Had a very poor experience here. For one, my tuxedo came back very large and they told me it looked great. I found out later from people who actually care about me that it didnt. I also felt very rushed and not important at all as a customer. For spending over $100 on a tuxedo for one night, I expect exceptional service and honesty.

Found some nice ties at a great price. Mary was very welcoming and offered great service, even special ordering me a tie of my choosing. Nice to have a place like this locally.

DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESNT FIT. JUST PAY THE EXTRA SOMEWHERE, WHERE THEY KNOW HOW TO FIT THINGS. I TOLD THEM MY TUX WAS TOO BIG AND THEY SAID TO JUST TUCK IT IN BEHIND ME! THANKS FOR MAKING ME LOOK RIDICULOUS ON MY WEDDING DAY!

We were made to remove shoes in the cold building. Despite having an appointment we were then not invited to put our bags and coats anywhere so we stood on the mats in walkway waiting. The dress selection was all of four racks plus two sales racks. Our appointment lasted less than an hour and what we left with was a list of pros and cons for our next wedding dress shopping stop. To sum up: tiny selection, torn dresses for sale, no hospitality

A small quaint little bridal store a limited selection of bridal gowns and bridesmaids or 4 miles I did find the perfect wedding dress though customer service could be a little more attentive but I do understand that I was just a drop and I was not in a scheduled appointment but they still could have given me more attention and time and trying to help me find address which I found all by myself without assistance

Very disappointed in our experience. We went there for bridesmaid dresses and the Bridal Boutique lost the brides information/profile on numerous occasions. During my fitting, the owner was not helpful and was more interested in the personal conversations we were having than assisting with finding a similar dress for us to try on since the dress being ordered was not carried in the store. The owner also had no problem putting her two cents into the personal conversations that were occurring which made the appointment very uncomfortable. I for one decided to get a dress size larger than what she told me I should get, and she gave me a hard time about it but boy am I glad I did as that one was even too small! 3 out of the 4 of us had incorrect sizes and needed to pay for extensive alterations. Not only to pay for the extensive alterations but we were given less than a month to have those alterations completed as the dresses came in over a month later than what the wedding party was told. All in all, very disappointed in not only our experience, but the added stress it put on the bride!
