Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through before being acknowledged.
Employee asked me to remove my face covering during a global pandemic since he wasnt sure if the state photo ID was real. I dont blame the employee or the manager, but the fact that Walgreens trains their staff to ask customers to remove their face covering tells me they do not actually care about face coverings, customer safety or for that matter following CDC rules.A safer option would be to have cashiers simply not sell beer or wine to those they cant confirm as being 21 or older so they can take their business elsewhere. The manager was a pleasure to speak with and a sincere and level headed person. I hope this does not reflect negatively on them or their staff who are just following flawed rules.1/5 only because I cannot give 0/5 for ignorant and dangerous polices during a global pandemic
Pharmacy is excellent and Sailesh is excellent an helpful.
Ive never had a problem with the store or pharmacy staff in the 5yrs Ive been coming here..
Such a great place to shop! The people in the pharmacy are amazing!
Got everything I needed
I never have any problems as staff in pharmacy is always very nice and helpful
I have to remind them every time that my Mom has 2 insurances, theyve charged her twice for a prescription she didnt need to pay for and then she was given attitude when asked why she had been charged. A manager had to correct the problem and it literally took 45min to correct their error.Walgreens, if you wanted to take over at least make sure that customer service is up to par with what Rite Aid had. We will no longer be using this pharmacy.
30 minutes or more on hold and never answering the phone? Have to physically go the their location to ask a question because they won’t answer the phone? I understand being busy, but every single time I call, same results? Unacceptable
I had been getting my prescriptions filled at this location for many years. Over the past few years the Service has gotten worse and worse.I finally have had enough with this pharmacys bad service and employee attitude. Im going up the street to winslow pharmacy where Im sure I will get better service.Because I cant receive any worse than I have received the last few times I was in this location.
Been struggling ever since they switched to Walgreens, umm im not always pleasant to deal with but i agree on rude from one particular person there. But thats everywhere you go. Probably going to switch to a different pharmacy.
Waited on hold for an hour, they disconnected my call, then waited another half hour for them to answer. For a simple question. This is *explicative*
On hold for more than 20 minutes, but got to the drive thru and they came right over, furthermore the automated system said my prescription wasnt ready when it was...then i leave the drive thru and get a call that my prescription is ready...really??? To top it off the woman behind the counter was UNAPOLOGETIC..Where are the customer service skills. These issues are NOT ok..some prescriptions are life and death..get it together!!!!
Rude pharmacy staff. Pharmacists always really helpful and polite; tecnicians very rude.
Great customer service all the time
No one answers when you call!
Horribly stocked and overpriced
Just an average Rite Aid
