THE WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to, extremely slow and many of the items they were simply just out of. If you expect a certain momentum be prepared for those people, staff are either under staffed or need to put a pep in their step. I never write reviews but this one I couldn’t refuse. My refresher was terrible, my pumpkin cream muffin tastes like someone touched it with ham on their hands I haven’t eaten pork since a child but distinctively remember the taste completely disrespectful to someone who doesn’t eat pork.
I honestly lost hope in humanity before coming to this location I am a local born and raised but one thing that I have struggled with is trying to find a place I can go to that can cheer me up. Lately I’ve been struggling with my depression and things going on in my every day life that are out of my control at this point so today I came to this location to ask for a pick me up and that’s exactly what they did but a lot more. When they greeted me at the intercom not only were they sweet iamd some of the best customer service and I’ve had in a long time but when I asked him to make me a drink because I needed cheering up not only did they provide one of the best drinks I’ve had in a really Long time but they wrote encouraging messages all over my car to remind me that things are going to be OK and it’s something that I needed to hear so thank you Starbucks Night Shift for cheering me up and for making not only my day but my whole year a lot better. I honestly lost a lot of hope in humanity until a group of strangers went out of their way to make another stranger happy for just even a little bit of time so thank you
Hours on the door say they are open. Doors are locked and staff ignore you. At least acknowledge or leave a sign saying they won’t allow people in. 🤷🏼♀️
They only have the drive through open. Even on the app you are not aloud to order ahead... The drive through is so packed the end of the line blocks people actually getting their coffee.You could at least open up order ahead and bring it out to us or even allow us to pick up orders at the drive through window... Would make this accident waiting to happen situation with your car jams and awfully designed parking lot...
Very upset right now… just ordered a $33.91 order and my Starbucks app didn’t go through so so gave them my card… apparently my card was declined… I gave them a credit card and it was also declined… after giving me everything ahead of time… they took away all the drinks and food away from me and said we can’t give you the food. I just checked my credit card and the transaction actually went through because I can see it on my app… I called both banks and they said that everything was fine and it wasn’t declined… the bank told me that most likely it was a processing issue with Starbucks… and now I have no food or drinks and it wasn’t even my fault! So embarrassing! I got out of my car to speak to them again and they still said that they couldn’t do anything. I have money in those accounts! I used them at other places and they worked… but not at Starbucks! You just lost a faithful daily customer!
I always use the mobile App but it does no good because they never check the machine for the mobile tickets.The past 3 times Ive had to wait 20 min or so for 1 drink that I placed. They are more focused on the drive thru and dont acknowledge you at all while you stand there and wait for your order.Dont think Ill be returning.

Bacon and Gruyere egg bites have become my comfort food. A caramel macchiato iced to go is my second to go comfort food. Thank you Starbucks for your awesome goodies no thank you for your prices but I don’t care I will still pay them forever and ever I add you into my monthly budget and I hope that maybe you will call me one day and tell me I have a $5000 free card to pick up and use at my leisure
Love my local Starbucks!! Everyone is so friendly and efficient. Ive NEVER had an order wrong and we always specialize our drinks. Keep up the great work guys!!

Yesterday, I ordered a caramel crunch frappe that was beyond delicious. Unfortunately, it wasnt good for my diet. It was 410 calories for the tall also known as small. The small frappe was $5.07. To no surprise, Starbucks drinks are relatively expensive. But, they are considered gourmet and you are getting what you pay for. Thank goodness for the $5.00 gift card I had in my wallet. It made the drink even more delectable. Lol.As for the building, it has ample seating inside and the drive through moved very swiftly. However, Saturday mornings are the worse. Also, be careful of oncoming cars and pedestrians as the street layout wasnt well designed and therefore it is an accident waiting to happen.

The over weight Spanish guy is so rude! Starbucks has never treated me bad, now this guy is here around 8:30 pm and has HORRIBLE customer service! He’s making y’all look bad!!!! We won’t be back! I spend way too much money there for that awful service anyway!!! Someone that miserable should NOT be in customer service! I said what I said!

I have never had a bad experience at the Starbucks. Even when they are extramly busy they are always kind! I went in today to pick up a mobile order and they were just as friendly and helpful! When they are out of something Id like they suggest other things I might like. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and wonderful drinks!

Rarely ever have products to make the drinks.... But they are still charging full price!I ordered a Caramel macchato and am told they are out of Caramel how can it be made without the Caramel drizzle With pumps of vanilla? This is not how it is supposed to be made...I ask what the issue with the product availability is because as a former restaurant owner it sounds like a poor management and lack of ordering supplies!I am told that because of the issues in Texas they arnt allowing any shipments in or out of Texas... Almost a month after the weather concerns in Texas when I have personally received shipments from Texas!! I feel as though this is just an excuse and a way to continue making money but not providing customers with the correct products.. You ask me to pay the same eventhough youre not providing me with correct product!!!
I came to this location yesterday morning before school, & spent 6.59$ on this, not complaining about the price but more so the taste and i also work so I didn’t have time to come by the location the same day. So I went the day after expecting something to be done since I had footage of me disposing the drink but nothing was done. I’m not the type to argue over it, just a simple okay that’s fine I just wanted it remade wasn’t even asking for my money back.
Customer service was.friendly at drive thru..however I ordered a chai with almond milk and received it with regular milk didnt notice until I was across town. When it comes to these special requests attention to detail is important we are ordering it probably do to allergies
Slowest experience ever ! They had like 5 people in the back and My drinks were sitting on their back counters for like a good 10mins before any of them decided to give me my drinks ! I’ve gone to other locations that have had less people and I’ve gotten my drinks faster ! Smh. By the time i got my drinks they were melted as hell !
Always a horrible wait.. they never have parts of your drink, such as caramel drizzle!! But still charge you the full price for your drink… then today my daughters sandwich was still frozen in the center…
Can you start repeating your drive thru orders? Its a disappointment to wait in your drive thru line for 20 minutes- to pay and get the wrong size drinks. Not mad, just disappointed.4 stars because I still think this Starbucks is the best in Winter Haven. Thank you!
Took about 30 minutes to get through the drive-through even though there was only a few cars. Tasted like they poured me a cup of burnt coffee instead of a white chocolate mocha.
My family and I take the opportunity to spend a few minutes with each other in the mornings before work and school, and almost Dailey go to the Starbucks location at 131 landings BLVD. this morning and several other mornings we were greeted by the most unprofessional and disrespectful employee you have ever seen and today was the tip of it for us. after this morning we are seriously re-considering business with your company. After the Employee( Ashley? possibly a manager) ( dark haired, heavy set, with glasses, handling the window.) made comments about our method of payment, and then called our drinks disgusting and rolled her eyes several times we left and shortly after I called the store to get her name to which I was told by another employee that is information we cant give out. The attitude from this specific employee is continuous nearly every time she is working the window and we make contact with her. We simply wanted to speak with someone about her conduct but was unable to take it up the chain of command so I am reaching out to you in hopes that her actions will be remediedI am a former federal law enforcement official and my wife in a medical professional I have law enforcement plates and I assume this particular employee does not like my choice of profession or maybe its just my family she don’t like. but we feel belittled, harassed, and disrespectedSo far at this location We have been: handed a cup without a lid securely attached with excess coffee pooled on the lid, leaking coffee everywhere in my vehicle ( white seats) we are rushed by this employee when ordering ( she will say.. “anything else…anything else… anything else….” repeatedly While we are speaking our order. We have observed this employee place her uncovered bare hand down the back of her pants then go back to making coffee without putting gloves on or washing hands ( I assume to tuck her underwear tag or shirt in ?!) … We have heard this employee make comments about us to her other employees and into the headphones using profane and indecent language. (This is in violation of Federal obscenity broadcasting laws). We have suspicions that on occasion our food has been tampered with for example Yesterday my pregnant wife received a breakfast burrito that had additional seasoning on it that made it Unpalatable it was burnt & stale like it was from the day before. It was hot on the outside and cold on the inside with what looked to be a entire bottle of some type of dill seasoning or something. she ate one bite and because extremely sick for hours. Our drinks has randomly had a bunch of salt poured into the bottom of the cup so the first thing you taste is nothing but salt! They have us waiting sometimes at the window for 30 – 40 minutes for 2 drinks and sandwich’s during which time we have to listen to this particular employee make comments about how disgusting our food is or specific comments about us that day ( the clothes we wear or hair not perfect or whatever her issue may be that day with us.) she will roll her eyes, sigh.Now imagine you have about 30 minutes to spend as a family and would like nothing more then to have a peaceful breakfast with your family before everyone leaves and goes about there daily life but, near every morning, first thing, you are met with this very unpleasant person whom really seems to hate her peers, her customers, law enforcement or maybe just everyone in general.How would u handle that? Drive miles extra each day to go to another Starbucks? Skip breakfast with your family? Drag yourself out of bed 2 hours earlier then normal to make breakfast every morning ?I feel like this particular employee is facilitating a hostile environment for not only the customers but also the other employeesEmployee : Ashley? June 5th, 2021A great place to sit outside and people watch. They were out of my usual Chai but staff member suggested making me a chai tea with steamed milk that was really good. Always great coffee but the pumpkin bread is to die for. It melts in your mouth with every bite. The banana bread is also a delicacy.

I ordered online and went inside to pick up. One of the employees in a very rude manner asked my name, I responded and she yield back at me saying they don’t name an order with that name. I went to my phone app to show her the order, and the. She realized just finished making my order. Put my drink on the counter and left without giving me time to ask for a straw; it was a cold drink. I had to wait until one employee (they all were avoiding looking at the counter) had to come back to the counter to ask for a straw. She seemed bothered and in a bad attitude, gave me the straw which I should’ve received with my drink. I understand they might have been overwhelmed with so many orders, but they need to work on customer services.
I have always enjoyed this place. My favorite drink is the Chai tea latte. I have tried chai tea in many other places but the one from Starbucks is my favorite hands down.
Used to be a good location, however my last 4 visits in 2 months have been terrible. I placed orders online via mobile ordering. When I arrived at the store the order was not ready. I had also ordered food which they did not have ready with the drink and had to ask for the food which they had not even started. Today I had to ask twice. Took 30 mins since placing the mobile order to get my whole order. Probably will not be visiting this location again.

Im such a basic white girl when it comes to Starbucks, I freaking love this place! Nitro cold brew with sweet cream is my absolute favorite. I like my drinks sweet so if I order one of their special drinks (pumpkin spice, peppermint mocha, etc) I always tell them to add an extra pump of flavor, it is so good!

Nitro machine has been out of service way too long. Seems like they are out of a lot of products lately. Not good for a Starbucks.

Starbucks is s favorite of mine because the coffee is delicious and most of all consistent. I have several go-to beverages that I order on a regular basis however its always fun to try out a seasonal beverage or pastry from time to time. If you are unsure of what you like, they are happy to guide you in the right direction and always willing to make it right or make you something else if you do not like what you receive. If you do not like coffee, there are plenty of options for you to choose from, even try looking at some ideas online. If you have never been, I suggest you go.
We just came here because they had the bogo sale going on. The wait time was a little too long inside, but it wasn’t unbearable. The coffee I ordered (Irish cold brew) was made best at this location. I don’t like how inattentive the staff was for example when they took my order, or how they didn’t call names when the drinks were ready. It was pretty messy as well; lots of trash on the tables and floor. I would recommend coming when it’s less busy. But don’t get me wrong the experience was fine. The only minor suggest to the staff is to pay a little more attention to the environment, but their service and quality has been pretty consistent from my experiences.

Familiar, comfortable vibe that Starbucks is known for. We went late and it was pretty empty. Even so, the barista was energetic and talkative. The green tea latte was Great! A lot of seating and a quiet place to study or chat.

Nicely placed establishment. The atmosphere is comfortable, the drinks are made in a timely manner, and refreshing staff. However, the lines are always long and your drink order might not be to your liking.
Worst Starbucks in Central Florida. The staff could care less how long it takes or if it’s right. No customer service and the manager is never there. It’s a shame to Starbuck’s company name, embarrassing. The district manager really needs to get this store together. A good manager that can lead this crew is all it needs. A shame
I was a loyal customer until today. I arrived at 2:22pm to place an order when I was informed they were closed. I simply stated okay when the young woman working responded very rudely yeah okay bye. I won’t be going back!!! They were to Close at 2:30 pm according to the website.

As a specialty coffee place I expect them to follow directions and make my drink as ordered, every time I order extra caramel crunches on the bottom of my drink they can never seem to put them in. 😠

The slowest Starbucks on the planet! Dont go here unless you have 25 minutes to waste sitting in a drive thru even with a mobile order. Going inside isnt any faster with mobile order either since they dont put you in queue till you arrive.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have been to, especially the drive thru. Order is incorrect a lot also and then you have to wait at the window for the correction to be made.

Get it together! Waited in the drive-thru line for over 15 minutes and never even made it to the order box. Left because we were running out of time and patience.
This location is afraid to have customers inside so the line is always wrapped around the building.
