Shelby made me feel so comfortable in an overwhelming environment for me as I am not very knowledgeable with beauty supplies. She was informative, relatable, and gave me step by step directions on how to tone my hair properly. She honestly was such a pleasure to shop with and I came out of this experience learning something new. Shelby is great!

The associate working at the time was extremely helpful and polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable. The only reason I haven’t given five stars is due to this store being out of stock of many products.

The store hours for Wednesday say 10am-7pm I arrived at 11am doors locked no sign and shorty in the back counting boxes I called but she don’t even wanna bring my product out even if it’s ordered curbside pickup. If you’re short staffed shut the store down and put a note on the door put it on google something sis STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME inconsiderate as hell. Find myself a vendor so I can stop shopping with poorly managed businesses like this one.

I bought 2style capes yesterday. I returned 1within 2hrs of purchase, still in box. I was refused a refund. They said ALL SALES FINAL AND THERE WERE NO SIGNS POSTED TO THIS STATEMENT ANYWHERE. I TOOK PHOTOS IF THE FRONT DOOR....NOTHING TO ALERT US.I understand that clippers are non refundable, but an unopened box?? Not happy

I was greeted when I came in. The employee knew where everything was and she made her suggestions on products and even suggested ways that I could persevere my hair color! I was able to get in and out pretty quickly too. Great experience!

I went in to this Sallys Beauty Supply the other day. The employees were kind and very helpful. The lady knew exactly what I needed and grabbed it. I will definitely go back here if I need anything for my good-looks!

Came in and wasn’t greeted or offered help, when I asked for advice on what hair extensions to get for prom and the store associate pointed in the general direction of the clip ins, said “probably clip ins” and offered no other advice or help. She then went on to help other customers and completely ignored us for the rest of the time we were there, acting like we were a burden when I asked her to see one of the boxes. Was about to buy the extensions but was so disappointed with my experience I decided to go to a different Sally’s location. I’ve been going to this Sally’s location since I was a kid and i’ve always been warmly welcomed, and had a good experience.

Was asked 4 times by two associates if I needed help and then I was followed around the store. At one point they were both uncomfortably close on either side of me essentially trapping me in the isle. There are only two associates in this tiny store and they both need to be cleaning in the same isle?Maybe stop rudely following your customers around. I get keeping an eye out for people potentially stealing but jeez man.

We love this Sally beauty location the employees are so helpful and super nice to us, they always know their products and they giveto us a good advice, also the store manager her name is Yesma she help my wife to make her hair color in the way we want it, she also knew the right products and combinations to create the hair color in the way my wife wantsto look. We love the way she treats us and she also said to call for any other information we need in case we forget something and we need any guidance. I only can say I will definitely be back to this location they have the best customer service and the best employees.

I had to bleach my hair blonde from having brown and black on top and blue on the bottom on short notice for work. I was buying a color stripper because I had several colors underneath the blue and black I had semipermanent black as the transition. The worker at this establishment told me not to buy it. I told her I’d had several colors underneath and she still told me to skip the color stripper and corrector. Now I have blonde on top, a dark orange from the black in the middle, and light green on the bottom. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE STAFF HERE. I NOW HAVE TO SPEND OVER $300 TO FIX HER MISTAKE. Before and after, and btw now I can’t even go to work, as I now have to set apart a whole day to get it fixed, and I fried my hair for no reason. Again, if you are new to this at all, DO NOT TAKE THE ADVICE OF THIS STAFF.

Everytime I go to this particular location there is always some sort of issue. Either there card readers are down or they only have one employee or that one male employee who is just rude. I will no longer be wasting my time there.

If you have curly hair this is the best Sally Beauty Supply store in central Florida they carry every brand for curly hair!
