeth was helping me with my order, as she was talking to me, she was having a social conversation with another male employee. Let me tell you that what happens when you dont pay attention to your work. I got home and got the wrong brakes pads. wow. I drove back to the store, I explained to a young man the one that was socializing the the other employee that she have given me the wrong pads. When he checked the computer, I was given the wrong ones, because she picked from the shelve a different #. The young employee told me that he needs to trained the entire store. Sad, that I had to drive 40 mins 4 times due to an employee not doing her job right. It is not about being trained, it is about giving your full attention to your customers. simple and easy.

The lady was very rude and did not bother helping or making sure I was getting the right oil.

Always helpful I have a Mini Cooper S. If they dont have the part theyll get it. Theyll help woman check their engines are knowledgeable about how to check.codes and recommend whatever youre looking for

I forgot my glasses and couldnt read labels and descriptions of products. Staff was so nice to help me and even though it was embarrassing they made it comfortable. Some staff has limited knowledge but after some thought I figured excellent service considering not everyone is a auto mechanic. I away happy and prices are fair. Thank you so much for your service!

I was so happy just strolling through the store. Who dont love auto parts?? I wanted so bad to go behind the counter and look at all the throttle positioning sensors but they wont let you see all the cool stuff, however I could see a few Mazda keychains. Wow what a day.!!!!

This is my go-to spot for my basic vehicle & small engine needs. I can almost always find at least one staff member that I know is reliable and knowledgeable. Unfortunately there seems to be a lot of others that come & go through there. But 90% of the time I leave with the parts and knowledge I needed. Thats pretty good.

It seems they dont hire people there with common sense. A simple return took forever. Not the first time. 7/1/19 @ 8pm

Good customer service. Informed me of the current products on sale and offered a similar product that I was looking for, for a better price. Also they were open on Presidents day so that was convenient.

I was a regular customer but there’s two guys that they don’t know anything about cars plus they don’t like to help you we have to give the right part name otherwise they not even try to find it so I change to Napa they help you and they r nice to you

Im a bit of a regular here. Brian and I think Mike? with a beard always helps me out. Only had one issue and they gave me a new part instantly. Plus they take my old oil- FOR FREEEE

Horrible customer service in person and I hope you never have to call in for anything you will be sitting on the phone for a minimum of 30 minutes. Corporate needs to work on this.

Brad hooked I up with a battery and install...Had I back on the road and up and running in 15 min. Very appreciative for I service at Auto Zone 😊

Friendly staff, good amount of parts, a tad expensive on certain things like oil, filters, and other parts that can be purchased @ Walmart (for the brave who are willing to shop there) for a lot cheaper.
