Compared to other places in Windsor this auto parts store had really nice people who wanted to help. Not so common anymore !

June 2nd 2021Fort Collins Carhop sold me a vehicle with the battery not anchored. Windsor AutoZone employee Matt was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the situation, but got me the right parts for a good price! He then explained to me in detail what the issue was with my car and out the kindness of his heart put the little piece on my car so I didnt have to uber home with my baby.I am currently on my way to the shop! Its still running perfectly and because of Matt let me take a video of him and the problem the mechanics know exactly whats wrong. Talk about above and beyond excellent customer service.That man needs a raise! He made sure me and my baby got home safe and didnt break the bank. Best experience ever and will be back.

My truck was up on blocks with the oil drained out when I discovered that the new filter was damaged. The guys at autozone brought me a new filter right away!

Generally this store is great! Ive only had a handful of occurances when the team/individuals werent super helpful. 99% of the time, everyone here is great! They get really busy, and seem to be lacking a few team members, I dont think Ive been in the store and not had to wait in line while the autozoners were answering phones and helping customers in the store.

Good place to get parts. The employees are nice and willing to help when needed. Great rewards program when you spend more than 20$ each day visit after you have done that 5 times they give you 20$ off you next purchase. Got older cars and know your way around them? This is a good place to stretch your dollars.

I went in this evening and was helped by Corey. He was fantastic. He took a lot of time to help me and explain how my battery and alternator were working. Super friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be going back.

Wow! Cory is by far the most knowledgeable and friendly AutoZone Tech Ive ever met in my life. Hes got the knowledge of a 20 year master Tech and a passion for cars that sets him apart. I went in with some belt, power steering, alternator, and O2 sensor issues on Tuesday March 26th. Cory took on every problem one at a time and got me the exact product I needed and showed me how to fix it in literally a couple minutes! Whatever this man is getting paid AutoZone needs to double it... Seriously! Thank you AutoZone for hiring this guy.

I lived in windsor for 14 years. From my first car to the day I left, this place helped me whenever i needed it. They dont hire just anybody. These people are smart, well trained people and if they cant answer your question they will find someone who can. They are friendly and honestly care about you, your car and ultimately want you to have the most comfortable and safe ride possible. Miss them a lot because not all part stores are like them.

These guys are always so helpful and have great customer service. The past 5 times Ive gone there Ive seen one of their associates in the parking lot helping a customer. Its great to have a team like you in our community!

Weve used AutoZone many times in the past, but this most recent visit is the reason we will keep going there! My wife needed a brake light replacement and the were kind enough to help her out it in. During the process the light housing broke and they did not hesitate to cover it at their cost. We came back a few days later and they put the new part on. Great customer service!

Great help! I have a ford (fix or repair daily) fusion 2013 and still dont know whats wrong with it! But they came out helped me out after their closing hours and jaluo helped me after his work hours! Thanks man! Good dude and knows his stuff! 5 stars for him and auto zone for hiring great workers!

This was my favorite auto parts store in town for a long time. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. However, when management changed, the store changed as well. The new management is rude and short and the changes in staffing seemed like poor decisions to me. I liked it much better before the changes.

Quite literally the best experice I have ever had at an auto parts store. JT is the most helpful associate and a really great guy. I have now found the only auto parts store I will ever use!

I wish I could leave less than one star. If you shop at this Auto Zone you probably voted for Bernie... Went there to dump some oil and had a little water on the top of the covered pan... Dude was a total DBag and pretty much told me to just go dump it in a field.. Wish I knew his name but he’s some old geezer with gray hair with a bald spot the size of a cantaloupe short and fat.. That probably describes half the idiots that work there. Place is trash don’t shop there use Rock Auto instead. L O L

My car engine heated up so badly, and I was told by Jiffy Lube to go see one of the mechanics they referred me to (as it could be the thermostat or something), then I went to AutoZone here in Windsor, where one of the Managers (I forgot his name, Walt, I think?) suggested to take a look at my antifreeze first, which was pretty much low. He filled it up, and I ran my AC, up until today it never heats up again. So, yeah, Kudos to AutoZone. Especially to Walt (I hope Im right about his name here) for doing such a great job and being amazingly helpful to me. I saved money and time. Thank you!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great location but there was only one person in the store and I could not use cash! Credit only. He said there was no cash in the building to give change. And this was early in the evening around 5:45 to 6ish. Also the only person in the store was not very familiar with any vehicles. It was a challenge for him to get us the correct serpentine belt for the 2002 silverado.

You can order and pay online for pickup which made my life so easy.

This place is awsome!!!!! I have been with them thru the old great to the bad back to the great again they try everything to help and have always been there and there store dont smell like old grease either.

Higher prices than online, but a helpful, knowledgeable staff and most parts are in stock or available within a day.
