Customer service is above and beyond. My husband and I are new to the world of firearms and staff spent nearly an hour with us, making recommendations and explaining the mechanics of different makes and models. Prices are competitive and they offer some sales, too. I forgot to use a coupon and they even let me come back a few days later and refunded me the coupon amount. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!

Only go into Four Seasons when I see something special in their used section online. Thanks for posting it online! But that isnt because of any wrongdoing on their part. They are busy and didnt earn the name Deli Ticket Emporium for nothing. Carl is an awesome guy along with the rest of his team. Im sure Ill still fall in from time to time to get the odds and ends like the Valmet I got years ago.

Awesome local gun store. They have great selections of firearms, ammo and accessories. My only gripe with this place is it could be managed a little better. It always seems like its a freeforall in the store with no order. The staff is very knowledgeable but lacks a certain level of customer service. Also, good luck trying to call the store and getting someone to answer the phone.

Havent been to this place in years. Buddy forwarded their newsletter. Saw something I liked . Went up on a Friday afternoon. Waited behind one guy who must have looked at 15 guns and never bought anything .Tried to get eye contact with the sales clerk. Half an hour later another employee came out and said whos next ? Raised my hand, was completely ignored and that was the end of my visit to Four Seasons.

Nice store and they clearly got a lot in stock. Also got a lot of people working too. I came in open carrying because I just got out of work but the guy working stated for the most part this It is completely illegal to open carry and if a cop came in here and saw me doing that then they would immediately take my gun license away. I left very confused and checked with my boss and gun club. They both confirmed open carrying is legal but not advised outside of work or the sportsmen club. I just dont like people giving out misinformation like that because people who are new to the industry will believe them. I dont open carry outside of work though for obvious reasons but thought why not open carry because I went to Four Seasons right after work and of course that is a gun friendly location

So first we walked up and there was a wait the nicest gentlemen asked what I wanted then took my name and number said there was an hour wait and he’d callme when I could go in. Went and got lunch up the street (Pete’s roast beef, bomb sandwiches) ate in my car 45 min went by and I got the call to come in. The place is really clean friendly staff was directed to the computers. Then I had the pleasure of buying my first hand gun from Brian. He was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and funny even recommended checking out another gun similar to what I was looking at just to see if I liked it better. Let me take my time I was super impressed and didn’t feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything. I settled on what I wanted and was really happy with the pricing and the process of background check and checking my paperwork. The staff and the overall experience was just awesome, I will never go to another store to buy a gun.

Carl and his team take the anxiety out of this experience. They stand behind their consignment sales, ready to respond to customer concerns. Used firearms prices are reasonable. The one problem is the phone system: expect many redials to get a person. When you call to place a firearm on hold, be direct, forceful, and loud or it may not be there when you arrive. The salespeople are very busy in a noisy store and can lose focus on what you are saying. One firearm I thought was on hold, was mistakenly sold during my 40 minute ride to the store! Despite this issue, Four Seasons is worth a visit.

This place was an awesome experience, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, cost friendly with deals and prices! My first time purchasing a gun was amazing so laid back and will definitely go back for future purchasing, trade ins, and recommendations!!

Shelves were picked clean of 00 buck ammo, same as they are at any gun store currently. Their initial search in the backroom also turned fruitless so I left for my car empty handed. A Four seasons employee caught me in the parking lot on my way to my car to let me know they found one box buried in the back. This kind of service to a customer only spending $25 bucks is outstanding. I will absolutely be returning.

I havent lived in Massachusetts for a few years, but when I did I bought all my firearms and ammunition from Four Seasons. They are friendly and have the best prices around. It was always worth the 40-45 minute drive.

I read that somebody thought the staff were rude . I disagree 100%! This is the busiest shop in my area and they work hard to take good care of the customer in a very efficient way and it is obvious that it’s very very busy so if someone gets their feelings hurt they are giant Pu$$!es ! Get a life and man up ! I like this place and staff don’t let you leave without a good feel for your firearm as a good shop should .

Very friendly people who are helpful and go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. My mother in law bought a gun from them recently and unfortunately, the first time she got to fire it, the front sight popped off. We went back to the store and very quickly they gave us a brand new replacement slide so that we did not have to wait for it to be repaired. Awesome service and awesome employees.

Bait and switch. I purchased a used firearm with a pre ban magazine. When I got home I found out the salesman had switched it with a different one. I contacted the owner and his only solution was for me to return the firearm. Sad and unethical.

The very best gun shop in Massachusetts by a country mile. Prices are almost impossible to beat within Massachusetts on both new and used guns. Selection is typically excellent. Customer service is excellent too and very respectful despite the large crowds. Just remember that those large crowds are there because this is truly the best place around to buy your guns. By far the best prices on firearms and ammo in the state. I purchesed a firearm recently for just under $900 while every other gun shop I went to priced the same firearm for over $1000. My only complaint about the shop is that it is to far from where I live but the drive is well worth it. If your looking for firearms and accessories look no further.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Although they are busy and their phone rings like the DMV they take each call fresh and with proper greetings. They answered all of my questions and although i knew i wanted to rush to allow them to get to the others, they didnt make me feel that way. Second purchasing experience from Four Seasons and once again they rocked. Best prices around, super friendly staff that really knows their stuff which is a big reason why I make the 50 minute drive up to them. Went in on Black Friday fully expecting it to be busy and a long wait. Busy it was(pretty cramped inside with the amount of customers that day) but long wait there was not. They are very very busy on the weekends so try to go during the week if you can. Their blowout sales are amazingly priced and they are willing to hold a gun with a good amount down. Amazing selection of military tactical firearms. I have purchased a couple firearms one was really amazingly low priced and I love the thing. Probably the best supply of police trade ins anywhere. Some of the best prices in the state period. Their specials on clearance ammo are super. They arent as attentive as a mom and pop place but for their prices how can they be? Go there during the week to stock up for a big weekend. Great web page and emails also. Used firearms is updated daily (AWESOME). They will set a firearm aside for a day so you can get there and check it out (Awesome again) Even if you live a good distance away save up the dough and buy a large supply of items for the savings. Its worth it if you can plan the trip. Great shop will continue to go there for sure.Edit: It has been 9 months and now I am up to 5 purchases. Just too many cool guns and not enough money! : (

I do my research, go to local stores to handle what Im interested in then I drive for an hour to buy at this store because of their prices. The service is good and considering how busy they are I dont expect them to spend an hour showing me different items. They know their stuff and do a great job. This is my favorite shop to buy in but if I want to window shop I go elsewhere. The buying process is super streamlined which is another plus, it reminds me of a good deli.

These folks really made buying my first gun a great experience. Went to two other places just to browse after taking my Firearm Safety course and felt like a 3rd class citizen by the staff. Walked into Four Seasons...they treated me with respect, were very friendly, and answered all of my questions. When my LTC finally arrived, I made sure to go back there and make my purchase. Folks working there are real pros, and I highly recommend this place.

Read the reviews first and then decided to head out on a Saturday. Snow was expected later that day so maybe thats why it was not as busy as I read in some reviews. They have plenty of staff to handle crowds effectively. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are fantastic, By far the best prices in the state. I saved $50 dollars by driving and extra 45 minutes. So I think it was worth it. Its a fairly small shop that is well packed with everything you need. I really liked the place. Thanks Carl and Four Seasons for doing what you do! I will without question return here.

Nice selection of weapons. Knowledgeable staff. Interstate FFL transfer very smooth. Very active website with updates what appear to be daily. The site is updated with both used and new weapons. Handguns and long rifles. Inside the store there are several staff prepared to help any inquiring consumer. The all have been experienced and helpful. And generally everyone is there to help facilitate a smooth informed transaction. Five stars.

Not very friendly if you even hint to question Carls pricing for a repeat customer caught in an interstate dilemma w/ a new, never fired firearm. Overly sensitive and spontaneously explosive personality becoming voistrious in front of other customers yelling to get out, I dont want your business Ill be sure to spread my experience to all firearm enthusiasts I come into contact with. Talked to Brian about a few different 22 rifles. Very helpful and you cant beat the prices. Bought a vp9 with night sights and extra mag for $599. Easily $70 to $200 cheaper than any place on he south shore.

This place is worth the trip. I live over an hour away and have about 5-10 shops in between us and Ill still take the trip. Everything is always about $100 cheaper then sticker price and the stock is always there even during the craziness. Very satisfied and have already bought multiple firearms from there and plan on going back for more :-)

My wife and I bought pistols and other assorted items and the man couldnt have been any nicer! I needed to have the sights changed but they didnt have the ones I needed. They told me to order them and they would install them. A man named Jim installed them while we waited and wouldnt take any money for the job! Thats how to win a lifetime customer!

Always be sure to check out their website for their used gun selection and also their specials that they are running at that time. They do have a parking lot out back. My only complaint and the reason they got only 3 stars, they need a bigger store. The store is ALWAYS mobbed, no matter what time of the day/week you go. It does get quite annoying when you want to look at the different weapons/product available.

As long as you dont have to actually interact with any of the workers its a great price - good prices and selection but straight up horrible service, rude, pushy, and I had to push to get them to show me the less worn glock 19s on hand when they tried to push the very worn ones on me first.

I went to this store early afternoon to buy a new pistol. when i arrived the store had some people milling around but not overly busy. i waited for someone to notice me standing near one counter but no one did. eventually someone asked if i was all set to which i said no i wasnt and then another customer breezed in front of me and the salesperson took care of him instead. four seasons has terrible customer service and you can forget expecting to have someone who works there taking the time to talk to you about what you might be interested in buying. if the sales people dont know you then you can expect to roll around the store with the tumbleweeds and no one will care that youve been waiting forever for service. ill take my business somewhere else where they actually want customers and want to help them. WASTE of time!!!!

Great place!! Anyone giving low ratings, or other people complaining about a gun not being as good as you thought/ problematic under $500 etc.. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. LIKE ANYTHING ELSE IN LIFE. If you spend a little more, more often than not you will get a better quality product. Quit complaining this place has an awesome staff and great prices.

Amazing selection and staff, ask questions, get input from different employees about guns. Make an informed purchase, ask for comparisons and calibers that suit your needs. Prices cant be beat in MA, especially on Sig, HK, Ruger and S&W. Plenty of accessories, holsters, trigger kits, and unannounced special sales when you stop by the store.

This is a really goo gun shop; I have bought most of my guns there and havent had a better experience anywhere. But you should do your part. If possible fill in the paperwork the day before. If you want a discussion pick a quiet time and you wont feel rushed. And read up about the guns before you go. Ive been many times and only once did I have a counter helper that wasnt very interested n- and that was a long time again and he isnt there now.

Enter the shop looking to buy something. Asked the guy Chris, older gentleman, to show me 2 guns and the appropriate holsters. He ended up getting frustrated and left me in the holster section, so had to find the correct one on my own.Was yelled at because I was testing out all features of a gun. He gave me a bad attitude and was very rude, but after i informed him i wanted to buy a gun, he became more pleasant?. I dont understand this type of customer service but it is a very sad one.Decided to give this place a second chance, but ended up to be a bad decision. Went to buy a 850 dollar gun, which was priced in viewing glass. Was charged 899 for some odd reason... Called the owner, owner looked into it. Stated that he thank me for Catching the mistake. What if I did not catch the mistake, why is it my responsibility? Seem liked they targeted me and prior to the sale, the owner told the cashier to ring me a up a certain way.? Are they that desperate? Was informed he would cut me a check and mailed to me.Plan already thought out without any hesitation, like he had experienced this before. My two cents is seems like this happens often and look at your receipt....

This store is run by a bunch of clowns. Yes they have a great selection of firearms and ammo, but the service is terrible. The store is small and crowded and unless you are buying a gun, you will not receive any attention. I stood at the counter and starred at the different workers plodding about while chatting away with other customers who were buying guns. After 20 minutes of being ignored, I left. I know this store is the leading gun seller in the state, but they know that too and there is absolutely no reason to work hard or provide quality customer service. Go somewhere else unless you enjoy watching other people buy guns and fat, lazy workers help them.

Ive been shopping there for over 20 yrs. Yes, it is small. Yes, they are extremely busy. Dont confuse busy for rude. Carl cares about EVERY customer and I dont think he would tolerate a rude employee. Prices are fair and they can get whatever you want (MA legal).

Even though place is always busy the staff does their best to answer questions, make suggestions etc. Plus they have a great selection and the best prices around. I live near several local shops but still drive an hour plus to come here, the money you save will more than be worth your time.
