Jacob called me within a 1/2 hour of receiving my email. He came within days to assess my backyard irrigation system & within a week was back to add more heads & adjust the ones that were originally installed (not by Viking), Sam actually did the work & did a great job. I have to be honest. We’re disappointed. The grass was cut too short. Weed has grown everywhere. And we still haven’t received a refund after discontinuing service. Because of the results after only a month, my husband refuses to hire anyone for lawn service when he travels for work.I’m also curious to know why all 108 reviews are 5 stars. I feel misled. Jacob and his crew have been amazing! Viking Lawn Care was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad that I used them. Not only has everyone been extremely professional, they have done a wonderful job. Hard workers, professional, respectful, and extremely helpful. When I bought my house I had all of the overgrown shrubbery and trees pulled out, and replaced with river rock. The job was not easy, but they not only did it, they made it look perfect! Once they did that, I then signed up for lawn care and maintenance ASAP. I couldn’t imagine going with anyone else, and almost 4 months later I still feel the same way. I highly recommend this company!

Its hard to explain, because it was just the replacement of a few sprinkler heads, but the way they A)showed up on time B)honestly diagnosed my issues C) quickly did the work for a very reasonable amount means Im going to call them back for anything that goes wrong in the future. Granted, my expectations are rock bottom having worked with others in the area, but even putting that aside I found them to be very pleasant to work with.

I work for the National Guard Armory in Winter Haven and I called Viking for irrigation Service. My lawn guy and the city couldnt figure out what was wrong but after about 10 minutes after Jacob arrived he found the issue. They were extremely professional and actually showed up when they said they would unlike most service providers these days. Being in the military I pride myself on being disciplined and so does Viking as they have veterans who work for their organization in which it shows. When we arrived home today we found out that water had been leaking out through one of the valves in our irrigation system allowing water to flow through our sprinkler heads all day long. The water company had to come out and shut off the main water supply to our home. We called Jake and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He came out assessed our issue swapped the valve and had the water back on to our home in less than an hour. Not only did he take care of the issue with top quality parts he also did it for a great price. He also made recommendations for future upgrades that had long term savings potential. Two days after returning from Vermont, I found I had an irrigation leak at the junction box. The main water line had to be shut off. No water in the house! Monday morning we found Viking Lawn Care on line. Jacob answered his phone immediately. He said he could be out here in the early afternoon. I dug up the junction box to save some time. The problem was found in about 5 minutes, and fixed in another 20 minutes. Instead of $400+ which another company would have charged, for unnecessary repairs, we were charged his initial rate and time. We were very happy with his professional knowledge of irrigation systems. I would highly recommend Jacob to anyone who is in need of installing or fixing their system. I needed fast service for my irrigation problem. I called first thing on a Saturday morning and Jacob came out right away fixed my problem and did a great job. I then decided to try them for lawn care as well because I was so impressed and I can say they are the best. My lawn has never looked so good. I called Viking after finding a water leak bubbling up from my irrigation line. Jacob came out the same day and found 2 leaks in my line. He repaired them and also replaced two of my sprinkler heads. Irrigation problems. Called 3 companies to get estimates. Jacob answered right away and came right out. Viking was the only company that was professional and they also were the only company that didnt tell me I needed a new system. He had parts on his truck and fixed it in about 20 minutes on the spot.
