Went here to get an inspection on my 2014 Chevy 1500. I’m new to the area and I was trying to find a new mechanic. I was skeptical when they said I needed new brakes and ball joints on my truck since it’s been lightly used. I brought my truck to the mechanic my family has used for years back where I’m from and he told me nothing was wrong with my truck. Thanks for attempting to rip me off. This type of business ethics are what give mechanics a bad name. Thanks for reading.

They did our whole break system and didnt clean break pads or change calipers and our rear end breaks froze and tore up our rear end

I bought a half price alignment through 92 Moose for a commuter car(2005 Honda civic). I took the car to Winslow Tire and Automotive for the appointment, to find there machine broke and they thought they would have it fixed before I got there. I did give them my cell phone number so they couldve contacted me instead of wasting my time. I go back 2 months later(yes, thats when I got the time to do it again), they tell me I need front sway bar links and bushings and the alignment would be useless unless I fixed them(price tag of over $500 they estimated). When I took the car to my local garage that has 2 men that specialize in Hondas to get the parts I purchased online put in, they tell me the ones on the car are just like new...no need to replace!I will not be taking my car to Winslow tire and Automotive for the alignment either! Rediculous! Trying to take advantage of me! Beware!
