I had a great experience using this company. The service representative was very nice and not pushy. She wore a mask and kept her distance. The windshield was replaced in a very timely manner and my car insurance did not go up after sending in a claim. My insurance company paid for the entire service because of the type of coverage I had.

They are horrible people and they claim to my insurance without authorization and this company looks like a ghost they may be washing moneyyyyy!!!!!

This company needs to stop sending people to businesses that have No Soliciting signs up. The person who came today went around the back of our warehouses instead of the front door. Then when she was shown the sign on the front door that states NO SOLICITING, continued to talk to our receptionist. She explained that she had no business cards because of COVID-19 but she was inside our business, uninvited, with no mask. She proceeded to write her number on a sticky note because apparently COVID-19 is only transferable through card stock and not every day paper. Will never use this service.

Had the best experience with such a nice guy, helped me out and educated me on stuff I didn’t know about windshields and had a good presentation about what express glass does.Professional company.

Stop sending your door to door salesmen to no solicitation neighborhoods. Safelight is a more effective company and not nearly as obnoxious or pushy.
