I wouldn’t even give Winfield Lincare a half star. Horrible, horrible customer service. Center manager, Danette has absolutely no compassion towards patients. Things seem very inconvenient for Danette or others needs are less important compared to hers. Constantly making excuses why things/orders/O2/equipment/supplies/devices are not being delivered, setup, ordered in a timely manner or at all. The whole setup, trying to get the correct supplies is a mess. Good luck trying to get a portable oxygen concentrator (POC) after a year of excuses and a CSR looking into… nothing was ever done to get me a POC. I no longer do business with Winfield Lincare.Horrible business adequate. Danette Palmberg will be the cause for Winfield Lincare to shut their doors. Her behavior and attitude, especially the, “I don’t care” attitude will continue to run patients off and be forced to change DME supplier. I recommend Winfield Pharmacy to get DME supplies.
Great service for me, even helped set up bipap to be usable. Danette has been helpful and friendly every time I speak with her, and equipment works well.
Horrible company. Have had to contact an attorney over $10.00 I paid in full but still get billed for each month.
I am refering to the Wichita office. I have not had dealings with the winfield office. In the one year I have dealt with this office they have been so unprofessional and unresponsive. I have never NOT ONCE had an interaction go correctly smoothly or be completed in a resonable amount of time. In most cases I am never even contacted beck. I have had prescriptions for oxygen and medical equipment lost, my updraft machine broke they did not have one and promised one in three days and never called back. Of the 8 oxygen deliveries I asked for None made it without my calling many time complaining loudly.. In Michigan I had wonderful service, here they just do not have a clue, management needs to go back to fast food
