As the manager for The UPS Store in York, PA, I was extremely impressed with this store when I needed help producing an unusual print job. The owner, Sean, very quickly came to my rescue and the print specialist, Hannah, helped me produce a life-size standee for my customer. They were able to prepare my print file, print the standee, and send it across the U.S. in a very quick time.A slight issue arose, and they were very quick to help me get it resolved. Its not every day that two The UPS Store locations, 700 miles apart, get to work together. But it is without a doubt, that this store knows what theyre doing with unusual print jobs, and are very quick to help no matter how far away their customer is.100% recommend this store for any of your printing needs. They are fantastic.

Not opening on time is such a failure of a business, like this, that serves businesses. Ten minutes past opening and still waiting.... and this isnt the first time that the posted hours are not adhered to...

Nicole was the most incredible person I have ever interacted with at a UPS store. She went above and beyond to speak with me during my time in the store, and she did so in a kind manner that made me truly only want to go to this particular UPS store in the future. Nicole was AMAZING.
