Place its not bad. But customer service not great . A little pricey ...better buy it new. I will not recommend this store........

Always leave with great new finds! I’m from WI and occasionally make the trip down from the frozen tundra to KMK- the service is always fantastic and they have some great deals on designer brands. I got a Burberry vest and a Gucci bag for less than $200!!! Regardless of the items- the staff makes the time there worth while- Great customer service and very clean store!

Its just not what I expected! The prices are pretty high I know they carry quality merchandise but the prices are that of a high-end store. Anybody used to really going to consignment stores and thrift shops would be blown out of the water by the prices.

This is a really great high end consignment shop. Quality items with fair prices. I have consigned and purchased here and the staff couldnt be nicer.

I have used KMK Luxury Consignment...they have a charming store front in the heart of downtown Winnetka. Merchandise is displayed professionally...my items sold quickly and I received a fair price. The owner really knows her stuff! She is honest and upfront...like all business owners should be!

This place has terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I called to get more information on their service. I proceed to ask simple yes or no questions. The woman answered in a sarcastic manner. Highly unprofessional!!! Needs training in verbal communication!!!

Visited to look around and was made to feel unwelcome as if I may not be able afford items in this store. Clerk was condescending, cold and elitist. Would never go back.
