Scott was outstanding. He was very relational and informative. He listened to what I was interested in with respect to a bicycle and presented different models explaining how they fit the needs that I had expressed. I took two bottles out for a test ride and Scott explain to me how each model worked. Thanks to Scott’s help and the test ride experiences I selected the bike I wanted and made the purchase. It should be noted that there was another customer in the store at the same time and Scott had to balance going back and forth between the two of us. I thought he did a marvelous job and I hope the other party also purchased a bike.I am very pleased with the bike I selected and look forward to a great summer and many years of happy riding.
