I dont know what that marcelz nsamix guy is talking about. Ive been going to this location for over three years and this big bearded guy has been nothing but respectful and professional. Hideaway has a great selection of everything you would find in a smoke shop plus more. Dont let one smacked out review guide you from an excellent store!

Awesome customer service. The owner always goes out of his way to make sure that any products i buy are the best on the market. The most important thing is that he is honest with you. Oh and i love the deals he always gives to his long time customers 🙏. If i ever have a problem he always allows me to return the product. In my opinion this is the best smoke shop in town 💯

Best smoke shop in all Florida. The owner is a really cool guy. The BIG THING is that the owner of this shop is often behind the counter himself. So he will go through more trouble to meet your specific needs than just an hourly employee. And if he isnt there its not a big deal, he has good employees too. But I just like that he will be there often times when I go in.Definitely cares about the small things for his customers. He has A LOT of patience. He will answer even the most annoying questions like nothing. And he will wait for you to make decisions without haggling you. Offers great products and doesnt BS you for profit. I have been to a lot of smoke shops, and I just prefer this one.-John5 Star rating.

This place is okay.. pretty good customer service if you get the right person.. most are nice but sometimes you get one of the very rude employee’s. ALSO their prices are for the most part higher than other local smoke shops... I’d recommend climax down the street or smokology in Longwood before I’d come back to this place

Ripped my friend off. Sold a broken vape, told him to come in and when he did, said theres nothing they can do about it.

Always liked this place but on 3-25-18 I purchased a new vape pen that was recommended got it home started to leak. Took it back and Casey was awesome but he told me I had to come back when the owner was there which I did and was told there had been no complaints on the vape pen that I had bought and couldnt do a refund. He didnt even offer to exchange and he also kept my original receipt. Will never go back. Please Understand I had no problem with anyone but the owner

This is the for time I go to a smoke shop and the guy won’t sell me anything except for what he choose ( that I know it’s garbage and I told him ) I ask for other products and he says or the box it’s empty or the product it’s old. Definitely not a place to get vape products.

Best service in town, period. These guys go the distance for you! Since they have opened they have catered to my whole neighborhood, everything is priced lower than the other shops. They have ordered specialty cigars for my friends as well as my custom glass pieces that are going to be the stocking stuffers!!! LOVE THIS PLACE

Too over priced and everytime I go here from the same guy that works their tells us different prices everytime just to sell products. One min something is $10 and you can go two weeks later and it turns into $20.

Horrible customer service, and they are WAAAY too expensive. Their pipes range in prices but I bought a pipe for $40, and I saw the exact same pipe somewhere else for over half of that. Never again am I shopping there!
