It’s always a little empty whenever I come here, but I know it canget pretty busy at lunchtime. They have a HUGE list of specialty espresso drinks and some good desserts.

Super friendly staff, laid back environment overall and delicious food and drinks. Love the options for coffee flavors and sizes. Definitely worth the price. In a good location as well

This is a new gem in Winter spring! The location is perfect and the menu offers various delicious options! Besides serving a great coffee, the tea options are incredible. Great food, coffee and service. I got a nitro cold brew with sweet cream and my gf got the blended mocha. Mine was very smooth with a wonderful sweet foam! She ordered French toast and I got the Reuben. My sandwich was awesome. Stacked high with corned beef and kraut. Bread was toasted and the cheese was a perfectly melted. French toast was great. Lots of butter and powdered sugar. Owner walked around chatting with patrons. He was engaging and polite. Recommend this little gem. Our server was efficient, funny and attentive.

Cute place to work, study or do homework. Staff is super friendly and coffee is really good. They even have tea options! I had a nice cup of coffee w the hubby and we both enjoyed the atmosphere.

I went there for the first time yesterday and I was impressed with the food! They were able to customize a breakfast bagel sandwich for me and it was delicious! I ordered eggs, bacon, avocados, tomatoes and onions on an everything bagel. Yummy and very tasty. My friend had a side of potato salad that I tasted some of it and we both agreed it was the most flavorful potato salad we’ve ever had. I’ll definitely come back.

I got the caramel cookie coffee (with caramel and vanilla), expecting it to not be strong as most mixed coffee drinks arent and boyyyy was I wrong. It was perfect and strong, so good I came back the next day. BEC was also very good

The staff is always really nice and the food is always really well priced. The servers are always willing to accommodate to your preferences. They have gluten free and keto options. Definitely sign up for their point system at the front counter.

Would have been appreciated if they told me the winter springs location is closed when I placed my pick up order over the phone. Placed the order, was told it will be ready in 30 minutes. Went to pick up breakfast before work, to find an empty location. Google doesnt even let you know they have closed down.

My wife and I have been long time fans of the Waterford Lakes location, and I was excited that this location was coming just down the street from my job. Everything I expected and more. Extensive specialty latte menu. Great breakfast sandwiches and large lunch menu. Friendly staff and service was on point!Plenty of seating inside with a few tables outside. Catering available as well as calling in your order for pickup.(They will even bring it out to your car so you can get on with your day!) We will definitely be back!

I always get the iced matcha latte when I come here, but I recently tried the Southwestern breakfast wrap. Its pretty good and for five bucks it was a lot of food. Or maybe I just got full quickly because I had inhaled the matcha latte a few minutes prior.

My friend had food and lattes delivered to us a few days ago. It was so delicious that I decided to pick up food today. I ordered through Doordash and it said 15 minutes. When I arrived 10 minutes later, I expected to sit for 5 minutes or so. It took 40 minutes of waiting and when I saw my food, it was all melted together. They were kind enough to remake it into a different flavor and it was good when I finally ate it. Theres room for improvement, but overall it was pretty good.

Today my fiancé and I stopped by this location on their second official day open. All the staff were friendly and answered any question we had. The owner was there as well. He made sure he spoke to every customer there to get their feedback. The owner even brought us over a nitro brew sample to try. My fiancé and I shared a blended turtle macchiato, which was fabulous (even for a non coffee drinker like myself). My fiancé got the mega southwestern wrap. I got the Kiki Club. Both were great. This eatery has a ton of options so we will be back again to try something else. This is a great addition to our area!

The only reason I’m even giving A star is because the employee was nice. Walked in and the employee was on the phone and his computer and said one minute I’ll be right with you and had us wait five minutes. No music was playing. No music was playing. The coffee tasted awful. Food is mediocre at best. Very disappointed don’t waste your money here.

This was my first visit and was in the morning about 8:20. A coffee and breakfast sandwich were ordered and arrived pretty quick and both tasted pretty good. Nice working atmosphere and I did get some work done so overall, mission accomplished.One employee, Daniel, my server, never returned to my table. I finally left at 10:20. My empty coffee cup and plate still on my table. Not one offer of anything else, water or table visit for well over an hour.Another sever came in shortly after I arrived and frequently checked on her tables. She seemed to care about her customers very attentive towards them. So of the 4 total tables occupied just 1 was completely ignored. At this point Daniel seemed to focus his attention on her vs. the job. I get that and typically don’t waste time complaining about table service but it was Daniels final comment which prompted this review.I had to walk back to the counter to pay, and get Daniel up from his laptop. I told him his service in particular was not good and the total tab/tip reflected it. This must have embarrassed him in front of the other server. So, he waits until I’m about halfway out of the restaurant and softly states “Oh and next time make sure there is no sand on your shoes”That was my experience and if I owned this business I would want to know how my customers were being treated while I wasn’t there.

Definitely recommend the one on Red Bug Road. Was a little disappointed the last time I was there but I was promised by Daniel that he would make sure my banana foster waffle would be made the right way. Went today for lunch and he definitely didn’t disappoint. Daniel and the rest of the staff are super friendly and listen to exactly what the customers want or need.

A friend told us how cute it was so we tried it out. The owner was complaining and talking rudely to the only two people on staff the entire time. It took about 40 minutes for our food. The biscuits and hash browns were like something you’d eat at the frozen section of Publix.Someone came in requesting a refund because he received the wrong order and the owner argued with him and said “that’s what you said. I heard you. If you want a refund you need to wait 20 minutes”However, the coffee tasted AMAZING. I had the iced Turtle coffee and it was great. Also, Daniel the waiter was extremely sweet and polite and so patient with the amount of people he was taking care of by himself and patient with his rude and disrespectful boss. Id come here again and get coffee to go if it weren’t for the terrible service.I think this place has potential if they were properly staffed and the manager wasn’t so rude.

My girlfriend and I have been loyal Coffee Factory patrons for several years now at the Waterford Lakes location. When we heard there was a new location opening, we had to check it out. The Winter Springs location continues the Coffee Factory tradition of outstanding drinks, great food, and service/employees that are second to none in their attitude, customer service and attentiveness. If you are in the market for a great study location, or a fantastic lunch/pick me up, you can do no better than Coffee Factory. Simply the best!

Ate there last year and everything was fine/yummy. Today I went back and had a different experience. The utensils provided werent cleaned properly, my food was cold, and I ended up drinking my coffee black because the creamer never arrived... bummer.

Went there at 9:00 pm, staff was wonderful. Had menus at front near register, well set out and I got a red velvet cake and a latte. Both were great! I would recommend this place to anyone. Good prices and quick service.

Youre complaining about no decorations on the walls at a brand new location and the owner leaving his laptop on, walking out of the store for couple of minutes?!?! Im a long time patron of the Waterford Lakes location and visited the new Winter Springs location last week for breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast and iced coffee as usual. Great service for a new staff and a couple of familiar old faces from the Waterford store. I actually complimented the owner on his choices of floor and wall colors and how well the paint color would look at the Waterford store. Jessica, I go to restaurants to eat and drink, not to nitpick and critique on stupid non issue stuff that is irrelevant for a review!! My advice is to get a life or get a job!

Iced Latte was delicious! However service was very slow. Took them almost 45 minutes to serve oatmeal, a breakfast burrito and 6 drinks.

Loved it! Thought it was a coffee shop, but discovered there was much more! Its a cute sit-down place that serves breakfast and lunch all day. Definitely need to come back for breakfast, as it looks amazing. But the service was good and everyone was kind. I ate beforehand and only came for a drink, so I got the Arnold Palmer wildberry drink. It was delicious. It tasted kind of like a lighter fruit juice. Definitely will return.

I come here every morning to work on my laptop and wait out rush hour; it happens to be a few minutes from home. Nothing but great things to say. Espressos are strong, staff is friendly, atmosphere is quiet, and (you wouldnt guess from the name) the food is really good. They even have that nitrogen cold brew that tastes like a Guinness. If youre either looking for a new coffee place to try out or a good lunch spot, its worth coming.

I’m such a coffee person and this is hands down probably one of the best places for coffee! There are tons of flavor options and very fresh and healthy food options. Great environment to do homework in!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Went here on Saturday as they had just opened. I expected some hiccups especially as they were very busy but everything went great. We all had sandwiches and they were huge, fresh and so good. My kids had smoothies and wife had a latte. I highly recommend the food and drinks. I even had a piece of cake. I wish I didn’t but it was awesome. The staff is friendly, prices are great and it is easy to get to!!! We will definitely be back!!! Great local small business and not a franchise.

Good food, nice people, good service, extensive coffee and tea menu. Even has gluten bread as an option. Only thing I would change is the option to have eggs NOT served in a wrap or sandwich...just good old scrambled or fried eggs and bacon, sausage or ham.

Cute place, but very disappointing. First the good. The restaurant is cute and clean and the nitro coffee I had was fantastic. It seemed to be a family friendly place. The not so good was the food my Honey and I had. We both ordered scrambled eggs and bacon. The eggs were flat and dry and the bacon was the smallest, thinnest bacon I’ve ever seen. The hash browns were frozen patties like they have at McDonald’s. The man who seemed to be in charge breezed past our table and asked how everything was then left before we could get a single word out. The menu had a lot of options, but if a place claiming all day breakfast can’t do decent scrambled eggs and bacon, I won’t be back.

This place is ridiculous! 30 minutes to make 2 egg sandwiches... The guy working there has no idea what he is doing.

The 16 year old server was was never trained. She didnt even know how to carry a tray with coffee and drinks. They were trained not to bring silverware until your food. Which means no spoon to add your cream and sugar to your coffee. They give you nothing. Had a bagel that was nothing but bread with a hole.

Still lots of things to work out. When you come in there is a please be seated sign. No menu or anyone to acknowledge you. There is menu signage at the rear of the restaurant so it’s confusing to know where and how to order. We sat at a table and no one came for over 5 minutes. So we walked to the back and got a menu. We saw this happen again and again as people came in. Our waffles were big but not light and fluffy. Syrup comes in little containers like you get at McDonald’s. Prices are very good but that’s about the only thing that was positive.

A HUGE assortment of coffee flavors, banana cream puff was yummy, but, the breakfast was so-so... The server was friendly and helpful, it was my first time here?? She explained everything in detail, she definitely needs a raise!!!!!

The huge coffee menu is built from solid coffee brews with a ton of options for flavored syrup. Ive eaten here a few times and its hit and miss on the food options, though. The avocado toast is prepared different from most, but I really enjoyed it.

It’s always sort of unfair to rate a new restaurant, but this one has some operational issues to solve. It’s not clear when you enter whether it’s a sit down or takeout restaurant. Your greeted by a sign that says, “seat yourself,” but you can see large menus on the wall above a counter. Clearly people are confused, probably magnified by not being greeted or the lack of menus and silverware on the table. Many people sat, looked confused and then approached the counter. The drinks are served in to-go containers (with lids) further enhancing the feeling that we should get our food and go. It’s a large, challenging menu and our order was among the simplest items and they were average at best. It’s new and we will be back to try it again.

The food was good, but the choices were overwhelming. There are no pictures on the wall. The most disconcerting thing was the owners presence. He left his laptop unlocked on a table and walked out the front door. He told another table how he had to teach his staff how to cook and the reason for someone calling out. The waitress was friendly and the food was good. Id go back if the owner wasnt present.

I’m sad to give this place one star as I was looking forward to it opening! However, each time I have been, the iced coffee or cold brew is grossly watered down (and I’m not picky). I eventually gave up trying as I felt that I was spending my hard earned money on something I cannot enjoy. Very unfortunate :(Reply to the owner: I totally forgot to mention this, but upon telling one of the staff members that my last few iced coffees were very watered down (I was buying a cold brew that day to try per their recommendation), they told me word for word yeah, we usually just brew hot coffee and then put it in the fridge and add ice to it for the iced coffee. I would never make this up to hurt a business, and unfortunately, it definitely tasted exactly as they described.

I noticed this place for the 1st time yesterday while visiting a neighboring business and decided to give it a try. At first glance it looked as if the place was closed as it was dark and empty. When I walked in I was greeted by a high school aged kid who was playing XBOX with his school bag on the floor in front of him as if he was home. I must say that was not a good first impression. He was polite and friendly offered me a few options. I then ordered a very simple hot latte not to hot so I can drink it now and he replied no problemAfter receiving the drink I asked if they had any sweetener to go and he directed me to the counter where the XBOX was where I found that the Sucralose packages.I left the store with the coffee and packets and proceeded to drive home. Once I came to the light on Dodd & Red Bug I removed the top to find that the 16oz cup was only half filled (not a latte) which was the 2nd disapointment, I then opened the sucralose packets to find out that they were completely crystalized! They looked like little white rocks! After the 1st few disappointments I took my 1st sip before the light turned green which brings me to the purpose of this review....This was the HOTTEST drink I have ever put in my mouth. I would normally sip caution but since I ordered it not too hot I was expecting it to be at a drinkable tempurature, usually between 140-150 degrees, but it clearly was not!That first sip completely burned all of my taste buds, scorched off the 1st layer of skin in my mouth inside my left cheek, under my tongue, the entire top of my pallat!As of right now eating or drinking anything is very uncomfortable and tasteless as I have raw peeling skin in my mouth and my tounge is burned!Considering I am an experienced cook at a local (Oveido) 5 star review family owned restaurant, I recommend to the management staff to hire experienced baristas or provide the proper training needed to provide a good experience for your customers. This would include not hiring young careless teenagers and allowing them to run the place without any supervision.As a result of this I wont be able to eat comfortably for at least the next week! I most definitely NOT BE BACK!

Heard great things. Although the guys working were polite, the place itself was in disarray and somewhat dirty . I want to think out was because out was right after Christmas and the manager wasnt in. That being said, I would still visit again .

Had a cappuccino and southwestern wrap for about 11 dallors, honestly I tend to not like most coffee spots in America. My drink reminded me of a day in Roma sitting in a cafe enjoying a cappuccino before exploring Vatican City.

The pork roll was good but could use extra cheese. Other than that great service and atmosphere.

Was in the restaurant for over an hour for breakfast for two people. only saw our waiter once and never got our drinks refilled. I was upcharged $2 for fake syrup covered strawberries. with only 6 tables full and three waitresses the service was very disappointing and the food didnt make up for that disappoinment. didnt even receive a check and had to leave our money on the table because we were waiting for so long.

Coffee is good, solid frozen drinks. Smoothies are alright. Food is hit or miss however. The eggs have an intresting taste to them and the food need alot more seasoning. Otherwise the place is great and quick to get their coffee out.

Garbage burned coffee with soapy foam: I don’t know about the food, but for a place with coffee in it’s name, my cappuccino was the single worst I’ve ever had. Do Not Come Here For Coffee. Like how bad are we talking? My workplaces automated coffee machine makes a better cappuccino.

First time in. $30 for breakfast with subpar service and food.Husband got sausage, egg, cheese on French toast it was ok. I got pork roll, egg and cheese, but my egg was a egg-white mess. The bread offerings are poor, everything is dense. And being from NJ, it’s sacrilegious to serve porkroll, egg and cheese on anything but a Kaiser roll.Coffee was good, but 12oz for $5 is more expensive than Starbucks.Ordered two scrambled eggs for the baby and got a plate of egg yolks in pancakes form, cut up - not scrambled eggs.Service was ok. Because they are covering the counter and tables, we rarely saw her - though she was welcoming.When I first walked in I was so excited I found a place I could come and eat lunch and work during the week. Not going to happen. Skip it for breakfast - maybe lunch is better.
