I had such a good time shopping at Bella Bridesmaids in Winter Park! The dress selection was so incredible. The service was personable and easy. I had a bit of a unique vision with my (10!) bridesmaids, where I wanted them to reflect the colors of the sunset in the location of our destination wedding in Guatemala (see photos below for sunset, and bridesmaids dresses). I also wanted all of my ladies to feel comfortable and amazing in their dresses, which meant all different colors and all different styles, while trying to stay on budget! Christa was a God send. She let me come into the store and play with dress after dress, set up appointment after appointment until everything was perfectly planned out. I went into my wedding day feeling confident that my girls were not only going to look amazing, but feel amazing all thanks to the exceptional customer service from Bella Bridesmaids. Christa, the owner of Bellas Bridal in Orlando (winter park) is the nicest woman I have had the pleasure of working with. My bridesmaids ordered dresses from there which I thought I loved, when they came in, none of my girls tried them on immediately. Two months later the girls tried them on and they were ill fitting. I emailed Christa and told her I was disappointed. She did not hesitate to do whatever she needed to find us new dresses. The new dresses we found were cutting it close to the wedding, but she assured us it would be fine. The dresses were stuck in customs as of 3/2 and my wedding was 3/16. I was a nervous train wreck! I went to Macys and bought back up dresses telling myself we would have to use these ones. I received a wonderful phone call saying the dresses would be here tomorrow (which was 3/12) which was the most wonderful news!! She went out of her way to take the dresses to the alteration shop and told us she would cover the cost of the alterations. She is the sweetest woman ever and even when this was happening, her daughter was sick and she still managed to take care of me and my girls. I highly recommend her for any of your formal dress needs.

My dress was too small. Nordstrom would not alter it. Bella Bridesmaids called the store in my town and got the name of a seamstress for me to go to! Thank you Christa for taking the time to help me with this!

I called this placed looking for a dress that I can wear for a wedding dress for a 2nd wedding. I left a message saying this and the owner Christa called back and left a message stating that she did not carry wedding dresses. I had to call back again and leave another message stating again what I was looking for. I then exchanged several texts with the owner who stated that she didnt look at her texts that I should have been sending her emails even though I didnt have her email address. She finally shared that with me and I gave her the item numbers of the dresses that I was looking for to see if she had them in stock. It took 10 emails to set up an appointment to make a time to come in and look at the dresses that she had in her shop. On the day of my appointment I went and she didnt have any of the dresses that I sent to her and I had sent her 8 different styles. She different offer to show me anything else in the shop and she acted like the ones that I showed her she wasnt familiar with at all. She said she would check with her other shops and let me know in a couple of days. My appointment was less than ten minutes and sh couldnt wait to get me out of her shop. I did not her from her and have emailed her 2 weeks later and its been 3 days and still no response. I donknow if she doesnt want business because I didnt come in with 10 people or what. As of right now I wouldnt take a dress from this vendor if she gave it to me. If this is the kind of treatment you get when you are just looking for a dress I can imagine if you order a dress and have problems with it arriving on time. I DO NOT recommend using this vendor at all. If you value your important day, keep away from Christa and Bella Bridesmaids

If you are looking for formal dresses, this is the place to go!!! Christa is amazing. I was in a wedding this past weekend in Orlando and we used Bella Bridal for the Bridesmaids dresses. Back in July we found dresses and ordered. When we finally all tried them on together in January (because we were not wise in time-management with that), they did not fit correctly. It was almost as we had a defective batch and of course now we were a little over 2 months until the wedding. Christa could see that they were defective as well and immediately looked into other options for us. We found something that worked for everyone although the time-line was a little tight to get them to us. They were supposed to arrive around 3/1 and because of issues with customs, we didnt receive them until 3/12. In the meantime, we had bought replacement dresses for the just in case. Christa was ready to refund us completely if the dresses didnt arrive in time but when they did arrive, she graciously took care of everyones alteration fees since we were cutting it so close. This woman cares about her clients and her business! You may find another place in the area that is less expensive or closer to your home but I can guarantee that she will go out of her way to make any wrong right again.

Christa is wonderful! We had our original appointment in March for my bridesmaids to try on styles. One of my girls lived out of state, and due to COVID19 she couldnt go to another location to try on dresses. Christa made special accommodations for her to help with sizing and order the right fit. She is quick to respond & knows her stuff in and out!! I approved everything via e-mail and she will keep my up to date once our dresses ship. I highly recommend using this quaint little shop & having Christa help you find the perfect bridesmaid dress!

Wonderful experience at this location! My future sister-in-law is using a Bella Bridesmaids in NJ and I need to order my dress through them, but I live in Orlando.. I am so happy Christa was so accommodating and letting me try on dresses at her store! The process of setting up an appointment was super easy. I told Christa what styles I was interested in and once I arrived for my appointment all the dresses in the approx. size were ready for me by the dressing area. Amazing service and would definitely recommend!

Great customer service and the best variety of bridesmaid dresses anyone could ask for. Because each dress is made to order, the turn around time is a little long. However, if you have time to wait, I highly recommend this store. In my particular case, I was interested in a dress this location did not carry. Christa went above and beyond to have the dress shipped from Atlanta. It was ultimately the dress I chose and I couldn’t be happier.

Their location is right in the heart of Winter Park, and is convenient and easy get to. Our brides are often looking for a specific shade of a certain color or hoping to have a combination of colors and/or styles. I ordered my dress for an out of state wedding, so perhaps you’re treated differently if the entire party orders from the store. When I got measured, I was given my measurements and told to “pick a size,” which seemed very odd. I picked a size based on the measurement that the associate said was “most important.” When I picked up my dress, it was handed to me and that was it. I had to ask if I could try it on. Since their measuring system is so accurate, the dress is too big and will need to be altered (I am not upset about this but I do feel I could have been sized better). I would suggest going to a shop where the associates are better trained.

Chista at Bella Bridesmaids was fantastic to work with. I showed her the style of dress I was looking for and she immediately pulled a hand full of amazing options for me to try on. It took only 20 minutes to find the perfect dress, because of her help. I had a great experience and would highly recommend using her for your wedding!

Address is either wrong or misleading. The lady who opened the door for us was rude when we tried to tell her the address number was messed up. She then proceeded to pointed in the direction of the room where the dresses were hung up. Felt like she want to be bothered. All dresses are in size 10 or 12 so it was hard to try on a dress if it’s not your size. We had Made this appointment a week ago and it was just 2 of us so we were definitely not overwhelming. Not friendly, not communicative, not helpful, overall not a great experience. Sorry we wasted our time.

Would highly recommend ordering bridesmaids dresses from Bella Bridesmaids Orlando! My girls and I had the best experience going into the store and trying on their beautiful dresses. I went in with a specific dress and color in mind and they had exactly the one I wanted & a variety of different colors to look at to see which one I liked the best. All the girlsin the shop were very helpful during the appointment and made it so much fun for all of us. We did end up falling in love with one of the dresses and decided to order them! Great selection and reasonable prices. This store saved me!! I was down to the wire for finding bridesmaids dresses because I had such a nightmare with my wedding dress. Would highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids Orlando to any Bride!! My best friend is getting married with many of the bridesmaids out of state and the store went above and beyond to accommodate us to ensure all was ordered and details taken care of. There was a slight mishap on the factory’s end that wasn’t brought to the stores attention till a later date, YET Christa saved the day by making the situation right and not having the Bride freak out before her big day. As an event planner for many other weddings, I have seen where the Bridal Store can stress a Bride out and make situation worse, however, it’s reassuring to know that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE still exists here!! Awesome experience! Though it stated on the window by appointment only when I walked up to the place, she waved me to come inside. Christa was very helpful and knowledgeable in what I was looking for and even in the middle of her lunch she stopped to help me. I felt the price was reasonable and appreciated the Valentines day discount special on the beautiful dress I chose. I will definitely come back here again and would recommend Bella to anyone looking for that special, warm welcome experience while shopping for your bridesmaid dress.

I cannot put into words how great Christa the owner is as well as her associates. From the minute we walked in we were treated so kindly. The attention to detail they had with each and everyone of us (7) was absolutely outstanding. The selections they carried at the boutique were so incredibly beautiful. So grateful for the services and experience they provided us at Bella!

I would recommend Bella Bridesmaids to any bride planning their wedding. I have now purchased two dresses through Bella and have had a phenomenal experience - start to finish - each time. Both weddings have had 7+ bridesmaids and Christa and her staff have never seemed overwhelmed with the craziness we bring.

Very wonderful experience here! And sooo many styles and colors!Christa and Gina worked very hard to make sure we found a dress that was the style and color I wanted. Christa was very accommodating as my inner bride-zilla was kicking in! Not once did she make me feel like a burden or like I was acting crazy (even though I knew I was). I couldnt decide on what color I wanted, and she talked me through every scenario and what effect each color would have, she let me come in and browse all the different colors and basically take over her store. I felt so silly and the whole time she was very happy to help and calm my anxieties, I absolutely loved working with her! Definitely get your bridesmaid dresses from here!
