Had a great experience here! The staff person at the desk (didnt get his name) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Clean and neat store, everything you need for a painting or staining project.

Ive gone to this store twice this week on my lunch break. Both times staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The first day I went in to pick up some samples to test out. The sales associate asked me questions about the lighting in the room and made suggestions based on that information. This allowed me to narrow down my color selection in the store and take home two samples that both would work well in my space. The second time I went this week was to pick up the paint for the project. The sales associate helped me pick out all the supplies I needed, recommended the amount of paint to purchase for the space and double checked to make sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to paint a room in their home. It was a much better experience than searching for paint in an overly lit large home supply store. I will definitely be back for future painting projects!

The reason why I went here is because they let somebody open up an account under my business. They did a credit check on me and everything. I have to waste my time to go down there can explain that it wasnt me. I am contemplating suing. I am extremely upset. I will never go back to Shirley and Williams for anything.
