If I could give these guys ten stars I would. I called them at 8am with an unknown car issue. They got me in immediately, made sure to talk me through what they found on the spot and gave me their recommendations. They dropped me off at work, assured me the car would be ready at 5 and told me no fret if I was a few minutes late. Very knowledgable, professional and reasonably priced. They have a customer for life! Especially after I noticed they cleaned the incredibly dirty interior of my vehicle for me. I needed custom bushings installed in aluminum lower control arms for a performance suspension setup and they allowed me to explain exactly what was needed and took care of me incredibly efficiently!! They have top notch tools and equipment and will be taking care of my custom alignment when the car is back together!

Honest company. I told them to do 4 wheel brake job on my ford e-350 Thy advised me I did not need rear brakes as they were at 90%. Could of did them and i would of never known the difference. This is the first review I have every done.

Ok I have a 2013 Ram 1500. I took my car to Shifting gears to have them give me a quote to fix the ticking problem. They told me it was a manifold issue and they needed to replace the manifold and the problem was fixed I THOUGH but 200 miles later I was broken down on the highway got my truck towed to their shop. This was during the COVID issue I left 9 VMs, Facebook DM to the owners, numerous email to the owner but not response. So, I removed my car and took it to another mechanic and found out that the Manifold was never replaced in fact there was never a bolt install into the a portion of the driver side of the manifold come to find out why is because Shifting gears drilled out the old bolt during the repair never replace it with a new manifold bolt because my HEAD blew out. Come to find out they drilled the manifold hole not only crooked and made the hole larger penetrating the coolant passage and never put in a mollie coil in opening and just filled it with JB weld which blew out and ruined my driverside Head costing me over $2200 to replace. SO TO SUMMARIZE I PAID SHIFTING GEAR FOR A NEW MANIFOLD WHICH NEVER GOT REPLACE AND THE WORK THEY DID TRY TO DO DAMAGED THE HEAD IN THE PROCESS AND GOT STUCK ON THE HIGHWAY DUE TO BLOWN ENGINE HEAD.. SO I HAD TO PAY A NEW MECHANIC $2100 TO REPLACE THE HEAD. i HAVE PICTURE OF THE HEAD TO SHOW THE POOR WORK SHIFTING GEARS DID. I paid shifting gears over $800 for a new manifold which was never replaced and in the process they damage the head which needed to be replaced costing me an additional $2100. I have a picture of the ruined Hemi head showing crooked hole damaged hole etc. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I NEED A REFUND FOR THIS.

No on ever showed up...i sat for 30 minutes...

So i had a engine swap (rebuild) done at this shop. 9 months later the engine is having problems again tried to get ahold of the company to see if there was a warrenty, come to find out the bussiness closed it doors.. so now im fighting with my dealers extended warrenty trying to prove that the engine swap was done making it a new issue not a pre exsisting issue but i cant get a hold of anyone...... the people i worked with were nice to me let me take a look in their shop and chat so i guess thats a positive
