Visiting from out of town and my tire got a air bubble on the side wall so had to find a place to fix quick. They got me in quick and got the new tire on in no time! Really great and friendly staff! I will use them again 😁
Had my van in to get some work done. Several things wrong and it took a little over a week. I dont mind that it took that long. After all it had been sitting for awhile before i could afford to fix it. The people there in the service dept. are really nice.

Just bought a car 3 weeks ago. On test drive the seller was talking up the bluetooth features telling us how great and handy it was and where the mic and speakers were! The very next day we realized it wouldnt work. So we took it in and they told us they werent sure if they would fix it. Asked if theyd fix it the day after we bought it. Still waiting on a response. 3 weeks to tell us whether or not theyll fix it or not... cant even call us. Weve called 3 or 4 times and have left messages with Monica. She has yet to call us back.
I spent about $1400.00 in a matter of a couple weeks. When I got my car back there was a squeaking noise after struts were replaced. I called after waiting awhile to see if that noise would go away. The lady was really rude but told me I could bring it in to have someone look at it. I left it there at 8am and at 5pm had yet to hear back from anyone. When I finally reached someone on the phone I was told they did not hear any squeaking noise. I was told if I did hear the squeaking again I could come by and they would listen to it. I get in to drive my car and what do I hear, squeaking!! Very disappointed in the quality of their service.

Bought a car from these guys that was nice. But only for a short time. There was some knocking under the hood on the driver side after only a couple weeks of having the car, but when we took it in for them to check it out they said it was a rock and they really couldnt hear anything. It ended up actually being the controller arm needed to be replaced, which my husband had discovered while he was visiting family in another state. And even though we got the extended warranty that was suppose to cover everything under the hood, they said it wouldnt cover that. We got 1 month behind on our car payment due to my husband losing his job, the car was reposed. We called to ask what our options were and the guy kept changing his story. First it was, we usually hold the car for about 10 days but we will work with you. So get a job, show proof and pay your back pay and we will let you have the car. So when my husband got a job a few days later and started working, they said, oh, well we need all back payments in 4 days and we have to approve your job or we are auctioning it off. Any smart person knows that it takes at least two weeks to receive a pay check. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS AND THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! IM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CRAPPY COMPANY!

I checked prices at local parts houses, they had almost a 30% markup on the two parts they replaced. There was a $25 charge for shop supplies added to the bill. The only supplies used were tools. No fluids were involved. So, I was charged for them to use their tools on my vehicle. When I questioned the charge, it was waved off as unimportant & I was made to feel petty for caring. I Wont go back. We were looking to buy a new Jeep from them. Not now. I found an individual to service our vehicles & will go to Wichita to get the Jeep.

The staff were knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and one young lady in the service department (short, blonde, I think her name began with an M) was awfully cute!! They were able to take care of the problems with my van in an expeditious manner, and even washed my van afterwards... free of charge!! I havent ever seen a dealership do that!
I started the day with a tire that started separating on the way to Winfield. I limped into town knowing that my options were limited. I started at Walmart they told me it would be an hour wait (which in Walmart tire shop time is 2 hours). I decided to to try my luck at Klines...they didnt have the size in stock and suggested Winfield Motor. When I got there they told me they had the size and it would be about an hour. I said great replace the 2 front tires and move the fronts to the back. 2 hours and 4 cups of coffee later I get up and look in the shop. My car is still sitting there with the new tires leaning up against it... I went in and asked what the status was and they said probably another hour. I told them to just sell me the tire and I would take it somewhere else to have it put on... after waiting another 15 minutes I finally had the tire and was out of there with only the parts guy apologizing for the time it took... if they would have just told me after the first hour that it was going to take another 2 hours I might not have been as upset. So the silver lining in the story is that I went to Dukes told the guy that I needed at tire mounted and balanced. He said no problem, he also said that he had 1 new tire in stock and asked if I would like it put on, I said sure they mounted and balanced 2 tires moved the fronts to the back and I was back on the road in 20 minutes.
Just not a good experience, and I feel like it would have been very easy if honesty wasn’t such a hard trait to find.

Terrible, was looking for a car for son, George was more interested in what I could put down for a payment than answering questions about service. What a joke. Place smelled of mold and stale cat urine. Went north 1 block to SCG. They rock! Not the typical sleazy experience expected from South Broadway car lots like WMC. Wonder if Chrysler knows they throw around their name while trying to sell low end used cars on buy here pay here bull?

Winfield motors in Winfield Kansas is the sorriest place to spend your money I promise... bought a 2011 Dodge Ram that Jeff said he knew all about and was a very good truck only had 40000 miles on it so I thought heck I bought my last pick up wich was a 2010 ram from them n it was good pick up! So I went ahead and traded for the 2011 and a month goes by and come to find out the whole truck has been under water or in salt it was all rusted out n Jeff lied and said he didnt know about it (wich he did!!) cause one of his friends owned the truck before I did!!! Needless ta say Im out a $29,800 pick up and the rear end is out of it right now and they said theres nothin they could do to even help me! These guys are a joke!!!
