Very pleased with Boston Appliance! I tried to buy a fridge from Home Depot and they never showed up on my delivery date and Im still waiting for a refund 11 days later. My friend suggested that I use Boston Appliance and I couldnt be happier! Jerry, in the service department, helped me find an affordable refrigerator and it was delivered 6 days after I placed the order. Their delivery service confirmed with me 3 days in advance, notified me 20 minutes before arriving, showed up within the 3 hour window (!!!) and helped us remove the backdoor. Communication was on point across all stages and their client service was A+++. I would highly recommend this company.
Was looking for a house warming gift for a friend’s new place. Spoke with the folks at Boston Appliance and they were able to make a number of great recommendations based on my limitless questions, including questions on warranties and return policies. Fortunately, their recommendations turned out to be pretty accurate, as I was able to find the perfect kitchen appliance for my friend in her new place. She loved it. Amazing sales experience here. I purchased all of my kitchen appliances and had an issue with the dishwasher and it had to be dealt with through the warranty. Andrew came to check for a leaking washer/ventless dryer. Andrew has great knowledge of the Bloomberg models. He identified the problem right away when I showed him a video of the leak and reconnected the dryer drain hose and tested the dryer. Andrew also was very nice and helped reinstall the dryer on top of the washer. He provided great service and a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Andrew.
The appliances I wanted were all in stock; Boston Appliance gave me a great quote for them (better than what I got from Home Depot or other online sources). They were very flexible in dealing with specific delivery time requirements. Delivery was quick and smooth. Great job by all the folks I interacted with - highly recommended!
Our experience with Boston Appliance was all simple and reliable. We first called to have our oven fixed and after a thorough look at it, we were told it was not possible. We decided to visit the showroom and were guided by a knowledgeable person who spent a lot of time answering our questions and finding the new oven best tailored to our wishes and space. The installation went also very well in a complicated situation since no double oven is the same and the space was tight but the crew did a superb and clean job. Back to intense backing now! We will definitely go back to Boston Appliance next time we need a new appliance for the kitchen.
Chris has been very helpful acquiring my appliances. He has answered my emails and responded to phone calls in a timely manner. In this time of COVID-19, many appliance manufacturers are delaying delivery. Chris has been shipping appliances as they arrive at Boston Appliance.

Boston Appliance is terrific. A tech came out to look at our refrigerator and, sadly, the compressor was dead. Tech was very knowledgeable and professional but fridge could not be repaired. So, he put us in touch with sales and we had a new refrigerator installed two days later. The installers had a terrible time getting the old, built in removed. They worked for over an hour and were very conscientious about not damaging cabinets or flooring. We will definitely use Boston Appliance for future needs.

From the service at their office to the home technician (Chuck in my case), Boston Appliance has been great to work with. It was a struggle to find a licensed Bosch repairman. I was given an estimate and was scheduled for service as soon as the part was due in. Chuck was patient, clean and efficient. I’m grateful and highly recommend their service.
Our gas oven stopped working and Boston Appliance was recommended by our local hardware store. Chuck, the repair technician, couldnt have been more thorough, pleasant and efficient in getting the stove properly repaired. It took a second trip however, due to the failure of the part hed installed. The oven worked fine when he finished, but he was back the next day to address the same problem. The Service staff were very helpful in arranging both repairs.

The website has a place to request a quote for an appliance. I left one question with a quote request and a second with a question. I never heard from them. Not even the quote. I was surprised as I was asking about a $2200 stove and $800 exhaust hood. Maybe thats not worth their time.Follow up as of March 4th. After the store response I requested a quote again. I recieved a quote the next day. I didnt reference anything that had happened. I did put second request in the comments.It was the best price I have been able to find for the stove !Yesterday I received email from another officer from Boston Appliance. He fully explained what went wrong the first time AND apologized again.Mistakes happen. How you recover is important. Boston Appliance provided a 5 star recovery !

Company does not stand behind their product and warranties. When the products were sold to me they said that I would have a 5 year warranty. Now I am being told it was a courtesy warranty? Interesting never heard that and now I am being told that. Purchased 5 Jenn-air appliances 3 broke down in 2 years. Tech came out 4 times with no solution and constant misdiagnoses. Replaced a valve with my old valve admitted didnt have a new valve!! told me to higher a plumber and get the PSI water pressure. Which we knew was not the problem. Waste of money and time on my end. Tech called whirlpool for advice to fix cooktop CSR told him to go buy a pan and come back and tell me the pans are the problem not the cooktop. I heard with my own ears and tech confirmed. Reached out to owner for help never responded to any emails. Service department was has been rude unprofessional and caught in flat out lies from work done calls made...and they dont care. Final solution told me to call and deal with Jenn-air. Completely washed there hands from this issue. MY receipt clearly states 5 year warranty !!!!!Like I first said Company does not stand behind their product and warranties. My dryer was out for weeks and my tenants were not happy about this, especially since it was around Thanksgiving holidays. Andrew was very helpful and considerate. He came when he said he was coming, called before to let me know he was on his way. Wore a protective mask and was very respectful. It is unfortunate when an appliance stops working, but the experience is much more tolerable when you have a technician like Andrew!

Horrible. They took our money in September said they had the oven in stock and would keep it for us in their warehouse. When we asked for delivery in October for our new kitchen, they said they were out of the oven and we would have to wait until 2021 because there were no ovens of this type available anywhere. We cancelled the order, in November, when we got the same oven from Best Buy. Been a month and a half and still trying to get our money back.
Every part of working with this company has been beyond helpful and amazing. The call taker Paul knew his appliances and answered all my questions, Sara made sure to accommodating my busy schedule, but the real pleasure was when Chuck came to my house. Even with all this covid business he was polite, courteous, made sure to social distance and sanitized properly. I will recommend this company to all my neighborhood friends!

The sales guy is nice but non-logical, cannot answer any key questions to the point. Running business with this kind of employee will destruct the business. We then drove to Bestbuy and purchased 5 appliances in 30min. Their sales women is much more logic, knowledgeable and helpful.You are certainly free to contact Google to remove, but this is a legitimate review. I am not your competitor and I have no history with you other than just a customer. I visited specialty store looking for more knowledgeable service even willing to pay higher price. I was just very disappointed by the competency of the particular sales person.

And, thanks for your support throughout by keeping the wine cooler in storage for 4 months as we struggled to find a contractor to help us. Much appreciated.
We had the best experience with Boston Appliance. Not only were they super responsive, they were extremely nice and professional. We first reached out for service on our oven and worked with Melissa in Parts. She was super helpful and scheduled our service quickly. In less than a week, the technician Chuckie was great in our home. Super nice and super respective keeping distance due to the pandemic. Since we needed another part, we decided to buy a new oven as a better investment. I worked with Jerry in narrowing down the selections I made. He was super personable on the phone and super easy to work with in finding the right oven. Our purchase was super easy and he scheduled our delivery to be in less than 48 hours! When our delivery came, we worked with JP from the delivery department as well as another delivery guy and they were such a pleasure as well! So nice, neat, and careful when installing the oven. Matt at Boston Appliance was a huge help. Called on Tuesday; the refrigerator was delivered on Friday. Other stores couldn’t deliver for at least three weeks. I was able to get a refrigerator on clearance; our tenants called to thank us for the huge upgrade. I highly recommend Boston Appliance.
There are many great brands to choose from at this company’s Woburn location. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable-which made my selection much easier. I used them several years ago and again recently after a move to a new community. I’ve recommended Boston Appliance to a few other people and they have been pleasantly surprised with the service and competitive pricing as well. The follow up to a small issue I had on an installation recently was taken care of quickly. Based on my experience with Boston Appliance, I’d recommend them highly!

Very helpful customer service, matches and beats prices to the big box stores, quick delivery, and professional installation. My old fridge died while I was home with a newborn baby and still recovering from birth. I called a bunch of places to see who could have the quickest delivery for the best price, and Boston Appliance came out on top. The sales rep spent about an hour on the phone with me to help me find a fridge that met my requirements so that I could avoid having to get myself and my baby to their store. I couldn’t be more happy with Boston Appliance! After a HORRIBLE experience with another company stringing me along for 3 months telling me I needed a special hose for a new Miela washing machine, I finally ditched them and ordered the exact same machine from Boston Appliance. Tim, in sales, was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, efficient and followed up. I had the washer in one week - no special hoses needed! The installers (Venicious & Conrad) were major heroes flawlessly executing a challenging install (thanks to a wonky set up courtesy of a developer). These guys crawled around in a very tight space under my kitchen counter threading all the hoses through and behind walls. They were courteous, efficient and thoroughly tested and ensured the machine worked before they left. (We all wore masks and kept a respectable distance due to the pandemic.) I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience with Boston Appliance and only wish I had called them initially so I could have avoided hand washing clothes in a sink for three months! I called BA and spoke with Chris. He answered all my questions over the phone with the purchase of a new oven. We never used BA, I called them because they had the make and model of oven we wanted to buy. I did price checks at other local appliance stores and BA was matched the same as the rest. I went with BA because Chris was so helpful and delivery will be in 2 days.

I could not be happier with our appliance purchases and how amazing Boston Appliance is. Our Sales person, Matt, was unbelievable. Matt stayed on the phone with us close to an hour (during our Covid quarantine) and helped us find the right fridge. we had extremely tight dimensions and he found a GE french door which fit perfectly.Our dishwasher had broken during the quarantine and we needed one fast to keep up with our family. I called Matt on Saturday and our fridge and dishwasher were delivered the following Thursday. Matt also conveyed his appliance experience in helping us understand multiple brands and features (all over the phone!). Our dishwasher is also amazing and so top of the line. My dish washer broke down and was in desperate need of a new one and was literally in panic mode. Lucas was the best sales person by far. He answered all my questions thoroughly and anyone who knows me knows I ask A LOT of questions. Jerry helped me with the purchase of a LG Toploading high capacity washing machine. The service was fantastic and delivery and installation was very smooth. I am extremely happy with the service Jerry and his team provided.
I was looking for a very specific size microwave / convection oven which I could not locate even after an extensive online search. I called Boston Appliance and they were able to source an appliance that fit all the specifications. A few days later when I went to pick it up, I accidentally arrived a little earlier than the stated delivery truck arrival time and they offered to deliver it to my house free of charge even though it was my mistake - the service was excellent. A few hours later, the delivery drivers completely installed the new oven and took the box and all the trash with them - white glove service.

I bought a Maytag fridge and warranty that started having issues within a month. The tech they sent to repair it has been here multiple times, forgetting required supplies, not knowing how to fix it and breaking the fridge further. Now the service or sales teams are not returning calls or emails to figure out replacing or repair. Not recommended.

I purchased over $150,000 worth of appliances from Boston Appliance for a new 30-unit apartment building. Unfortunately some of the appliances were lemons. What was even worse was the abysmal customer service from Steve in sales and the service team. One would think buying this many appliances warrants decent customer service...
I recently replaced all of my kitchen appliances with Boston Appliance. They were a lot of help, and very friendly. I did a lot of research first, and picked products from different brands that had the best reviews. They had everything I wanted in stock and delivered it all quickly, including a new BBQ grill. I was very pleased with the experience, and everything is still working great. Ive been buying appliances from them for 10 years, and have always received excellent service. I much prefer to support local businesses over the big box stores.
When I got to Boston Appliance I thought I would be taking out a loan for some high end kitchen appliances, but the salesman, Lucas was able to find a Blomberg range that paired perfectly with the Bertazoni refrigerator and dishwasher that I had picked while keeping me below the budget that I had walked in trying to keep. Lucas checked in a few days later to make sure I was happy with the purchase and if there was anything he could do for me. It wasnt a nagging call like most most salesmen make, but a call like he actually knew me.

My wife and I had an easy and pleasant interaction with the Sales person (Tim) when we purchased our new Sub-Zero fridge. We already knew the brand and model we wanted, but we had a few questions and Tim was helpful.Unfortunately, the delivery of our Sub-Zero fridge did not go as planned.When we placed the order, we told Tim that our house was on a hill and getting the 800-lb fridge up to our house would require carrying it up 25 steps from the street to our kitchen, so to make sure the delivery team knew and had enough men to carry it up. It appears that this message never got delivered to the delivery crew.We were told the delivery truck and crew would arrive between 11am-2pm on a Thursday, so I stayed home from work to meet the truck. However, the truck didnt arrive until about 5:30pm, and there were only 2 guys on the truck.The two guys said they were NOT warned about the long staircase, and that it was too late in the day and they would need more guys to get the fridge up to our house, so they said theyd come back in the next morning with more guys.The crew came back the next morning with 5 guys, and they did a great job carrying the fridge up and into our kitchen and installing it.
These guys are the best starting with Jerry. When I called for service and described what was happening he knew exactly what was needed. I was in need of a refrigerator, stove and dish washer this winter for my new home. My wife and I looked around online and found Boston Appliance. When we went in the service was a top notch. The owner Christian helped us with every detail we could think of. His knowledge of the products really shines thru and it helped us make the right choice for our home. After we purchased the items, the installation team was also beyond helpful. They were willing to come late on a Friday night to accommodate our schedule and made sure everything was working perfect before he left. If you need any appliance at at Boston Appliance should be your first(and your last) stop!!
Had a Sharp drawer microwave that was nothing but trouble. I had a great experience with Boston appliance on the service side and the sales side. Sarah on the service side was very helpful. It took a lot of troubleshooting and they never charged me for parts they purchased that didn’t solve the problem. Ultimately after several repairs it was clear we had a lemon and purchasing a new appliance was the right move. Sometimes in life things don’t go smoothly and the new model of the same microwave didn’t fit in the cut out in the kitchen. Jerry on the service side went above and beyond helping me find a contractor who could widen the cut out, and do the install. They even texted me after to make sure everything went well. They made a frustrating experience (not their fault) with an appliance widely known to be a troublemaker, much easier to handle! Honest business people.

I had the best experience with Boston Appliance. I have a baby at home and a dog that was barking at the two gentlemen who came to replace our dishwasher, and they could not have been more gracious to us. After they left, they ran the new dishwasher (which I thought they had to do), but realized they had loaded the dishwasher for me. I had a great experience with the office as well, as a Kevin would check in with me frequently about scheduling and ordering the new appliance. I would highly recommend their services.

My fiancé and myself would rate Boston Appliance 5 Stars. The basis of this rating was based on the amazing selection of high quality appliances, but the main reason was from the assistance of our salesman Tim (and the free popcorn & cookies). Tim was so helpful from start to finish. We were worried about how much everything would cost so Tim asked what our price range was and came up with multiple packages from us to choose from. At times we felt like we were being annoying because we would constantly email Tim about the various options. He was very prompt at answering our emails with any questions we had. Tim was such a great help that when we left we told him we would be back when we finish our basement to get the appliances specifically from him and Boston Appliance.

Went To Boston Appliance last week to purchase a dryer. Lucas helped us not only decide on which dryer to purchase but was able to refer a plumber to us to help us install as we have gas. The dryer was delivered within a few days and installed by the plumber the next day after delivery.This is my 4th purchase at Boston Applicance. They are professional and always very helpful getting my appliances delivered quickly.

Out of all of the places I have gone to purchase appliances, this place has been the most attentive by a landslide. They have a beautiful showroom, cooking demos when requested, snacks, wi-fi access and a very friendly staff. The service dept. is what drew me to their store in the first place. My neighbor used them for service and had a great experience. I love my appliances! Keep up the good work!
