This store is disgusting, cigarettes all over the floor impossible to navigate the room . Bottles on counter full of cigarettes, store looks closed . Parking lot is full of derelict vehicles, also going to call codes enforcement on the issue. Do not shop here

I wasnt counting on stopping at that store but Im so glad I did! I was greeted right away from a very charming gentleman by the name of Eddie. He was so professional and knowledgeable about getting a loan. He helped me in details on everything I needed to do and I felt in good hands. Eddie was very professional, knowledgeable, smart, kind and honest, it was nice to see that people like him still exists in this world that we need more people like Eddie not only at the Pawn Shop but everywhere. If you stop by the store ask for Eddie Valentin, you wont regret it! ............Thank me later ;-)

Cleanest & most organized Pawn Shop. I purchased a flat screen from here recently. The prices & value can’t be beat!! Customer service from Eddie was excellent!!! Will be visiting again.

I love this place it is the most clean and organized pawn shop i have ever been to. They have almost everything you can think of in there. Definitely my place to shop, bought a iPhone 8 for lowest price i could find. customer service was great too.

Used to go here a lot but seems like everytime I found a good deal on something it was in the wrong bin or was supposed to be posted on ebay not cool when u find a good game and they go from being in the 5$ bin to wanting 50$ for it other that that they got some pretty cool stuff and seemed to be pretty nice

Good shop. They have a good variety of items. and I purchased an item that didnt work but they took it back without a problem. I would recommend going there.

Unfortunately, I can not even give this place a star rating! (Only rated one star as I had no choice in order to post this review) From the moment that I walked in, the customer service was poor. I didnt receive a welcome or anything. When I finally reached the counter to speak to someone, the young man pretended to be busy and walked away. I then just left and decided to take my business elsewhere. Though the store had some really great and cool items I noticed while walking in, I will not be returning. The sales associates should really be trained in better customer service as Great Customer Service is key!

This is the Best pawn shop in the Winter Haven area staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices and competitive prices on items if you want to pawn an item wish they were a franchise cause the other pawn shops should learn from these guys.

I pawned my Xbox One here and when I got it back it didnt work... I dont know what kind of scams they think theyre trying to pull but dont take anything you value to this store... The guy who answered the phone tried telling me or was my fault my Xbox doesnt work and made absolutely no attempt to make it right or even check the situation... Not very professional in my book.

First all this place is a joke! They tell you they will take anything of value and even gave me a list of all the items they take. I brought in an item of value, which was on the list, they offered me cash then turned me down. Make up your mind!!! On top of that the customer service is terrible!!! Stay away from this place and take your items elsewhere!!!

Havent had any problems with this shop. They will buy or value your items and if you have any military equipment there is a guy for that too. Last I heard he shows up on the weekend
