Back a few years ago, this GameStop was terrible. Often refused to honor warranties, even when presented with a valid receipt. I stopped going to this location. About a year ago, I started coming in again, and boy was I suprised!The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. No pushy sales tactics. Im actually more likely to spend money there now than ever, due to the fact that the environment seems alot more laid back. I also appreciate the staff always nerding out with me. 10/10 would recommend the Wood River location!
