Ramona and her staff at Bella Bridal make the dress shopping experience intimate and personalized. They have a wide range of beautiful styles, with something for everyone. The bride-to-be receives just the right amount of help in a private setting, and then she emerges to share each new dress with her entourage. The employees are just lovely. I honestly cannot say enough about their level of professionalism. This is a small and spectacular shop, and it was the best experience we had. We came back to this store to say yes to the dress.

Bella Bridal Shoppe was my first stop in my wedding dress shopping adventure and Ramona and Jazmine set the bar so high! My family and I had the salon to ourselves where we were able to browse dresses on the rack, talk to Ramona about our vision, and try on dresses in a private space. Ramona was so thoughtful and caring throughout the whole visit! We came back and bought my wedding dress at Bella Bridal. I loved the serene experience that Ramona and her team create at Bellas Bridal.

I went to multiple wedding dress shops and each one had their own type of overwhelming. This was NOT the case at Bella Bridal Shoppe. The shop was shut down for just me and my guests to try on dresses. Ramona was absolutely accommodating and helpful. At no point was I stressed. She was so helpful in making decisions, listening to what I was looking for and pulling dresses. She was extremely knowledgeable about the dresses and the designers. I will forever recommend this shop to anyone I know looking for a dress.

When the designer made a mistake (at NO fault of Ramonas) she did everything in her power to fix it and give me my dream dress.Could not be happier! This was the absolute best wedding dress shopping experience you could ask for. Ramona and her teammate did an excellent job at understanding the dress vibe I was looking for and selecting options for me to choose from. This makes it much less overwhelming! Surprisingly, I went with the first dress I tried on all day, that’s when you know they are great at what they do! It was absolutely perfect. I even went to another shop that day and it didn’t compare. Aside from the shopping experience being wonderful, her shop is curated beautifully. She has it set up as appointment only so you really have a very individualized experience. I will always recommend Bella Bridal to any bride to be.

Hands down the best bridal shop experience of my entire search. Their selection is excellent, the service was impeccable, and Ramona could not have been more helpful, kind, insightful, and fun to work with. I visited twice - once with my mother to try on a number of dresses early in my shopping, and then again a month later to buy the dress of my dreams. Ramona answered all my questions honestly and gave the best guidance. If I had to do it all again, I would start here and wouldnt bother going anywhere else.

Customer service is amazing and the store layout is easy to navigate, Ramona was so patient and I really appreciated her skill in curating a selection fit to my requests and her soulful advice. I had an excellent experience shopping at this bridal shop. Ramona greeted me with a huge friendly smile when I first entered the store. She made sure I had the privacy needed. She attended to me fully, gave me excellent advice and was so patient with me as I asked a million silly questions and was in general overwhelmed by the whole wedding dress search. She was so calm and professional. The selection there was wonderful. Ramona knows her dresses well and she knows what designs to highlight your good features. I was immediately able to find several wedding dresses that I was interested in trying on. I took the time to take a lot of photos as I tried each of them on and ended up finding my dress with Ramona’s help! I was over the top excited and joyful to find the ONE. I was so thrilled when I put on my wedding dress for the big day it was so easy to enjoy the entire day when it can be quite hectic. Ramona provided excellent service and I was so pleased to have met her and worked with her. She also connected me with a highly skilled seamstress to tailor the dress further once my order came in. I couldn’t have been happier and more pleased with the outcome. I felt like the most beautiful bride ever on my wedding day and that made all the effort, time, and money worth it. Hers was not the only shop I visited near the Greater Boston area. There are places out there that will pressure you into buying a dress that you don’t have strong feelings for or make you feel bad trying on different dresses. But not this one!!! Ramona is awesome! I will be recommending her shop to everyone who asks!

I purchased a stunning dress at Bella Bridal almost 1 year ago, and was married last month. Ramona was the perfect host of such a beautiful bridal shop. She gave suggestions without being intrusive, was completely professional, and super friendly! The best part is having the bridal shop appointment just for me and my girls (nobody else could book during this time). I couldnt have been happier with my purchase. I did have a freak out and ordered a different size a month later, and Ramona was completely accommodating and was able to order another size, no charge. The best part was the really sweet text message on my wedding day. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Ramona and her bridal shop to anyone looking for their dream dress, in a relaxed and professional environment!

Really wonderful! The women at the shop are extremely professional. Ive felt very pressured by every other bridal store Ive been in (and I went to pretty much every bridal boutique in Boston), but at Bella Bridal they were so pleasant and helpful! They were totally focused on me, and the whole experience was lovely. Every time Ive spoken with someone from the store, Ive met with nothing but kindness and efficiency. I definitely recommend this shop! :)

Let me just start off with I am a VERY picky bride, and not much of a girlie girl. The whole idea of going to bridal salons made me a little uncomfortable, being poked and prodded by old cranky women trying to dress me up like a barbie doll. But because of a friends suggestion I went to Bella Bridal first. Let me just say everyone in there was so wonderful, helpful, kind, and really made me feel much more comfortable with the experience. I left that day in love with a gown, but wanted to be able to have this experience when my mother was in town. Over the following weeks my frugal nature led me to scour New England looking at everything out there. I probably visited a couple dozen bridal shops, consignment shops, thrift stores, department stores, everything. Bella Bridal was by far the most enjoyable shopping experience down to every detail. I had my second appointment at Bella Bridal Shoppe when my mother was up visiting, and again the girls here were absolutely wonderful. I couldnt believe they remembered me and so much about my first appointment weeks earlier. It is a beautiful cozy boutique filled with (in my opinion) many of the classiest and most gorgeous gowns available, coupled with a no-pressure, but very helpful attitude. We had the whole shop to ourselves for a wonderful and very personal experience. I am thrilled to say I ordered my gown from Bella and am so excited give them my business! I would recommend this shop to every bride out there, and want to extend my warmest compliments to the owner, and the ladies who work there. Everyone who helped me was a pleasure. Thank you!

I cant say enough about Bella Bridal Shoppe, it was hands down the best part of my entire wedding planning experience. The store itself is beautiful and the perfect size. Some other bridal salons feel cluttered, but this space was big enough that you could definitely bring guests along without things feeling cramped. The best part is that when you are looking at dresses, you have the salon totally to yourself so it is a very private and special experience.Ramona, the owner, is truly a gem and went above and beyond for us. She has incredible taste, and each piece in her shop is so unique and unlike anything I had ever seen in another bridal store. As we browsed the racks, my mom and I both said oh look at this one! and turned around to see we were both pointing at the same dress. It was EXACTLY what I wanted and almost immediately I knew it was the one. Being indecisive, I still wanted to try on other styles and Romona was so sweet and patient, and encouraged me to try on as many dresses as I wanted. She gave her honest opinion without being pushy or rude, and you can tell she really does care about her brides and want us to leave happy. She also spoke to both me and my mom, which I appreciated, and made us feel so welcomed.My dress arrived fairly quickly and when we went to try it on at the store it fit like a glove. When it came time to get the dress altered I went to a seamstress recommended to me by a friend. The woman was great but I wasnt thrilled with some of the suggestions and couldnt make my mind up on the bustle I wanted. I came to Bella after my fitting to pick up my veil, and Ramona could tell I was flustered. When I told her what happened she said dont worry, Ill come with you to meet with the seamstress (this seamstress is 30 minutes from her store by the way and I had already paid for my dress... this was not something she had to do or I even expected her to do). We literally couldnt believe she offered. And sure enough, she came to my fitting a few days later. Ramona has experience sewing and worked with the seamstress to make sure I was happy with my alterations and with my bustle. She also let me take my dress back to her so she could steam it and fluff it up for my big day. On the day of my wedding, I got the sweetest text from her.Wedding planning is stressful and sometimes there are elements that dont go right. If you want to have one element you dont need to worry about, go to Bella Bridal. Ramona is AMAZING. She was hands down the best vendor I had at my wedding and by the end of it, she really felt like part of our family. We cant get over how kind she was and her salon has the most beautiful selection of dresses. I am so in love with my wedding dress. Everyone at my wedding said how unique and beautiful it was and I got so many compliments. Thanks Ramona!

If I could give Bella Bridal 10 stars or even 100 stars I would. Without a doubt!! My best friend who is my Maid of Honor agrees 100 percent. So I definitely give them 5 stars! We have been to different Bridal Shops and this was by far the BEST experience. I cannot say enough! The woman who helped us, (Kris) was sooo sweet and kind. We told her a bit of what I might be looking for and what my style and personality was and the very first Gown she picked off the rack, as we were also freely looking through gowns....well, it ended up being the Gown I bought. She nailed it! It was perfect for me and my price range. I also wanted to add that her co-worker was also so sweet and they were both so great!!! It can be really stressful searching for the right gown and Bella Bridal was so helpful and laid back. I cannot thank Bella Bridal enough for making our visit an amazing experience! Thank you! Ramona abaolutely provides the best service and went beyond! I was here to shop for a veil for my wife and she gave really detailed advice and showed me all veils she had. It turned out she had really great jewrly colletion as well, so I also bought 2 pieces. The price is absolutely reasonable.

There literally isnt enough I can say about the experience at Bella Bridal. I went into this without the bride gene and thinking Id found a dress that would do fine at a huge national WalMart of Bridal Gowns which shall not be named. I went with my bridesmaids thinking I was just trying things on for fun and to humor them. But Ramona and her team really provided exceptional customer service, and even more, paid attention to what worked and what didnt. I ended up trying on something completely different than what I thought I wanted, fell in love, and came back a few weeks later after to buy it. I left with champagne, hugs, a gift bag, and a Welcome to the Bella family. Most important to me, there was no pressure whatsoever to buy,and although my budget was miniscule compared to most of the brides Im sure they usually see, I was never treated like less than a millionaire. Wonderful people who really made me feel bridal for the first time. I cant wait to wear my dress!
