I had the loveliest experience here recently. The salesperson, Robin, was so friendly and helpful—she recommended several items at my price points and gave super helpful insights into each product.

Came by on a Saturday night. The door had no sign that indicated whether the store was open or closed, and there was no signage with their hours posted. So since the lights were on and the front door was unlocked, I assumed the store was open. Logical enough, right? Nope. An employee ran over and said they were closed. We left and she locked the door behind us. As someone who used to work in a retail store, this raised many red flags for me. First being, there should at least be a sign indicating whether or not the store is open. That seems pretty standard. Secondly, the first thing you should do when you are closing a shop is LOCK THE DOORS. This is a major safety issue for employees. Not only are you opening the store up for robbery since you must count cash at the end of the day, but there was only one female inside the store that I could see. This seems extremely dangerous even if the store is in a busy area.

As a cosmetic specialist myself I have never felt so unwelcome here. Was looked at up and down in a rude manner. Will never be returning here.

Came by at 6pm on Saturday because hours on Google showed that the store was open until 7pm. The store was, in fact, closed. Big sad.

Every time Ive been here the employees have been really helpful and kind! I have never bought a bad or subpar product from here, truly stocks only high quality products.

I dont write negative reviews but after todays experience I had no choice but to write one. Ive lived in FL all my life and as someone who does not look WHITE this was the first time I actually realized that my skin-tone was not welcomed... a staff member followed me and my friend around the store... at first I thought the staff member (a young dark haired girl in black dress) was a customer... I was just suggesting products and brands to a friend of mine (who was in a head covering) but as I walked around in the store I noticed this person following us... she never once came up to us to ask if we needed help...had she done that I would have not minded her presence but her following us around was a sure sign to me that she thought we were there to steal items... shame on the store for hiring staff like that...

I love the dermatology grade lines they have here. My favorite thing in the world is the power glow pads. It will change your life. No more acne, sun spots, or breakouts of any kind. This is after years of trying to figure out the perfect skin solution. It is a bit pricey but trial and error with a bunch of cheap product is even worse.Update 8-3-21: After Ulta’s disaster customer service experience, I’m really happy Bluemercury is here. You really cant find good customer service like Bluemercury.

I can’t say I had the best experience here. my son went into the store looking for an eczema scrub for his boyfriend. Staff was not friendly at all! He said the girl would not even allow him to walk around with the product in his hand as if he was going to steal it!
