Absolute horrible customer service from everyone on the team in Woburn. Installation was cancelled the day before they were set to come, re-scheduled and then no one showed up. impossible to get anyone on the phone, and if you do they tell you theyll look into it and never call you back. Our salesperson has avoided all phone calls, texts and emails but took a large deposit no problem. a complaint has been filed with the BBB and the Attorney General should be contacted as well.

The only reason I will give them 2 stars is for the install team, they were amazing and professional who went above and beyond. As for Brett Jackson, our sales rep, he has not been responsive at all. We were over charged nearly $400 and I still cant get a hold of him or anyone else who can help. I would definitely NOT recommend Pella out of Woburn. Its been a few weeks and Brett and everyone else has ignored my calls, texts and emails. They dont seem to care once they get your business. I will say again the installers were outstanding, cant say enough good about them, but avoid Pella windows.Its now been over a week since Ive posted and I was led to believe they would reach out and make this right but no one at Pella has done so. Truly unbelievable how bad the customer service is, very unfortunate because the windows are great and so was the install team.UPDATE - I am pleased to announce Pella Windows of Woburn made things right, it took me writing negative reviews on Yelp and Google but they did make things right, and I certainly appreciate it. Like I said earlier, the windows and installation team were outstanding but the lack of communication is disheartening.

Its been a tough road with Pella, Im renovating my house and placed my window order in late March, I understand the current consumer climate and challenges companies are facing in delivering, so built in plenty of extra time for delivery. I was told it would be a couple months and that was great!We are now coming up on almost 5 months, some of the correct windows arrived as promised, but 4 windows were incorrectly ordered by the sales rep, three of which were too big, but I had to use any how at my expense, because the wait for new windows was ridiculous and one window showed up that was literally 4X the size of the window we needed and the wrong color and they wouldnt send someone to pick it up to get it out of the construction zone and at some point I was charged for everything, which later was partially refunded, but....Additionally and this is where it gets good, two windows still have yet to arrive preventing me from finishing two bathrooms and the cherry on top, apparently one of the trucks delivering Pella windows caught on fire and my three panel sliding door melted on the side of the highway, you cant make this stuff up, fortunately everyone was alright. But that was early June which is already significantly later then I was originally told and no real effort has been made to expedite a new door, or get me the windows. I still dont have clear information on when the missing items will arrive, just basic information.Look I get it times are tough, labor is low, demand is high and theres a pandemic, but I have not been able to get any updates of substance, communication with my rep is essentially non existent and no effort has been made to fix mistakes made on Pellas end, or expedite the windows/door that have not arrived.Wheres this leave me....with a hole in my bathroom wall letting in all that nature has to offer, with two bathrooms and a kitchen that cant be finished until these windows and door arrive, costing me time and money, workers will have to come back after already doing majority of the work to complete flooring painting and etc. and worse, my parents who were slated to move in, cannot until this is done, because we cant get a certificate of occupancy. The lack of concern and effort shown by Pella is frankly just surprising, it feels like more than just a lack of good business and customer service, because after explaining the human side of this, still no effort was made to find some sort of solution to problems that were created by Pella.I think its clear that Pella is not a company that is concerned with their small, independent residential customers, its impossible for me to believe that these two windows and one door couldnt have been delivered by now if corporate culture put an emphasis on treating all orders equally and if someone just cared.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my life. The unresponsive and lack of customer service is appalling. Our door took 8 months to replace and our window was over a year. We are still without our shower in our bathroom due to several broken appointments. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and STAY AWAY!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST. Absolutely horrible. I began the process of ordering a single window with Pella of Woburn in early June. I was told by the salesperson that it could be ordered and installed within six weeks.It took almost two months of painfully slow back-and-forth with the salesperson to get ONE SINGLE WINDOW ordered. Communication is horrendous. You have to call, text, email relentlessly to get anyone to respond to you. There was conflict between the salesperson and the installer about what type of window would fit. They said theyd look into it...weeks go by, and nothing happens.If I didnt have a house full of a specific type of Pella window that I wanted to match, I never ever would have continued trying to work with them.I finally got the window order finalized in early August. At the time of order I was told that production had slowed and it would now be 10 weeks...oops no actually 11...oh, its looking more like 15 weeks to get the window delivered. I called to check on the status of the order today, and I was told that now it might be even longer than that. Currently, mid-November is the delivery date. I have zero faith in Pella to actually meet this date, so well see.Im just praying I can get this window before winter comes at this point, and Ive been stalled in construction for months while we wait for this stupid window.

We had terrible experience scheduling appointment with this showroom. The appointment was scheduled online, they sent the confirmation number, and a bunch of reminders. Few days before the appointment they moved it 30 min earlier, without asking me. On the day of the appointment they just did not show up. No courtesy call, no email - just a no show. Thanks for nothing guys!

Avoid this company at all costs. I have been waiting more than four months for a back door and a storm door and this company wont even call me back when I call to inquire about installation. Whether you call their main line or their installation department, you will get an answering machine, and leave a message only to have your call go unreturned time and time again. I have called four times now over a two week period with no response. They have my deposit, and seem to content to take my money and not deliver. I am about to go to the Attorney General and any other resource I can find to see if can get my money back. Companies like this are what give the window, door and siding industry a bad name and reinforce its unscrupulous image.

I just visited the Pella showroom in Woburn and found a very extensive resource of the many options this find brand of windows and doors had to offer. With the help of one of the people there I was able to make careful choices about my homes new windows that I would not have been informed of at Lowe’s or been able to distinguish on the website. Excellent resource.

First off, the product you get with Pella is outstanding. You wont find better. We did all of the windows on our house (27 of them) and it has made a significant difference. The installers (Kevin and Sean) were amazing. Respectful, efficient, and attention to detail. They were done with all window installation in 2 days and you would almost never have known they were here! Most importantly...Anthony Griseto, the sales rep....AWESOME! Patient, knowledgeable and responsive.... He is the best! I STRONGLY recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Pella Windows and Doors of Woburn. We moved into an older home in the Boston area this year with original windows - needless to say I was heating the neighborhood as much as our home. I contacted Pella and Ryan Clancy - their Sales Rep came by our home and provided an assessment of our needs as well as detailing the different options we had. We installed 7 new window which have been fantastic. We are going to be contacting Pella and Ryan again soon for further upgrades.

The Pella Windows and Doors Company recently completed the installation of 17 windows and a front door in my home. My husband and I were completely satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment we walked into the Woburn Showroom, we were welcomed with a very pleasant reception by the showroom staff. We described our needs and were then set up with a sales representative. Nathan Goya, our salesman, came to our home and in a very professional, affable and knowledgeable manner described and demonstrated the products, as well as the warranties and installation process. There was no hard sell...we loved that! After signing the contract for the work to be completed, the order was sent in and production began on our windows and door. Once the products were made, the installation crew performed their work. We were extremely happy with the finished product.! Dave and Dylan were some of the crew members. They too were very professional, talented and neat. All in all the Pella experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend this company and its employees!

We have had Ryan Clancy to our home on multiple occasions. He always makes himself available for us, and thoroughly explains our options. He has been very patient and understanding as we are replacing our windows a few at a time. I hope we always have Ryan to call when we are ready to purchase again.

After 50 years of living with a 12 by 5 foot energy wasting front picture window we decided it was time for a change. After looking at what was out there we decided on Pella. The process was very easy from the presentation by Norman Poirier to the installation. While we were concerned with the window we also chose to change out the front door. We have received many complements regarding this project and highly recommend Norman and the Pella Company.

I have all Pella products, Windows and doors throughout home. I have a problem with Pella storm doors and have been trying to reach her via Internet, via telephone, and store in Woburn for assistance in rectifying problem with door which I understand is under warranty but with no help or Concern by any Pella employee, always thought Pella was known for service and quality and warranties there products but not so, service is not their strong points. I could not recommend Pella at this time! Quality product but lousy service after product has been installed!

Ryan at Pella came out to the house and measured for a replacement door for our sun-room. Unfortunately the door was the wrong size and required an extensive work around. This required using a Pella installer and the cost of installation was almost as much as the door. It is a nice door.

Cant get a screen made for something I have dimensions for. This is why I deal with Anderson Windows.

Excellent service and knowledge by Don. We weren’t the only ones there and still got plenty of questions answered. We saw all the products and got a deeper understanding of the construction and differences so we can make the best choice for our project. Can’t get that at a big box store.

Intense customer service focus. Repeated site visits to get the order right. Good natured patience as the project start was delayed. Easy ordering. Sales rep actually helped with the delivery because of the difficult nature of the same. Great product. Looking forward to the next Pella project.

Donald Ball is great and goes above and beyond for his customers. I would highly recommend this company, Donald and the Pella doors that I purchased. I should have bought their windows too but unfortunately already purchased those from another company.

Our sales rep, Ciera Kobal, was lovely to work with. She helped us with everything in picking out a new front door and getting it installed. She was easy to get in touch with and always responded promptly. The installers arrived on time and they were very professional and did a great job! We are so pleased with our new front door and the customer service! I would definitely recommend Pella!

I had a very good experience with a Pella rep from this location. He was punctual, very informative and gave me the time to make the decision without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable. I would definitely do business again here.

What a pain in the @#$ dealing with these people. Their online chat was all automated and wouldnt give me a straight answer about purchasing a french casement window. I called their local store and was rerouted to a call center. Again, useless. Very, very loud background noise and I could barely understand the person at all. Basically was saying I had to have them install the window and needed to get a local store to call me for an in house consultation. Totally useless and definitely wont use them.

Very disappointing experience. Not only our 50% deposit was cashed in 2 months prior to historical board hearing but I have just got from the City council that Pella did not showed up at the hearing and our case has been denied. I have asked for remboursement and I cant get it quickly because it has to be handled by the accounting department. How come at the first place they took our money before the approval ?????

I have never written a review for anything, but my overall experience with both Anthony Griseto, the representative from Pella Windows and Doors, as well as their crew captain James Stead were beyond outstanding. Over the coarse of two months I met with three prestigious General Contractors, and directly with both Pella and Marvin. Pella was the ONLY group that met my criteria of product, design, and workmanship. Anthony was a combined resource of builder, architect, and designer while James was a “white glove” contractor who made the entire project turn-key. It was a dream of an experience compared to the many restoration nightmares in my past! Most notably, Anthony listened to my wishes and elevated the design of my sliding glass door beyond imagination. No other Contractor or representative came close to such detail. You won’t look back on your window and door replacements if you choose Pella, Anthony, and James!

My wife and I were very pleased with the whole process of buying our new windows from Pella Windows the Fall of 2017 for our condo unit.Upon the recommendation of our neighbor, we contacted their sales representative, Dan Mcloughlin, to discuss the options. We found him to be very knowledgeable, accommodating, and most of all very low key –no pressure sales. We eventually decided to replace the two largest windows (1 complicated window with 6 subsections). Dan worked with our condo Board and building superintendent and got all the necessary approvals & permits.On the day of the installation, the installers arrived on time, James and his helper Zack. These workers were very respectful of the condo rules and regulations. They prepped the areas and walkways on our carpets to avoid dirt and damage.Since our unit is located on the fourth floor, they used a lift to remove and replace the windows. Their workmanship was nothing short of excellent! Not only did they clean up all the trash and debris, they left us with “Windexed” sparkling windows!Finally, due to our complete satisfaction with the product, price, and installation, we have contacted Dan to let him know that we have decided to replace the remaining three windows this Spring.As a Facilities Manager by trade & condo owner, I would highly recommend Pella Window products!Sincerely,Bud Nadeau

We just had our basement windows done by pella windows and it could not have gone better. Alex LeClaire met with us twice to discuss the windows and sign the contract. He went through all our options and explained the pros and cons of each. We would definitely use pella windows and specifically, Alex again.
