Jackie did fantastic, meticulous work!! She was super patient with me as it was my first tattoo and very responsive in communicating with me. We also had a great conversation during the tattooing!The shop was clean and everything was great. Definitely coming back for more work later!!

Ive had a few tattoos done in my life, but Ive got to say, the experience here was first class. It really doesnt feel like your walking into a tattoo parlor. Dan Holtans work is unbelievable! Ive gotten 3 from him so far and each one was more impressive than the last. He is meticulous! Takes great pride in his work. Highly recommended!!!

Jackie is AMAZING!!! She was so accommodating at getting tattooing four of us for a last minute walk in on a Saturday. She was painfully detailed in making sure the placement and size and everything was just perfect. Even though there was four of us she never rushed and made it feel like an assembly line of just getting us through. Not to mention she was just a joy to hang out with for hours. Perfect quality for my first two tattoos. Very time efficient and has a great atmosphere. Helped out three of my friends and I get seven tattoos total in a month span, and was amazing with all of them. Jackie is very knowledgeable, has a ton of experience and very welcoming to everyone! I have several tattoos and recently got one at the Twisted Skull in Winona, Minnesota. Jackie is very friendly, easy to work in regards to crafting a design, and very talented with executing the tattoo. My buddies and I were so impressed that we have returned three more times since we met her in a span of four weeks!

Went here for two tattoos and liked them so much I had her touch up another one that looked 10 times better than it did before! She makes the process very easy going and was very helpful during the whole process. Definitely coming back for more!

Jackie is an incredible artist! I could not possibly be any happier with the entire experience! The tattoo was more than I had hoped for and I could tell how excited she was to do it. I wish that I could rate higher than just 5 stars.

This has by far been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Jackie was absolutely amazing in every way possible. She got all four of me and my friends in on short notice and stayd late to get us all tattoos. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Also the tattoos all turned out awesome. Will definitely be coming back.

Ive had three tattooist in my life.....two have passed away but Dan Holtan is the only one I want doing my ink. His at and techniques are amazing and if its custom,hell listen to you genuinely. 10 stars for me

Absolutely horrific experience, I will never do business with this place again, Keith is so unbelievably unreliable it sickens me. Had an appointment scheduled on Saturday, I used my last remaining hours of vacation to take off of work for this. The day of the appointment comes and I get a phone call an hour before the appointment (after I already left the house, mind you) that hes too sick to do my tattoo today so I go to the shop and get a reschedule date and hes there doing someone elses tattoo!!! We reschedule for a Sunday at noon, and I get frickin stood up. Arrive at the shop and its locked, hes not there, I got no phone call, no email, NOTHING!! I send him an email asking whats up and he lives over an hour away and hasnt even LEFT YET!!!!!! I tell him I can wait an hour or two for him and ask him to reach out when hes on his way. I have not heard since as he has been ignoring my emails. This is the absolute worst experinece Ive had with a company, I will continue to tell anyone considering a tattoo here to take their business to Red Wing instead.
