Every employee is super friendly. I am not exaggerating! When the pandemic hit this store was quick to accommodate to the CDC standards. Bonus. They havent rearranged their store!

Two for one specials. Great fresh baked goods. Delicious deli. Fresh produce, seafood, and produce. Just all around our favorite super market. Oh, and dont forget the wonderful, courteous, helpful, friendly staff.

They have everything I need and the service is great. Everyone there is helpful.

I like this Publix. The employees are, of course, very friendly. Thats what they do. But some of the Publix that I have visited in the area lately, are fake friendly. They seem forced and fake. The Publix on Sr 27 in Lake Wales seems that way. They seem to be smiling in your face, but your glad that they are wearing masks!But this Publix seems genuine to me. Young and old and of every color. It does my heart good seeing an All American business acting as All Americans should. Good Job Winter Haven Publix. The example you set has not gone unnoticed. Check your chicken from the deli they like to serve half cooked chicken gotten chicken here twice now and nothing fully cooked.

Very beyond expected customer experience after forgetting my top round steak. Service, meat dept. and management very kind and eager to get me another steak after I left it, it being reshelved, then resold. They cut me a bigger slice and I didn’t even ask them too and then comped the balance. I almost felt so ashamed for forgetting my steak in the first place. Very happy with my shopping experience. Not gonna name competitors online, but some places would not go beyond the expectations of a shopper like this to provide a pleasurable experience. Very pleased to go out of my way to write this review. Thanks Publix.

The pharmacy was wonderful I took my client there they knew who she was I told her stuff wasnt ready that was okay she wanted to get her booster shot that got her ready for that everybody there was awesome

Publix always good for us our go-to market. Prices are a little $$$ some items from other markets, however easy in-out well lighted, clean great service staff well stocked. Parking lot could use a little fresh up. Directly across from Legoland.

Publix employees are always pleasant. This store is always very well stocked as you expect from this grocery chain. Downside, shocking but ladies restroom was not at all clean

I. am a publix shopper and was happy to use Publix Pharmacy for my COVID 19 shot. The pharmacist was so good at administering the shot, I didnt even realize he had given me the shot until he said, youre all good, Mrs Robinson!👏👏🤗🤗. Im a happy camper

Terrible pharmacy. They never have my prescription ready on time. They did not ask me if I had insurance and tried to charge me $70 for medication I usually pay less than $30 for. Now I have to come back tomorrow. Really disappointing how pharmacy techs cannot get a patient’s medication to them in a timely manner.

Ive enjoyed shopping at Publix since I moved to Florida 20 years ago. I have been shopping at this Publix for 2 years since moving to Winter Haven. I am a 58 year old woman.All of the employees are usually very helpful and friendly but as of late I dont see that with the Meat department. Very often they dont have items that are in the sales ad. You then have to go to the window and ask for particular items. Each time I do this they seem as though youre bothering them.Also, on 3 different occasions Ive had to return meat days before the expiration date because it was already spoiled.Maybe theres a new manager in place?Its very disappointing that I will probably start going to the Publix in Lake Wales since its about the same distance from my house near rt 27.

Ive visted this location multiple times and the service in the Deli is lousy. The attitude from the associate is poor. Got good steamed in the seafood department even worse. so ive made up in my mind not to return to this store.
