Do all these people they are mentioning work at this little store? Amazing! Sounds like a bunch of fake reviews to me. I will have to look into this better because none of these names are the people I delt with the 4 and a half hours I was there. Got it all on recording while they lied to Verizon on the phone while they tried to rip me off. Look at the names of how many people work at this place. Really!

She made sure to get us a great deal that we were comfortable with as well as taking her time and understanding what our needs were. Anthony was absolutely fantastic and helpful. He managed to get me a great promotion on my wife’s Apple Watch and save on my monthly bill and get my watch,IPad, and my new watch for %50 line access. I was paying 20 for my iPad and 10 for my watches and he managed to cut them in half. Definitely coming back to this store

Went to Verizon Wireless on Havendale to have my moms phone replaced. Juan helped us to find the best phone for her and set the phone up for her. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. This was a good experience and we will go back for all our verizon needs.

I enjoyed my experience coming to this Verizon store because of their safety protocols on covid and because it made me feel comfortable to shop. Adrian was the salesman that helped me. He helped me find a great phone, the Motorola, and it held so much storage. He even gave me a great deal on the case. I was an iPhone user but I have grown to appreciate the Motorola interface. I recently was in the Verizon store in Winter Haven. Ms. Samantha was a wonderful help...transferred my information to a new purchased phone. True professional at the finest.

Did not seem interested in solving my problem. I need to call the service center and have a technician look at my phone to determine a solution and this may take a hour or more. Customer not happy

Came in expecting to only get one new phone but we worked with Kawann Coleman and he was able to trade in both my phone and my husbands, pay off the balance on my phone and get us 2 new phones. I got the Samsung S21+ and my husband got the S21 and we are very happy with both. Kawann was great to work with and I will definitely come back to this store when its time to upgrade again.

Your people have gone above and be on to try an help. I dont understand why Verizon would sale a products that they cant help their customers. Apple can only service there phones. Im a disabled person. I live in Winter Haven, Fl. I cant Drive to Tampa or Orlando. I brought. 🍎 a I phone, on Saturday around Noon, the phone got hacked Saturday Evening. Then they locked me out the phone and apply cloud.This was on May 29, . Now I have two Verizon that doesnt work. If it wasnt for the the great customer from the store. I would really be raising a fit. I started with you when you were get wireless. I left for 1 year, because you werent taking care of your customers.

We needed to upgrade our phones. We tried a corp. store and were disappointed. We left and tried this location on Havendale where Ginger and Natalie, were not like the staff at Verizon Corp. stores who just give you a website for all questions and help. Ginger and Natalie are very knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely very helpful. Ginger took all the time we needed to help us decide on a solution that met our needs, set up our new phones, transfer all of our data to the new phones and answer our questions. We went back the next day with a few more questions and Natalie took all the time we needed to make sure she answered our additional questions and meticulously added protective product to our phone screens. If you need a cell phone or help with your existing phone I would heartily recommend this store.Bob J

We had a wonderful experience here. My boyfriend and I came to switch over from the carrier we had and the ladies here made it so seem less and easy. They explained everything and were so on point with how much it would all be. Overall, best experience I’ve had getting started with a company in a very long time!

I called the store a little after 3pm and asked the fellow who pick up the phone do I have to make an appointment to trade in my phone and upgrade to a iPhone 12 Max pro he replied very rudely saying no you dont need an appointment we have that phone in stock. So I made my way down there since the Verizon store on cypress next to applebees didnt have any in stock (very very helpful and friendly representatives I have been there twice). So I get into the store on havendale and theres 2 reps there and theyre both helping their customers. They said we will be with you shortly I said okay no problem. 30 minutes of sitting in there waiting to be helped and nobody has said a word to me. I get up and start looking at some phones for a bit just to kill time. Then I sit back down and just wait. Then I get up a after quite some time to go look at phone cases and see what I could possibly get. I find one that I like and I also picked out a screen protector for my new phone that I was hoping to get today. I sit back down hoping someone would say hey it will be a little bit because we are doing so and so but it was like nobody knew I was even in the store. Then two customers walk in almost an hour and a half after Ive been there. One of the reps went to the customer and whispered something to him. Then both reps finished up around the same time and help the two that JUST walked in. Still, nobody has said a word. Not a hey he was here earlier it will only take this amount of time until we can help you so I wait for another 30 min in the store with my case and screen protector ready to be helped and nobody has said a word to me since Ive came in so i left. Very unhappy with customer service at this store today. These two reps that worked today definitely need some re training or find a job that suites them a little better.

Ginger did a great job providing our entire family with new phones. After 8+ years with another provider, Ginger helped us make the transition to Verizon quickly and efficiently. We are saving $$$ while getting great service - this makes me happy! I was also impressed with how Ginger and the staff were taking precautions and constantly cleaning the store.

Kawann reached out to offer a buy out for an eligible line on our plan. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. And because the new device we were switching to happened to be out of stock, he went out of his way to make sure it would be available at our local store as soon as possible.
