We had a very good experience with SFD with the order of our new dining room table and chairs. Honestly, I was reluctant to order something of this cost over the internet, but I was so impressed with the beautiful pictures I took a chance. They delivered as expected via FEDEX, however, we had two missing chairs at the time of delivery. From that day, SFD was on top of an investigation to locate the missing chairs via FEDEX. After a thorough investigation was completed, a new pair of chairs were sent promptly and delivered. I was grateful for all they did to make sure the chairs were replaced without stressing me out, chasing people and status. All the follow up was proactive and prompt every time by the SFD Team. I have been very impressed by their genuine care and support. I highly recommend shopping with SFD. The table and chairs are very good quality and will be wonderful for our upcoming family holiday get togethers. Thank You!! - Dan
DO NOT SHOP AT SHOP FACTORY DIRECT They delivered damaged furniture, we did not accept the damaged furniture. Even the fed ex driver told my husband before he opened the semi he would not recommend accepting it. Now they want to restore the busted damaged furniture and send us scratched chipped busted furniture. We paid full price for the Royale Canopy bedroom set. We did not pay to recieve damaged or restored furniture. Amanda and Barbara are both refusing us a refund. They have had our money since Oct 30, 2020, and we still as of Feb 10, 2021 have never recieved the brand new furniture we paid for. Do not shop at Shop Factory Direct. I think we need to start a multi level law suit against Shop Factory Direct with all of the bad reviews and complaints from the better business bureau that I am reading.

We now have the attorney general involved because this company will not do the right thing and just give us a refund on the items that were purchased almost a year ago! It was a bit scary shopping for a bed without actually seeing it. Were more than happy with the quality of service that we received and the quality of the furniture. The bed we bought was the Vendome King set and it was very sturdy. Quite stunning actually. We highly recommend the white glove service where they come in and put the bed together. We received many phone calls afterwards checking in to make sure that everything was going properly and that the bed was up to our expectations. I hope that we can furnish your whole house with their products.

I was looking for furniture for my home office and fell in love with Parker House library walls and bar. I shopped this for 2 years and finally decided to order from ShopFactoryDirect as they had the best price and most of the pieces I wanted to put together my custom order. Rene was awesome and searched the entire US to find all of the pieces I needed. SHe also advised me to wait until a sale period that saved me another 10%. I was nervous about the order because it was several thousand dollars, but it arrived a week early in flawless condition and the delivery drivers were very careful in bringing it in and setting it up. I figure if they can deliver this order flawlessly, they can do anything you order well.
Looking for a bedroom set and dressers and found SFD. Ordered both and it took a little longer than expected to because the California factory shipped it to NC for inspection, which was good because one piece got damaged. A replacement piece was shipped, causing the delay. Eventually it showed up, and we paid the extra for white glove delivery. Sun Delivery brought it and the two guys were outstanding. Very careful and courteous. Could not have had a better experience, and Stephanie and Ruthie in customer service were awesome. We will order again from SFD.

Bought a dining set from SFD in Nov and it was delivered Dec 8th. During shipping the furniture was damaged and I am still waiting for it to be replaced or fixed. When I bought the furniture I paid for NEW furniture not damaged that has to be fixed (if that ever happens). I will never purchase anything again nor would I recommend your company to anyone.

Wife ordered a loveseat; it was the best price we could find for that model; took a few weeks to get here (expected with furniture like this); shipped FedEx ground, arrived in 100% great condition. They even called and asked how it all went. Would buy from again.
Surprisingly GREAT service and quality here amid a world of potentially fraudulent or low-quality internet storefronts. I ordered a desk online and have nothing but great things to say about the experience. A customer service rep (from the US no less!) called me to say the desk was back-ordered, but it ended up arriving sooner than anticipated anyway. The delivery man called ahead to schedule and I watched him gently handle the box with care. The desk arrived in pristine condition and was easily assembled (read: screwed in 4 legs and presto: finished!). No flimsy, cheap feeling furniture here, but a well-priced, sturdy desk! All around great service, and a refreshing relief to speak with US based customer service instead of suffering through outsourced, script-reading call center drones at big-corporations who are either incomprehensible or dont understand what you are asking. I just wish I found Shop Factory Direct sooner!
I loved the furniture over there and recommended to friends and family, they offer the lowest price. The furniture are the unique style that you barely find in the local store. After one year, one of the coffee table cracked on two of its edge. The coffee table is located in guest room and we rarely used it. We already purchased the guardian protection for five years, however it denied our case since the damage was not due to accident. We did not notice any accident and the cracks are mostly due to weather change like heating or cooling or material quality. We paid for warranty for nothing. I will change the review if they resolve the case.
I recently purchased a computer desk and chair from this seller. They were super to work with. Caitlin Rodrigues was very knowledgeable and very sweet to talk to. She called back several times to keep me informed on my order status and advise about shipping options. I was very skeptical about buying furniture on line but I could not be more delighted with my purchase. The Cottage Traditions youth computer Desk and chair arrived in perfect condition and it is exactly as pictured. Very high quality by American Woodcrafters made in High Point, NC.I definitely recommend this seller and will shop with them again if I need anything else. I’m a very satisfied customer.

I purchased the Bella Traditional bed on 8/30 and was told it was 1-3 day processing and then the bed should be shipped out. A week later I called as I did not have any shipping information. I was told that they were waiting on the manufacturer and would let me know asap. 2 weeks later I called again as I did not receive word at all about the shipment. Amanda called the manufacturer and stated they were out of wood for the shipping crates and stated the wood arrived the day I called and she would follow up tomorrow for my shipping date. I did not hear back from her so I called again the next day after lunch. I was then transferred to Renee. She said she would follow up and call me back . She did so within about 15 minutes only to tell me they no longer have that bed!! (Even though it is still being advertised on their page!) She apologized but didnt offer any compensation. I was quite upset and asked her if I found anything else would she provide me a discount for my trouble. She obliged with my request. At this point I was upset with the lack of follow up as I waited 2 weeks and no communication. I found the bed on another website for a much higher price but the other company not only matched the price they beat it! So I ordered though them. Now... I asked 2 days ago for my credit card to be credited but it is still not and now they have to call back to the manufacturer for approval. Still waiting for my credit!!
I just tried to contact SFD about an order 3 years ago. I had lost the braces for the dresser mirror. Apparently they have no record of my purchase. I had a lifetime warranty on my purchase, I guess not now. All I am saying, keep your receipts. I am really disappointed in this. They tried email, previous address, phone number and somehow magically it was gone.

After weeks of researching maufacture to consmer companys I choose Shop Factory Direct. Mainly because of reviews on excellent customer service and the quality of products. They also ADVERTISE to allegedly have the consumer best intrest at heart with a price match policy that is greatly detailed. The piece I wanted is listed on their site for $2049, but advertised for $1789 with the competition. After submitting the PM form I received an email from Renee saying this item is out of stock until 10/19. Nothing more. Which I was aware of. The policy states the item must be available for immediate purchase for a PM. Not being technical, BUT.. The item was avail for immediate purchase. However I wanted to do business with them so I called to set up a puchase after 10/19. Very bluntly Renee answers says. oh yeah I was thinking and I wont be able to do the price match at all. After shipping well loose money. It just aint worth it, and why dont wanna buy with them? then ignoringly and rudely rushed me off the phone. WOW!!! I would be fascinated if a customer would wait 30 days, just to do business with me and i have the more expensive price. The tone of her voice and the demeanor of her actions SCREAMED UNPROFESSIONALISM. I assume the allegedly we are committed to giving you the best price is a bunch of mumojumbo. I am a very factual person. I believe any orgainization should adhere to their policies listed and not pick and choose when to fluctuate prices or policies.

Terrible delivery process and merchandise tracking system. It took this company over a week just to inform me that the item I ordered was out of stock. I then made an order for another item and I had to follow up after a week to find out if the item was still in stock and they still couldnt confirm. Even up to now, after over three weeks of placing an order, I still dont know when the item will be delivered. Nevertheless, the company had no issue processing payment the moment I placed the order. Meanwhile, I purchase a similar item from another company and they delivered over a week ago.I wouldnt expect this kind of service in this computer age. Absolutely terrible experience.
We bought a dining table set with 8 chairs and a China cabinet. Customer service informed about the progress timely and in details. The furniture arrived as scheduled. There were couple minor blemishes on the furniture. Customer service was quick to dispatch a handyman to take care of those minor issues. In addition, she took personal pride in providing a restoration expert that repaired my furniture to the original perfect condition. She is a true asset to your company.
Purchasing was easy, of course. But after 1 month of waiting, our love seat and sofa set finally arrived. However, the shipping company broke the sofa and listed that the love seat was broken. Without any double checking with the shipping company and doing due diligence, customer service processed a replacement love seat instead of the sofa.They even said that they continually had problems with this specific shipping company but yet continued to use them probably for cost savings, but didnt double check their work in processing for my broken merchandise. Another month later, sure enough another love seat finally made it to the house and that is when I discovered that they had processed the wrong item. After 2 months since initial order, all the company is willing to do is refund the cost difference between two love seats and their love seat/sofa combo instead of the difference between the separate love seat and a sofa. I will not be a repeat customer and I do not recommend using them at all! Its too bad for them because we just had a few relatives relocate and are looking for reputable furnishing companies.Edit: Barbara Maldonado has been patiently doing her best to work with me and have come to a conclusion that works. I have bumped up my review from 1 to 3 stars.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end! The seemingly trend now is to purchase furniture on-line. Scary to purchase large sized and large price tag items from a picture. I called to ask a few questions about the item I was interested in. Extremely helpful and personable service was provided. I was contacted every step of the way up and until the item had been delivered to update me on the process. An additional piece of hardware was needed for the bookcase that the manufacturer had left out. I called, they ordered it, and kept me updated just as they had on the furniture item. I highly recommend this company. Id ordered another furniture item from a different on-line furniture company and had a bad experience. Not so with Shop Factory Direct. They still understand how customer service is supposed to work!
Customers BEWARE of this company!! They do false advertising to suck you into purchasing. We placed an order for a desk, hutch and chair for our granddaughter. We got the invoice and paid in full right away. We even called to verify the items and assembly. The next day we got an email saying they made a mistake and the price was for the desk only. We showed them our invoice and receipt showing we were supposed to get all three pieces. They did not care at all and didnt even try to offer a resolution. Any decent company would honor the price posted and change it for future purchases. These people are so sorry they treated us like we were too stupid to understand the invoice. They care nothing about their customers. They have the worst, WORST customer service ever. BEWARE

I bought the furniture from shop factory direct (online) more expensive than other place. Sales women explained to me, other store have it for cheapest price because they don’t have good customer service after purchasing and don’t taking care of the customer and they may take your money and never sending the furniture to you but shop factory responsible for any problem after purchasing. I bought $4600 furniture from shop factory but they gotten stain easily, even from water. Shop factory sent me a cleaning product guardian protection products inc but after using that, stain gotten worse than before. then they send me the person from professional company, quick professional fabric care. He had a though time to clean the stain from water and he said this is not a good fabric, if it gets stain from vine or something else, professional company cleaner may not able to clean it.Then I called the shop factory and explained to them. shop factory said I should give them one more chance to help me to clean the stain.They were going to send me a new product scotchgard that I able to protect the fabric, I applied that on my sofa, fabric was getting stain, and made a huge stain.I called the shop factory and explained them the results and asked them to return or exchange set for me I like the furniture and I’m not happy with fabrics. Shop factory said that’s it and they are not able to do anything. They just playing with me to kill the time to pass the return policy time.I told them is it fair to me purchased furniture for $ 4600 that I’m not able to enjoy it and I have to put it in trash because of the stain.They such a big liar and the quality of their fabric furniture are so poor and bad. This is not a furniture store nor warehouse. I looked up the address on Google Maps and it turnt out to be an empty lot next to a self storage place. When I called I was basically told what I order is what I get...NO REFUNDS. Even if it appears to be good quality (heavy & sturdy) on line but then turns out to be cheap & not of good quality (thin & light weight) on arrival. If you do send it back it has to be in the original packaging and they keep 15% of your purchase price (as if they are entitled to your hard earned money).Disappointed Non-Customer of Shop Factory Direct 😠😡

I found this store by accident and boy am I glad I did.I found beautiful furniture and reasonable prices.They even held my purchase for a while as my house was being built and wasn’t quite ready yet for the delivery.The delivery people were so courteous and respectful of the furniture and my home.But I did have a few minor issues with the furniture but the store acted quickly to corect it to my satisfaction.I would definitely recommend this store, I will certainly shop there again. They have beautiful furniture and great customer service.No one is perfect, so its a breath of fresh air when you don’t have to fight with a store when you have a problem. Stay away from this company. You have been warned!I ordered a dining set, a formal living set, a coffee table, console from this company on May 9, 2018, all of them over $9,754.00. They shipped half of the dining set, no formal living set, no coffee table and no console yet, almost 3 months later. To make things worse, they charged me extra for the dining set. I ordered on the phone a 5 pc dining set that included 1 table and 4 chairs. If you buy these 5 pieces as a set, you only pay $1,963. However, this shady company charged these 5 pieces separately, thus charging me $2,309.50!!!! Same 5 pieces, as a set, cost $346.5 less than purchasing them separately, and they keep stating that I actually wanted to pay more, so according to them, I actually ordered 5 pieces separately, not as a set! These people not only have the worst customer service, but they are also big liars. Stay away from them, not worth the brain damage. Their furniture is cheap, not worth their pricing. Two of my chairs are already wobbling. I wish I went to the local stores and bought from them.
Stay away from ShopFactoryDirect!!I ordered some carved wood, marble top coffee table, end tables and console table from them. What I received was fake wood, faux marble tops and the worse of all, the legs made of carved foam like material. Wobbly and weak. Also, the set came in the wrong color. I was misled by customer service/ manager for 30 days. They did not take the tables back and made me keep the boxes for weeks before telling me they couldnt give me a refund because the tables were out of the box and not in brand new condition anymore!! Things are still not resolved. Now dealing with credit card company. Stay away!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! One star is generous given my experience with Shop Factory Direct but I had to choose something. The furniture I purchased scratched and cracked within 2 weeks of normal use. The first sign of damage was the day after we got it. I called and wrote Shop Factory Direct and they refused to refund or exchange the product. I then perused a claim through the extended warranty I purchased with them and the claim was denied stating they do not cover “quality issues” and this was clearly a case of poor quality furniture. So I am now out $1300 and have a damaged table and broken chair. They have terrible customer service and even worse products. I’m absolutely furious and disgusted. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
There are few companies so shady and terrible as this one. They send used furniture and then jerk you around. If I could rate them with a negative number for certainly would. Youre better and fr going to the Salvation Army than these crooks.

I have never in my 40 years of life dealt with such horrible customer service. When I placed my order they were fast to draft money. The whole 3 piece living room set was broken and they wanted to restore it being it even wasn’t my fault they would not replace it with a new set. After supposedly restoring them after 2.5 months they sent me the pieces in worse consideratitand now they won’t even give me a full refund. They want to charge me restocking fee because im unsatisfied worh my purchase. This company is a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I have make previous purchases from this company and with each one there was always a problem. if the product did not show up damage, they gave me the run around with the shipping company. This company uses the worst of the worst shipping companies, especially a shipping company name IF ONLY. I would never purchase another item from this shop factory direct. My last purchase which was April 23, I was told it would take 2 weeks for deliver. Today is May 29 and I still have not received my order. I was told that today my deliver would be between 3 and 7 and nothing was delivered. Buyers please be aware.
Its a scam company, i spent TOTAL $12,000.00, but when the living room furnitures arrived, it was defect, broken arm, i reported for return, but 1 girl name Laura (manager) insisted to told me that she will sent technician come over, i told her that no repair, i paid for new, after that i called called and called, left message too many times, but still now, they still quiet. I am in process to call channel 9 eyewitness news to involve, will see how it goes.
Just received our bed yesterday, customer service was wonderful and it was just the type of bed I was looking for. Solid!!! Will order again

Purchased a fancy living room set minus the loveseat from this place a couple months ago... We spent a little over 4k on a sofa and coffee tables but we kept checking in on the loveseat and it was still on backorder. Finally they have it in stock and it’s 500 over what they originally were selling it for. I then found it on another website for the same price originally but when I called in because I know they price match, Carla had such a rude attitude and hung on me twice. Why would you advertise price matching and then not do it. She kept saying their delivery and customer service is better than the other website, so I reminded her that they were late 2 days for delivery and that they gave me a 200 dollar credit. Now I have a missing set and have to pay more because they were back ordered at the time. Thanks for nothing Carla, next time don’t hang up in my face and when calling back you tell your colleagues not to say your name until the third time where you finally decided to answer... at this point I wish I can get my 4k back and return your furniture that is so hard to get this last piece...and buy a whole different set from somewhere else
I ordered on March 15, 2017, shortly afterwards they contacted me informing that only after a month could they send the cabinet. I agreed to receive the entire order only after that date. So they sent on May 4, 2017 only part of the dining table and did not send the cabinet. Since then I try to contact shopfactorydirect and I get no response.It is not necessary to state the reason for my evaluation.Almost 90 days after the purchase I still have no response from the selling company. I have half of the table occupying space in my room and I do not get the product I paid for.order # 4644

First of all, we love the furniture we ordered. I wouldve gave it 5 stars. But, we will never order anything from here again. Our order was placed March 12th. Estimated delivery date was April 4th thru April 9th. We received it April 25th. I received an email April 13th from Shop Factory with the carriers phone number to set up a delivery date. It was a fake phone number with a message asking if i want to speak to 9 different people. Now its starting to sound like a scam. I called Manna Freights System, to where Shop factory said it was after it was ready to get shipped out, and asked them where or who has the furniture. They said its at a place called New Branch LLC in Romulus, Michigan. So I called them. This was on Monday, April 16th, and they said they only delivery on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. And they still had to inspect it, so we werent getting it that week. After they finally called my wife on Friday, April 20th to set the date for Wednesday, April 25th, my wife took the day off from work to be home. Then they called the day before the delivery date and told her they would be coming between 5pm and 8pm. SHE COULDVE WORKED THAT DAY IF SHE KNEW IT WAS COMING THAT LATE. And they didnt come until 6pm. This was the worst experience from ordering something online we have ever had. We have to blame Shop Factory Direct, because thats who got paid.

I purchased a sectional and it was too big for my living rm because of the side the chaise was on and they refused to exchange it because we didnt have the original packaging, but we didnt even receive it in the packaging it was supposed to be in because they took it out the box before they gave it to us, we only received it in plastic! So we had to sell it at lower price than what we paid for and it was brand new we never even sat on it, so we lost money and dont have a couch...
What looked like the beginning of an easy transaction quickly turned into a nightmare. The dining room set online looked beautiful. We placed our order and was awaiting delivery. When it came to our house, it arrived on a semi-truck. The load was nearly 800 lbs. Though our house is new, it is not fitted with a loading dock. Why a company that routinely ships furniture all over would inherently choose an eighteen-wheeler deliver to your door is beyond me. See pictures below of the delivery fiasco. At first, Shop Factory Direct seemed very reluctant to assist us with any broken or scarred pieces of furniture. They would not give us any discount for the scarred pieces or the inconvenience of the whole ordeal. They did say that they would give us a 1-year free warranty but this was not in writing. It was only verbal so I doubt if that is really something they would adhere to because of the issues we had just to get the pieces the first time. Even after the final attempt to deliver the replacement parts, they were still in need of a furniture pen to cover scratches and scars. I could go on and on about the bad service. Im sure Shop Factory Direct will say the delivery is not their fault, but they contracted the company to deliver the furniture and so have full responsibility for the condition in which the furniture arrives. The bottom line is shop close to home and never ever use Shop Factory Direct. #crappyexperience #terribleday #whatwasithinkingUpdate:The other day I noticed that the factory replied to my post. While they did provide an assembly service the men wanted a large tip even though they were supposed to do it free and with almost $4,000 of furniture it should have already been a free assembly. Also, let it be known that this all took a couple of months to get straightened out as Shop Factory Direct was actually very reluctant in providing any help and they were supposed to actually offer a discount for our trouble and for the fact we accepted some damaged furniture. They did not give us the discount.
This company has been the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with! I ordered 2 sofas, 1 loveseat and 2 end tables and 1 coffee table. I paid $6,000!!! I ordered my furniture on January 19th 2018. My order was supposed to be delivered on February 21st, I got a call from the delivery company saying that my 2 sofas and the love seat were damaged on arrival to their warehouse. The sofas could be restored but love seat had to be replaced.I received the tables but 1 was damaged with a broken leg and had to also be returned! I received the 2 sofas on March 16th but 1 sofa was damaged! The wood was split in half! They sent a restoration guy to look at it and it has to be replaced! They are coming tomorrow April 25th to pick it up.So as of today April 24th 2018 the only items I will have from my order is 1 sofa and the table set! Let me repeat I paid $6,000 cash!! January 19th!Now I understand things can get damaged, but this customer service is the worst! They won’t ever give me the head of the company or their boss to talk to in order to resolve my issues, the lady I was working with is no longer with the company, every time I call they say they will call me back, but never do! The name is shop factory direct? But the answer I always get is the factory isn’t responding to their inquiries about my furniture! The outlook for me is I will have an empty living room for 2 more months! They refuse to give me A refund saying I would have to pay half of the money I paid to return it! Why?My advice; Run the other way from this company, all you will get is the run around and an empty house with tons of excuses with no answers!Update: June 4th 2018I received the loveseat and it was a mess! It was so dirty and gross! It had a broken leg that someone tried to repair and did a horrible job! It also had a split across the wood that someone also tries to repair and did a horrible job! The back of the wood was repainted the wrong color and there is paint on the leather and small holes in leather, you can also see the springs poking out of the back!I have not heard 1 word from company about my sofa since the picked it up!Every time I hear from customer service they blame the delivery company, but I did not pay $ to the delivery companies, I paid shop factory Direct! And now almost 5 months I still don’t have all my furniture!
BEWARE! THESE PEOPLE SEND USED MERCHANDISE AND JERK YOU AROUND FOR MONTHS AFTERWARDS. We paid over $5000 for a new bedroom suit. When it arrived it was severely damaged and appeared used. After nearly 2 MONTHS of trying to get what we paid for, they finally repaired the items but its clear it was damaged and clearly had been returned or something. Youd be better off buying from Craigslist than dealing with these people. We even paid extra for white glove delivery and they sent ONE GUY to deliver and set up an entire California King Bedroom suit. Thats right, I said they sent one person. And we paid extra for that, too.After all was said and done we suggested a partial refund for the incredibly bad experience and sub par merchandise. They dont even reply anymore.Caveat Emptor. As you can see by the various reviews, youre almost sure to get garbage from these people and youll be treated terribly in the process. Grade: F (only because I cant grade them lower)

It is a great disappointment this company 2 months and I still cannot have my complete room set, broken mumbles, furniture that was not requested, incomplete furniture, the truth very bad experience, much stress, they blamed the company of deliveris and They changed it and the Board of the room game arrived broken, I do not advise this company really a great Garbage.
