Customers drives to your office to buy some windows and for the front desk to say. Oh yea you gotta email this guy to order. You cant order them here or now. What a waste of time. Cash in hand and they want a email. I recommend anyone to not show up to this company. It will be a waste of time.... For you to say I didnt have the measurements is a joke. You must be not very intelligent. You think I would drive somewhere without having the actually measurements. The lady said I couldnt order from the office.! She said I had to email some guy. Guess what I went to other businesses and got a quote the same day. Ill spend my hard earned money somewhere else. Your lieing in regards to what transpired. ! Figured youd say something stupid. I had everything I needed. She wouldnt let me speak to anyone. I had to email it. What a joke.

We had been wanting to replace our windows for quite some time. I am so glad that I found Window World. The company is impressive (Jeff Reckson, consultant, explained it well). I felt the quality was exceptional and the price reasonable. Their installers (Paul & Brent) were professional, thorough and pleasant. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I knew how to operate the windows before they left (thank you). The windows are beautiful and we immediately noticed the decrease in outside noise level, I look forward to seeing a decrease in my next electric bill as well. Thank you Window World!!!

My husband and I ordered windows and a front door from window world, not knowing what to expect considering its our first time having to buy new windows and front door. I have to say Im so happy we went with window world and I have to say the selection was nice and Im very happy with what we picked out. It was a little wait for our windows and door to be ready for install, but it was well worth the wait. We are very happy with the products we got. I have to give Steve a lot of credit. Steve came to install everything a one man team and he was fantastic! Answered every question I had and was spot on perfectionist! He was very organized and worked very clean!

We replaced windows for my whole house including two very large windows over 100 a piece. After install the company realized the installer, who is no longer with the company didnt do the job to their standard so they replaced all the windows. I was really grateful the company did the right thing by me. The second installer, Steve was great! He did the whole house by himself, he was friendly and professional and I can really tell the difference in his craftsmanship vs the first install! First experience with Window World for the replacement of my windows. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and kept me informed during the process. At the end of the installation, the crew did a great job of cleanup, and the supervisor went over how to use the new windows. Overall, very happy with my windows and the service provided by Window World!

Its been more than a year since I signed the contract to replace all windows in my house. When the installers came, my kitchen window was obscured glass, it still is, supposedly the third attempt to install the proper clear glass window was to be last week. Repeated calls to the owner, who I was told does not talk to customers, everything is handled by the office manager, who does not return my calls either. There is also an issue of $100 over payment which has not been resolved. I notice that the company reacts to reviews and my hope is, to hear from the owner and get my issues resolved. The office manager made it known they are not responsible if their vendor sends the wrong windows. Which happened 3 times in my case. I like to be able to look out of my kitchen window again as for me it is also a security issue to see who is ringing my front door bell., cant see thru obscured glass.

After more than 3 months, still cant get a return call about installation of French doors. I have called the last three Mondays asking and being told SOMEONE will call. NOTHING Fast to take your $$$ but no follow up. Never again and I dont recommend!

The service provided at first was for windows and a set of doors. The job was performed with all the windows needing adjustments and the double doors to be reinstalled by Steve who came the next day and fix all the windows and reinstalled the doors which were installed incorrectly. If Steve had come from the beginning and done the job, I would have rated it a five.

Installer did a meticulous job installing windows and caulk lines are very professional and smooth. Also he cleaned up all messes as he went so nothing to do to. clean up after him. Also a huge shout out to Steven as he actually washed my windows inside and out as I had surgery today to repair a fracture and he knew I wouldn’t be able to do it one handed!

Steve (the installer) was great! He was very kind, knowledgeable and kept the mess to a minimum (always cleaning up as he went along)! The doors and windows look absolutely awesome! I am very pleased!

Placed order for 8 windows, in june, understood they would not be available until October. We were called regarding installation in September after called to check on my 8 windows. was told they were having a meeting to set up installlation, and would let us know if we were next. They did call and set up installing date, told me make sure everything needs to be from the 7 windows in our den, in addition to the kitchen window, remove all curtains/drapes from the windows. I will remind you that I and my husband are handicapped, I try to use a walker, mobility scooter, and me husband is only allowed to use a walker, due to waiting for a hip replacement for 9 months, and has been cancelled 3 time because of the covid, and hospitals cancelling surgeries. so my husband and I did get the curtains down and then attempted to move 2 recliners from one set of windows. Let me tell you, neither one of us was too good, We have left the chairs where we put them, no drapes at the windows, since we were told the new windows might not be ready until after Oct. 26th. The point of all this is the salesman measured apparently 1 window, and put the same measurement down for the other 6 windows. So the installers came, realized the problem, and only installed the kitchen window, the other 7 windows had been cut 2 inches to much, per the window world person he was talking to on the phone. Afterwards we did not get contacted by the salesperson, nor Window world. I had to call to see what was happening, was told they will contact me, which caused me to call again because they didnt call . We had 9 windows and one slider door replace at our prior home before we sold it, we were absolutely pleased with the job, cleanup and our salesperson.This time we had the same salesman, and he remembered us. I would expect to hear from him, to apologise, and was told by Window World receptionist, he is very busy. I would have expected some time of call after the incident from Window world itself. This has been an inconveinence to us, due to all the stress regarding this problem, let alone both of us moving stuff, and no we have no family here in Florida, but will hire someone to put back the curtains, and move the furniture. We have a slider door and 10 more windows remaining to be done, and are somewhat hesitant to have Window world do the next job.

I signed contract on March 5, 2021 with a known 14-16 week wait due to COVID. As other reviewers stated I paid 50%. I had 17 windows replaced, 2 exterior doors, front entry door and 3 sets of sliding glass doors. Initial installation was done on June 8. Of the 17 windows 5 were defective and 1 top sash (glass) was broken. Windows were installed and reordered by installer. The next date for installation was Friday July 30. After several calls I cancelled at 4pm because no one had shown up. Following this I talked with the office manager personally. Aug 11, 4 windows were replaced along with the broken window. The 5th window was damaged and had to reorder again. To make a long story short final window placed on Sept 21.I would encourage you to 1) set time limits as to start and end time. Tried to make a 3 day project into a 2 day ending 8pm one night and 8:30 the next. I would venture to say Window World has issues with manufacture of their windows. I must say the installers were very professional . I actually felt sorry for them as they were expected to collect remaining balance from a customer who was not happy. I picked Window World because they were a local company with a 5 star rating.This was my 23,000.00 experience.

I recd several quotes from different companies (2 of which were lower than window world but I did not like style of windows and the 4th quote was $10K above WW quote ).Window World of Polk County was reasonable and I really, really like the product. I have a neighbor who also had windows from WW installed long time ago and windows are still good.Now the issue is financing, I was not approved by WellsFargo but was approved by other lenders. WW will not honor the loan and asking for 50% down payment. (I was a victim of Solar Shield Windows and was scammed out of my $4K deposit back in 2016. I am a First Responder in my county and my husband is a Vet.why cant window world take 10% deposit, 70% at install and 20% final inspection? I had a swimming pool built and paid for fully.Window world please respond. Thank you.

They were great and the windows are awesome. My only complaint is that since it took the windows 3 months to come inwhy would they not already have the permits to install them. That was just a bit frustrating.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Measurements had to be done twice plus they ordered the wrong size for 2 windows and 1 door and noticed about this mistake on 2 different installation dates. Also I had an installation date scheduled and NOBODY SHOWED OR CALLED. Because they don’t have inventory and they custom made everything, it’s been taking for ever!Placed the order in December 2020 Im still waiting for one door that got reordered without my knowledge. Not satisfied not happy, it feels like eating a giant bowl of cold soup. I don’t even like the end product. Bought the items from Winter Haven location and salesman was Charles. Stay away!

The windows recommended by the Project Manager and what I agreed to were not the windows installed. The company did not return my two calls regarding the matter but sent me a rather interesting(code word for nasty) letter documenting all the legal actions to be taken if I did not pay the remainder installation bill. I contacted the company as per the letters direction as I didnt want legal actions taken against me, spoke with Pam, which informed me numerous times I had signed the contract. I had reviewed with Charles McGourk, Project Manager, that I wanted to go with his recommendation but he did not put the correct size windows on the contract. The contract does not identify the window sizes just Series 4000 DH. There was no discussion of options for customer satisfaction nor resolution options offered. The company must be in dire financial straights as one of the installers mentioned they had to replace 15 windows due to tags not removed when installed and assured me the problem would be worked out to my satisfaction. I also wonder if being a female, senior citizen living alone had some bearing on the outcome?

The contractors that installed the windows/sliding doors were more than professional and were very knowledgeable about they products installed. I would recommend them to anybody looking to remodeling their home!The 2 that were here are an asset to window world and will go a long way with the company!

We had Window World replace our windows and sliding doors around 10 years ago. Excellent job all the way around .. from the ordering, to the product delivery, to the installation, to the warranty! So, we decided to contract Window World to replace our entry doors and a storm door .. 3 doors total. We ordered the 3 doors in October, 2020 and were told we would have our new doors by Christmas! Christmas came and went with absolutely no contact from Window World. We had to contact them to find out what was going on. We were told they were back ordered. A couple of months go by .. still no contact from Window World about our doors .. we, again had to initiate contact to find out the status of our doors. We ended up having a manager contact us because we were frustrated that no one from Window World seemed interested in keeping us in the know .. without us initiating contact. Pamela Portell contacted us and said she was personally taking over our account and we would get tired of hearing from her with updates! Finally on May 6, 2021 we have an appointment to have our doors installed! The installers come, look at the storm door and tell us it was measured wrong and has to be reordered. In the meantime they install the other two doors. After a couple of weeks, we again have initiate contact with Pamela Portell to find out about the storm door. She said she’ll get on it and let us know. A couple of more weeks go by .. nothing. We call again, the door is back ordered. We call again in a couple of weeks and are told the door is in and they will be out on July 19th to install it. Installer comes .. the storm door is the wrong size .. won’t fit. We call Window World .. pretty upset at this point, left a message for Pamela Portell .. no return call. A couple weeks later we initiate a call to Window World to try and find out anything .. we are told the door is back ordered .. no idea when it will be in. A couple of weeks go by, we email Pamela Portell, no response. We finally get a call in September from someone that our door is in! But, they are behind and it will be October 7, 2021 before it can be installed. Installer comes, this time the door fits .. installer does a great job! Today, October 8, 2021 Window World calls wanting the $200 we owe for the final door install!! We can’t get ANYONE at Window World to CALL us with any kind of update about our doors for 10 months but, as soon as the job is finally done .. Ring Ring, Hi it’s Window World, we need our $200! … We’ll say this .. we are extremely pleased with the quality of Window World’s products! Love our Windows and Doors! We are extremely pleased with the installers, very professional and do an outstanding job! What we are NOT pleased with is the lack of communication from ANYONE at Window World to keep us informed of the status of our doors .. again we had to initiate every inquiry. But, as soon as the job is done they can’t dial fast enough for their $200.

Installation crew did excellent work, company however horrible costumer service. The sales rep measured my from door incorrectly causing a 2 month delay for Installation due to nee door needing to be ordered. I paid extra for full screens and got half screens, again sales rep didnt put it in the order. Back porch slider screen is defective and needs a new one ordered. And one of my windows goes up on its own when opened from the top. Impact windows are built great and strong. However the impact slider has too many open spaces.

A representative came to our home to give us an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We are very impressed with the company, service, product, and warranty. We cant wait to get our new windows!

The installation team supervisor, Joe, arrived on time, was extraordinarily professional. Spent time explaining how the work would be done. The team cleaned up all the work areas prior to leaving. Joe went over the various functions of the windows. He verified everything worked properly. He discovered a small defect in one window, pointed it out to me, and ordered a replacement. Without being asked, he recorded the defect in writing so I would have no problems. Very impressive company to work with. And, their prices cannot be beat. I would strongly recommend Window World to anyone needing replacement windows.

This is the 2nd time my fiancée and have used Window World for a window upgrade at a place we were living - though the first time was with a different franchise (it was in Bonita Springs). Either way, the experience in both instances were great.No pressure or sales gimmicks when the rep came out to provide a quote. Took measurements, provided an estimate, and answered any questions I had. He asked if Id like to see a cut out of the window or any of the demonstrations that may occur during a window consultation, but I told him that I have seen these things before and it didnt interest me. He gladly left the items in his trunk and we just talked about everything.I quickly asked where I could sign.Ive had quotes from multiple companies on a few different occasions over the years and generally those quotes end up being about $1k+ per window. The 7 windows I ordered went in at a bit under $550 per window, installed, inspected, everything. I cant be happier with the results or value.

This is the first time I have ever rated a company, good or bad, but with the weather warming up today, I opened our windows and I became angry and frustrated all over again with the way we were treated by Window Word. Customer Service, as well as their owner, Mark Collins, is non-existent, as his policy is to NOT speak to customers. We were only allowed to speak to their General Manager who said she relayed information to and from the owner.Our total order for 3 sliding glass doors and one sliding window was $9,485.00. The sliding window opens over the kitchen sink to our screened patio. The one we previously had had 3 panels, with 3 tracks, allowing us to open the window 2/3 of the way to let a in a breeze. The salesman, Tyler, of course saw this when he measured the window but did not explain to us that their 3-panel window only has 2 tracks, allowing the window to only open 1/3 of the way. The cost for the 3-panel was $200 more than a 2-panel window, which would at least have opened ½ of the way. This discrepancy was only brought to our attention by the installer when the windows were delivered and ready to be installed. To this day I cannot understand why someone would purposely order a window that only opened 1/3 of the way???!!!!We did not initially accept the 3-panel window and requested to reorder the 2-panel. The General Manager treated us like we were on trial and took up for their salesman who did not explain the discrepancy but who lied both to us and to her, saying he did explain the difference. Again, why would someone pay $200 more for a window that only opens 1/3 of the way compared to ½ of the way? The best offer from the General Manager was to replace the window for another $325...after we already paid $625 for their mistake! We even offered to pay half of the $325 but they refused….no compromise! And this was using the new 2-track frame that was already manufactured. After spending almost $10,000 with them, this was the best they would do. Bottom line, we did not give them anymore money and we will live with a window that we hate. Buyer beware.....if there is an error or problem with your order it is obvious that they will not take responsibility; their attitude is that it is your fault! Needless to say, I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally.Regarding the Response from the Owner...This reply does absolutely nothing to resolve the issue at hand for me, the customer. And yes, their consultants definitely need to be more thorough in reviewing and discussing the customers’ needs. Unfortunately this lesson learned for them is at our expense. I’ve attached a picture of the current 3-pane window so that they will see our view and why this window is totally useless for a decent air flow. Hopefully they will now have a better understanding why we would never intentionally order such a window. Again, we would be a very happy customer instead of a totally unsatisfied customer if they would, at a minimum, agree to accept our very reasonable compromise. Their consideration would be very much appreciated.

The sale rep was very professional and good with product knowledge. We waited 22 & 1/2 weeks from ordering before installation. While I understand the extreme delay was due to COVID, I think that Window World could have been a little more on top of follow-up status with us instead of me having to call to get a status. Other than that, we are happy with our windows and door. Regarding Steve who did our installation - I cant say enough good things about him. He was great, punctual, pleasant to have around. Steve did a great job with installation and updating us as he was installing. We had one thing that would have been our responsibility to remedy (finishing off around sunroom windows) and he came back the next day with a resolution. We highly recommend Steve as an installer for Window World. Thank you.

Mark Collins came out and gave me a quote on replacing my windows. He was the most affordable quote I got. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. Joe and his crew came out to install. They were very polite. They were incredibly clean, and courteous. I can’t believe how proficienty they worked. Thank you Window World of Lakeland! On time, very professional, hard working, excellent job

The man who came to install our windows showed up two hours late hungover, damaged one of the windows, and it took them a month to fix the windows, which they also showed up two hours late for. We told them all of our screens were crooked and there were gaps in the mounding, which still has not been fixed over two months later. All of the screens on our windows are crooked, and cant be used properly because of large gaps that bugs can get through. Some of our windows are so tight that we cant open them, and also drag the screens with them when we do get them open. Our screen for the sliding glass door is missing the locks and stoppers. They take your money, and dont fix any problem you have. We have warranty problems, and it takes them so long to come and fix the problem. They always place blame on other companies. I wish we had used someone else. Today they were supposed to come and fix some of our problems, but called to say they were changing the time with 0 warning, and then showed up over an hour late from the new time. DO NOT BUY THESE WINDOWS. you get what you pay for.

Window World kept us up to date as our windows were custom manufactured and scheduled the installation at our convenience. Workers arrived on time and installation was completed in less than one day. They did a good job of cleaning up after the installation.

I ordered 17 custom windows for my home. I was quoted, paid and given an 8-12 week time frame. After 14 weeks and no communication, I called, got the run around, then finally was told one window was still holding up the process and they were going to get it in in another 2 weeks and then go through permitting. 6 six, weeks later... waiting graciously and patiently, I call again and now have 3 windows on back order for another week and still waiting on permitting.A week later, the last 3 windows arrived, still waiting for permitting apparently and Lord only know when... or if at this point install will happen. This is going on week 20. I believe myself to be a reasonable person, but I definitely think there needs to be a higher level of professionalism Im communication especially if your product/service is delayed 8 weeks and counting from the originally quoted time frame. With no offer of compensation or acknowledgement of how unnecessary and unacceptable this while ordeal has been, I am extremely disappointed to say the least.Update:The windows have been installed and are remarkable! The installation crew was prompt, polite, and professional. I appreciate how quickly they put in the windows, and answered my questions. Overall, despite the issue with communication through parts if the process, I am not displeased. I would recommend Window world. I appreciate the consideration of my review and attention to the matter. Thank you Window World, for a job well done. The quality of the work and product itself is very good.

Overall quality is good. If you would like a pool and windows and doors installed order the windows and doors from Window World about 6 months before you order the pool as the pool will be completed first. Customer service gave different answers each time I tried to get a estimate for completion, installers were very good and responsive. Signed April 11, 2020. Still not complete and New Year has arrived.

We recently had our sliding glass door (slider) replaced with a Hurricane impact resistant slider from Window World. In addition, we replaced the front bathroom window with a Hurricane impact resistant window as well. After Hurricane Irma in 2017, we wanted to make the front of our home more secure. After searching around, we decided on Window World.That decision was based upon our meeting with Tyler, a Project Consultant for Window World. He was very professional. We also did research and found that the company had a very good reputation. Thats important! You want to be able to hire a company or contractor that you can trust.Joe and the install team arrived on-time and did a wonderful job!We couldnt be happier. Tyler, our Project Consultant followed through with communication (from start to finish) to make sure everything went smooth. We could tell that they really cared about making sure we were pleased.If we ever need replacement windows in the future, we wouldnt hesitate to use Window World.We especially love the slider that Joe installed.Thank you Window World for making our experience a pleasant one.

I am a brand new home owner and purchased an older home that needs a lot of work. On top of that Im a teacher with limited funds. The positive thing I can say is that their quote for window replacement is the lowest even though they came back and increased the price by $2000 because of a lead paint test. I had my initial contact in September, as of today I still do not have windows installed, four months later. Communication is an issue even though Ive called and told them that I teach from 7:30am to 4:30pm and need then to contact me around those times they still call when I am unable to receive the calls. Most communications have been initiated by me and when I call Im given more reasons for the delay and told that they will call me. Then I never get a call. The bad thing is that they dont know that Im living in a home with no AC or heat because Im waiting for them. Im extremely disappointed as I was told that it would only be 8 weeks to be able to have me windows in the house.Yes, I was incorrect the signed contract was 10-12 weeks for installation. I signed the contract 8-11-20 which makes this four months as I have stated. And yes installation is ready to be scheduled as I found out after I called your company. Even though I called and scheduling is ready they could not speak to me today to schedule it for next week. So all my issues still hold true.The company charged me $1200 extra dollars for lead paint that tested positive on the outside of the home. When installers came they did not have to take any precautions for the lead paint as it was on the trim of the house and was not cut nor disturbed during the window installation. The installers called the company and notified them of the unneeded charge, but the company refused to refund the $1200 even though it was a bogus charge.UPDATE (2/1/2021) THE COMPANY CALLED ME AFTER THIS REVIEW AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE UNREFUNDED CHARGE. I AM HAPPY TO REPORT THAT THEY SENT ME A REFUND FOR THE EXTRA COST FOR LEAD PAINT SINCE it was not an issue. Thank you for being a stand up company and doing the right thing.

I couldnt even get the estimate done. They kept cancelling on me literally 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive each time and then stopped even apologizing or asking to reschedule and just gave me a new time they would come as if I have nothing better to do than sit around all day waiting for someone to show up! That is not even mentioning the absolute lack of professionalism on those calls. (no return call number, lack of apology, no concern for the value of the clients time etc) If you cant even give me an estimate professionally how could I even trust that you would show up to do the actual job!? The estimate is the sales part of this job and the part you would expect to be top notch but alas it was so lacking in every way. The only positive part of this experience was the sweet girl (Amanda, I believe) when you call to set up an appointment. She should be doing all of it and maybe I would have a new sliding glass door right now.

Window world did a fantastic job! They were very reasonably priced and great quality. The men that did the installation were so kind and sweet and even took my toddler and dog into consideration when moving rooms and making noise. I would highly recommend them! The guys were very professional when installing.

I used Window World of Polk County, Florida to replace my single pane windows and slider door to the lanai. They installed double pane windows and a double pane slider door. The service, professionalism, and quality of work was excellent. And knowing that I have a life time warranty on the windows and doors is an added plus. I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors here in Florida.

This is the second time Ive used Window World. I find their windows are of excellent quality and a fantastic value. The staff is very responsive to your needs. They worked tirelessly to get my windows installed within the HOA time frame. The installer was professional, friendly, and very neat. He left my property completely clean inside and out. They removed the old windows from the site when the work was completed. I would highly recommend Window World to anyone considering replacing their old windows.

We placed an order in early June and were told our installation would be in 8 weeks. We have been getting the run around ever since. It is now four months later and still no windows...HOWEVER they did cash our deposit check within a week of the order. Now, we cannot get our deposit back when cancelling our order so we can order windows from someone else.Update: Based on the comment from the owner it is obvious they watch customer reviews/comments and reply promptly, however when called multiple times to find out when our windows will get installed we get no answer. We are almost at 14 weeks from the date we signed the contract. I am all about understanding the current situation when the company I am dealing with will CALL you with updates. We, the customer, are the only one initiating communication in this deal. I cannot imagine what significant cost they have incurred since our windows, after 14 weeks, are not in their warehouse. I really do not understand how the owner can continue to justify that they are providing good customer service. The most prompt communication we have received has been via his responding to this post about their poor service.

Chris and crew arived on time and workde fast. They were courteous and explained all the workings on my new windows. The sound level is already diminished due to the new windows. I will call Window World when I get ready to replace the sliders.

Our Window World windows and door look and work absolutely amazing. The installer was incredible. Very professional, did an excellent job at removing our old windows, And a perfect job at installing the new ones. I dont think things could have gone any better. I would Highly recommend Window World.

They make you wait and they bring the wrong size and scratch to dont call them you will be sorry

Steve Testosecca was efficient, knowledgeable; cleaned up after the job was done. He answered my many questions. He was polite and respectful. I would highly recommend him as a trustworthy worker and I would ask that he be the worker if I had occasion to do more windows and doors. He gets five stars!

What a great crew. Dustin and the 3 crew members have installation down to a science. They were very professional and stayed conscientious of my home, keeping the areas clean and tidy. The time they took to clearly explain all the amenities these windows have to offer was very appreciated. I am already considering more home projects now that I know I can trust the installation work to these great installers.

Great service, friendly people

On time, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable. I have 5 cats, 2 dogs, 4 2-year olds, and an infant. The guys were very accommodating in working around my schedule (naptime, moving cats from room to room, etc.). They never lost patience with us, and were able to finish the job the same day. My doors and windows look great!

Save yourself the headache and taking multiply days off of work to have issues fixed. My installer was almost 2 hours late, came hung over, he told me about his heavy drinking the night before, he came alone because he fired his helper because his helper did not call and wake him up. He was at our house from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm, other installers said it was a 4-5 hour job 6 windows and a sliding glass door. Now for the issues, he tried caulking the outside in the dark.. FAILED, had a guy come out to re-caulk the windows, one window frame was all busted up, all the screens are crocked and im missing pieces from my sliding glass door. I took the day off to have windows installed, I took the day off for the 1 window to be fixed (thought everything was going to be fixed) now I get to take another day off to meet with the Regional Rep, and then i have to take another day off to get my screens replaced and my sliding glass door fixed. Not happy at all with the windows, or the service.

We like the product, price was higher than we thought. The high pressure sales, was a big turn off.Mr Collins. First off we set an appointment for 4:30 youre rep showed up at 5:00 . So my review states that the price was higher than we thought. It was sticker shock thats all. Yes we felt pressured to buy that night, weather that is how youre reps work or not. If you want to go into what we experienced I would be happy to call you and explain. But for you to tell me to do my research, that is kind of insulting to me. Maybe you dont need our business, and thats just fine with us. We will look else where.

These windows are so worth it. The quality and looks of the windows are beautiful! So many good features. They open from top or bottom, plus the windows have extra locks on each side of the frame. The heat that used to come through our windows was unbearable. You cannot even feel the heat come through. And last but not least was our installer. He was timely, polite, informative and did a fantastic job on installing our windows. Our hats off to him for a job well done!!! Call Window World, they stand behind their word.

The whole experience with Window World has been very positive from the start.The salesman was very professional and helped very much. The office staff has always been very helpful with my questions.My install with Steve was a great experience. He knows his stuff and was very helpful, friendly, thorough and made sure we were happy with install. Having been here all day for the install I saw first hand his ability and professionalism.This may be my last window install, but if you need windows, this is the place to go.

They were running a little late but had the courtesy to call and let me know before they were to be here. Ran into sizing issues with the 3 sliding doors - due to the house construction - but were able to complete the project that looks great!

Everything was awesome! From the beginning with the sales rep., Tyler, who came in an measures the window size to provide an estimate cost. This only took about 15 minutes, unlike some other companies that provided an hour long presentation to buy windows that cost more than $15,000. After looking at the product, and noted the comparisons, the best and sane option was Window World. These windows were installed today, and Dave and his crew were amazing! They were nice and respectful. They had great team work. After looking at some issues that they help discovered, Dave assured that he would get them ordered and get them fixed. Also, there warranty was the same as the high dollar companies. I am very pleased with my experience with Window World.

Joe was great. Professional, on time, great work. I had 15 windows and 3 doors replaced it was hot and humid but Joe pushed through and got the job done in just 2 days. The only really negative thing I can say is the job was messy and the young men that helped were not the best at cleaning up after themselves. They did try. We had some unexpected problems with a wrong door and a window but they handled it in a professional manner. I do wish they would have put something down on the carpet before walking on it with dusty feet.

I have been wanting to replace the windows in. Y home for quite some time. I received a couple quotes that were SO expensive so I thought my dreams were a bust. My brother found this company and told me the price he received, so I decided to get a quote.. knowing what the last two were I was expecting to be disappointed... boy was I surprised! They replaced all of my windows (even the one in the garage) for less than half of the last quote I received! Fantastic windows, James who installed them was amazing, he did them all by himself! He took the time to clean and vacuum the area before he moved to the next window. I can not give a higher recommendation.. out of 5 stars, I give them a 10!
