ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive received in a long long time!! I am talking of the two employees at this Winter Haven location..I started my call with looking for help and assistance with an order I placed for Roanoke Virginia. I had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Liz. Well, she is a God sent !! She helped me with all my concerns over an order 1000 miles away. She helped me as if we were the closest of friends!! (gave me the insider tips) Her personality is the best for customer service !! Even if you dont need an Edible Arrangement, youve got to call just to hear her upbeat personality in her voice !! Such a happy person!!Part B to this is that I also placed an order locally to Davenport and was please to find that the Winter Haven location arranged for this delivery!!Well, let me tell you, The recipient of the arrangement has told me that the food quality was Superb!! All the fruit was fresh and of the highest quality!! The recipient said, the delivery person (another Lizz) was so polite friendly and cheerful!!And then, guess what!! I received a text message saying my delivery was complete.. I mean how awesome!! Local employees treating customers like Family!!I would definitely recommend you try placing an order.I bet youll have the same experience I did!!Hats off to you guys, Liz and Lizz for exceeding customer service!!Im now a customer for life!!

Last time I went for my mom birthday they did a good job she loved her strawberries this was last year

Got the strawberry platter for mothers day and strawberries were not good to eat threw half in the garbage. Was on a Sunday so IDK how it is rest of the week but for the money not worth it. The strawberries I bought at walmart the day before were fresher then these.

The only good part of the arrangement was the strawberries. The rest of fruit was only good to trash, but they agreed to add more strawberries.

My fiance ordered a balloon amd teddy bear with chocolate covered strawberrys and he ordered it for our 6 year anniversary. It never came the day he ordered and its been 6 days already and I still havent received it. He called today to get our money back and the rude lady he spoke to said she cant refund the money because its already made. So youre telling me that now Im gonna get a week old chocolate strawberries and still have no idea when we are gonna receive it. This has been horrible service and does not make any sense to why we cant get our money back and also its been almost a week ago since we ordered and still havent received it

Ordered an arrangement for my moms birthday to be delivered on Tuesday and didn’t have a great experience with it or with the delivery. I missed a call from a woman named Liz but called back and talked to someone else (didn’t get her name) and she scheduled for the same arrangement to be delivered to my mom the following day. My mom received it today and it’s perfect, the fruit is fresh and everything. Thank you guys for rectifying the situation and for your great customer service!

There was a mix-up in the day I requested when I placed the order online. I called to fix this but it seemed to slip through the cracks and the arrangement was delivered on wrong day still. I called the store and the manager sent another FREE arrangement the proper day and was very professional! Will use again.

We ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a favorite family relative and they received the Get Well fruit arrangement in less than 3 hours from the point that we placed the order online! Wow! Couldnt have been happier. Made our FFR (favorite family relative) feel loved and special. : )

Somehow, after being told the last minute delivery I placed this morning (that should’ve gone to another store that isn’t doing deliveries) couldn’t be delivered until the next day, they made it happen! I didn’t expect it to be there for my sister’s milestone birthday, after they called me, but a miracle happened. Thank you... so much, from the bottom of my heart! I live near Chicago, and couldn’t make the trip down. Again, thank you! She was so happy!

This is my first time ever to post a review about a company or product but I felt Edible Arrangements, particularly the Citi Centre Street location in Winter Haven, Florida. First, the speed the order was processed and delivered should be commended. I literally placed the order online in Rhode Island and within two (2) hours it was delivered to the specified location in Florida. That can only be accomplished through precision and teamwork. Second, the care and compassion of the delivery staff should be rewarded for going above and beyond their delivery duties to serve their customers. When the delivery person arrived to the residence, she saw that my father was elderly and barely mobile with a walker. She carried the basket into the house for him, removed the balloons that were attached and placed it in the refrigerator for him. That is excellent customer service which is hard to find today!!! The fruit was fresh, delicious and fast. I strongly recommend that you try Edible Arrangements especially the Winter Haven Florida location.

Healthy smoothies with real fruit. Pricey, but you are getting a whole food, not powder or watered-down or sugar to make up for something missing. Their fruit arrangements are great too!

I have not been or ordered from one in a long time and never will ever time I have the fruit is nasty and they never more than a few pieces of fruit big waste of money

I loved my experience at this location. The staff is extremely hard working, and everything I have ordered there has been made quickly, and arranged beautifully. The strawberries are huge and loaded with chocolate!!! The staff was extremely courteous as well. Will definitely be returning to this location.

I order edible arrangements all the time for other people. This time I wanted to order for myself. I put my order in Nov 9 for November 24 my birthday. I didnt receive it so I decided to call. I call the store and the tell me my address is invalid and they tried to call me and couldnt reach me on the primary number (which was two numbers on file and my name as the sender and receiver). I asked why didnt yalla call the other number or email. Then they asked if I wanted to cancel and try it again I said yes its my birthday present to me. Still said it red flagged. The lady asked me to send copy my Id so I did. Then they tell me about fraud and to come down show its me and wait for my order to be filled. What if I put in reservation early thats because I dont want to wait. Then I call corporate for them tell me it red flagged because the name of the receiver and sender is the same ( how is that fraud thats the same person) but when yall called and didnt get a answer you didnt cancel the order you waited day of when I call on my birthday to cancel. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days receive my money drive 45 minutes there and back and pay again and get no type of discount and its not my fault. Call corporate end of the day for them to say they private owned sry we cant do nothing but we give you a 10 dollar off. Who would want to deal with you after that. If you cant back your customer as a company who really runs the show. Its plenty companys thats not a franchise with a franchise name but they still have rules to follow. But not edible arrangements they let they companys do whatever and treat customers how ever. I guess your name doesnt have real meaning and you dont stand by your customers even more so when there in the right and have made other orders in the past. I wish I could pull a strike but Im no longer support edible arrangements and I will tell others. Why mess with a company that the customer dont matter, bad business as a hole. Do not I repeat stop supporting edible arrangements.

If you want to pay $100 for a bunch of cut up fruit and a $2 bag this is the place for you

The chocolate covered strawberries I received was ridiculous.. not as pictured and to top it off lots of tiny strawberries as well

I Ordered a $100+ bouquet for my wife for our anniversary and when I got home with it 30min from picking up she (my wife) opened it and the fruit was NOT fresh, looks to be maybe several days old, We both tasted fruit, the fruit tasted spoiled and they covered up rotten bananas with chocolate, even the strawberries was old with rotten spots! Being wrapped in plastic it didnt look bad, if you purchase from them my advise it to check it be4 you take it home! So very disappointed in the quality never again will I purchase from them again!!

Yesterday I went to pick up some individual fruit pieces that I had ordered the day before; this was my first experience at this location. I was very disappointed when I saw the way the fruit was packaged! Having purchased this same type gift from the Lakeland store two previous times, I had a preconceived idea as to how the packaging would look. However, the dipped fruit was placed in a paper bag (all three pieces of differing fruit) and the pineapple pop (in its cellophane) was attached at the top. I was told that the white bags with the handle had been discontinued and that they did not have individual boxes for fruit, only boxes for six pieces. The way it was packaged was not only cheap looking, there was no way a child could get the gift safely to his/her teacher. Needless to say, I will not return to this location!!!

For any detail, here is the best place to go, the fruit they have is always the freshest and most presentable, the price is totally worth for each of the products that are for sale. The shipping service is the one that has failed me a bit, when the van does not break down, something else happens and I have not been able to get any of my deliveries to be made, for which I have always had to go to the branch for a certain product that has organized. But despite this inconvenience, everything else is fine.
