Greg and crews did an outstanding job. First he came to our previous home and went thru everything to be moved. Leaving us with peace of mind that the big stuff could be moved with ease. The day of everyone was prompt and courteous. Got the job done quickly. Then there was the out of state delivery. Couldn’t believe how quickly and efficiently they could unload that huge truck. Everything put away. No hassles.Would highly recommend this business.

So fast, so careful, so professional. Such a great crew to work with. I moved from a 3 story apartment in Windsor to a house and was nervous moving large items down the stairs. They came the day before, scoped our their plan, and arrived on time Saturday morning with 3 men. Started at 8am and was completely moved in by 10:20am!

We are so glad that we chose Hansens Moving for our mom. She moved from a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with 2 car garage in Roseville down to a single bedroom apartment in Santa Rosa. They showed up right on time, were friendly, courteous, and *amazing*. They protected all her furniture, moved each item with care as well as speed. She was moved in by 4 that afternoon. On the way to Santa Rosa Gregg and Gregg Jr. called another worker to come help unload and he was just as wonderful as the Greggs.You can really trust these guys to take of your things and work quickly and efficiently as well.Definitely recommend!!

Thank you Hansens Moving! We needed 2 trucks and a long move day but they did it. They were professional and took great effort to move us. I would highly recommend them.

It started off good. Typical free estimate, dates confirmed. I then called office manager to confirm dates a few days later and said the one of two dates was taken. I then had to reschedule all my moving dates around this change. Pre packing boxes were dropped off for me to start packing but no wardrobe boxes were included. Called the office manager and she told me they dont send these boxes seperately but were on the truck the day of the move. I said other movers are not like that and I generally pack those myself to save time and monies. She indicated that was the way it was going to be and Im not going to argue with you. I then hung up the phone and secured another mover after that rude attitude. Let her a message saying I was going to secure another mover and to come pick up you boxes. She left a message saying she was taking me off the books without any appology for attitude.

The lady who answered the phone was so rude, very impatient!!! What a joke
