Great service and prices! Got me in and out in less than an hour and they were crazy busy! Just had a second set of tires replaced here and upgraded to new rims also.. Wheels were wobbly, and they are still trying to fix it after 5 visits. Not their fault, the tires werent perfect, Ill keep trying until theyre smooth riding. My first set of tires were for the RV, and they were quick and I didnt have to disconnect rv for service, certainly appreciated that!

Great prices, but don’t let them sell you something you don’t need!Got a new set of tires put on my wife’s car 5 months ago, and she took the car in today 10-11-21 to get the tires rotated, and they told her they couldn’t rotate due to tires being too worn, due to being out of alignment, car drives perfectly and we had it aligned right after new tires were installed. Took them to another tire shop and they rotated with no issues. We also paid for the the warranty. The tires have 17,000 miles on them, and are 40,000 mile tires. They tried selling her 2 new tires rather than just rotating like she asked, don’t care too much for folks that try to make a sale rather than be honest! Get better discount!

Husband got 4 new tires on our 2017 Kia Optima and dad got 2 new tires on the front of his Nissan Rogue. Less than an hour both times, felt like the prices are comparable to local competition. But the speed of getting me out of there ASAP is important to me.

Fast and efficiently replaced a couple of tires for me on my daughters car. they told me up front it could take a while since they had a few mechanics out that day, but still got it done well ahead of schedule. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is their lack of alignment capabilities. I feel like a tire shop should be equipped with an alignment bay. No fault of the team working there. Those guys were friendly did what they were asked and didnt hit me with the hard sell for more work. as a mechanic myself for many years I hate going into a shop that always has an upset on every vehicle.

Professional, knowledgeable, and polite! They took the time to throughly explain an issue they found with my tires without being overbearing or trying to up-sell me. A definite plus in my book!

I have exclusively bought tires from discount tire for 18+ years. From New Mexico to Florida, they never disappoint. This location is no different. See you guys in 50,000 miles or so.Edit: they suggested Adkins for an alignment. I took the suggestion and spent over an hour and a half Im their shed sized office waiting for someone to get the tie rods off. After complaining about the delay the owner of Adkins immediately became confrontational. I would not take the advice to have your alignment done there.

Instead of having me reschedule they put 4 brand new Michelin’s on my car for the same price as two. I’m blown away at their service and will continue to come here for all my tire needs. Just moved to the area and noticed a flat tire in the morning. Pumped tire with portable compressor and drove to Discount Tire. Kyle took care of me, quickly found a nail, repaired tire with a patch, I was back on the road in no time. Clean, efficient, reputable. Take your car to Discount Tire!

Amazing service. The guy didn’t just tell me what was wrong with my tires; he physically showed me. I had two flats (a nail in each) and tire pressure was off and they fixed all of it very quickly. I was able to sit and watch them work on my car, which gave me a lot more confidence in their transparency, because we’ve all had those mechanics that we wonder if they actually did what they said they did, right? But they were an open book and very cordial. Service was top of the line. Super professional. I’m going to be needing new tires soon but they didn’t pressure me to buy before I was ready, so I know I’m coming back to these guys when I do finally need new tires. Strong recommend.

Our family is/are long time Discount Tire clients in Minnesota, and just had another great experience with a shop here in Winter Haven Florida. Our golf cart picked up a nail, so I took the tire/wheel in for a repair. The service provider greeted me, grabbed the tire, and fixed it in like 5 mins, no charge !!!If you are wondering which tire shop to give your business to, I recommend them without reservation. They know how to delight customers !!!

We were on vacation, from South Carolina, visiting my Mother and Sister and hit a piece of an 18 wheelers tire debris. The next morning our right front tire was down to 15 psi. We pulled into Discount Tire and Jason and the crew had us on the road in no time. The staff were very curteous and knowledgeable. My Mom and Sister do their business there and if I lived in the area it would be the only place I would trust to do my business. Great job guys!!!

Thought this place was great but it’s looking like they are going downhill. Ordered 3 new tires 3 days advance and appointment was made then was called to say they where in. We arrived and everything was great! Was told an hour which was no big deal. An hour later no tires on my truck and a shop full a guys with 2 cars in the bay. Pretty ridiculous and it’s costing me money! As mentioned before in previous reviews our business is also a resource to our fellow public fans so with that said think wisely before bringing your vehicle here. There are a lot other places in Winter Haven and remember it’s not always about the cheapest tire it’s the quality of service also. WE HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR FUTURE TIRE NEEDS.

Had a nail on one of my tires. Employee said he can repair it “for free” if it’s reparable. Of course, it was no “reparable”. Not only that but he refused to put my tire back in the rim and had a very bad attitude because I didn’t bought a new tire. Went to another tire place they were able to put a patch in less than 10 min. They are SCAMMERS! DO NOT recommend this place!

The most hospitality I experienced in Florida was from this clean and fast service shop! I hit a nail and got a patch from them and rotation on my way to Pensacola and couldn’t believe they offered their service FOR FREE!! Thanks to the guys up front Cyle and Allen for assuring me they would take good care of me. I only had $22 cash and had to leave it with the boys in the bay and upfront to get some donuts and coffee for next shift! I called everywhere in town, everyone wanted me to purchase new tire, these guys took great care for my car too! Great service and very attentive personnel. I had a screw on one tire and they repaired for free. Cyle Brown explained the coverage they offer for the tires, you can get it even if you didnt purchased the tires there. It seems to be a great value, I plan to get it as soon as I can. This morning I woke to an almost flat left rear tire and I was scheduled to work today. I am a registered nurse in a busy area EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT. I had just enough air in the tire to enable me to drive to Discount Tire in Winter Haven.I have had great previous experiences at Discount Tire over the recent years, but today was EXCEPTIONAL. Wes was the associate who waited on me.I did not have an appointment, and already at 9:30am the store was packed. Wes processed me efficiently, professionally and kept me informed. I was able to get out of there with 2 brand new tires in less than 90 mins.Thanks again Wes.

I buy all my tires with the hazard warranty from Discount Tire. They have the tires I want or can get them quickly. The free tire rotation and balancing is also a nice feature. On this visit the manager mentioned that the compact spare is 14 years old and probably not safe to use. I never would have thought of this. It is inexpensive to replace and he will have it here next week.

This place is simply amazing. The staff is very friendly and professional. They quickly found the leak in one of my tires (Tire Kingdom claimed that they inspected my tires thoroughly and found nothing), repaired it, and balanced it. Best of all, it was free of charge. I will definitely be returning here for all of my tire needs.

Incredible tire store,their customer service is to rated. Their service technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel like I was a king. Never have I had such a wonderful experience just changing my cars tires. They even applied armor all in my new tires to make them pop.Truly and highly recommend this place and will be back with my other cars eventually.

Gotten tires here a few times (not exactly something you buy frequently) and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Two of the three most recent visits were not appointments and they still got the tires on fast. I would recommend visiting their web website to find the best tires for your vehicle. You can choose you order of preference from: comfort/noise, stopping distance, handling, and tire life.
