Closed half an hour early, needed brake fluid for an emergency job and they had closed their registers 30 minutes before close. Worst service ever, will report this to corporate.

Called there today due to a major issue I was having with my truck I was looking for a Control Arm & Ball joint for the driver and passenger side I ending up speaking to a rep there named Alex on the phone. Once he told me they had both parts I said I was on my way so I get there and Alex was busy I ended up speaking to Allen now I was a little hesitant to tell him because Alex knew everything and did not want to have to re explain everything again but I did and it was only because Allen was on point with his customer service and he wanted to help me. So he type all my info in and he knew exactly what I was talking about and needed then Alex came out and finished the order. I appreciate both of them due to the GREAT customer service and all the help they gave me. I got what I need and felt good about where I spent my money. So AutoZone you have a new customer for all my truck needs at that store #4295 because of the way I was treated. Thank you again Alex and Allen for all your help!!!!

The staff is rude and refuses to honor warranties on their own duralast products. When attempting to buy a new one they didnt know how to register it in their system and instead told me to keep the receipt and original packaging and then it would be an issue honoring said warranty. Irritating when thats coming from a manager. I wish I can go lower than a star

Did not want to give my mother in law a battery (made up something about only a dealer can do her car - a 2014 crv). So we went across the street to the MUCH better MUCH nicer Advance Auto Parts store and they couldnt be happier to help get us the right battery/installed it for us for a cheaper price that Auto Zone offered anyways. Key takeaway - never going here for anything ever again.

Somewhat busy needed some help I had to ask for help and they gave bad info on where product was. I left and went across the street. Normally I find good help here.

I stumbled into a location where no one on duty at the time really spoke any English, but they were all very friendly and tried to be helpful.

I tried to pick up a part from this store and placed order online. When I came to pick it up, I realized that I had coupon for 20% off. When I asked manager to help me out, she said sorry, too late. Of course its never too late. I just returned item same minute and bought it again with discount. Wasnt really helpful from her side to do that. But still she was trying to be friendly.

Lied about my alternator being bad. Said my new battery was bad due to that....tested myself after I bought the stuff. They worked fine. Spent all day finding my paracisic draw.I wouldnt trust some or the employees here. Ask if they have experience. The young guy I talked to was newer. I told him I knew a bit about what I was talking about.Customers are paychecks to this auto zone.

My husband and I were on our way up to DC for a Redskins game when we heard this horrible metal grinding noise from the car. We pulled off the highway and stumbled upon this Autozone as all the mechanics in the 5 mile radius were closed. When we arrived Aaron M quickly and effiicently helped us figure out our problem and made it possible for us to make it back home safely to Richmond. Outstanding man with his knowedlge and professionalism! Would highly recommend this location!

The lady who woks there I don’t know her name but she is very rude and she is not a helping woman at all. I called this store several times to ask if they have starter for a corolla but was putting me on hold for over 30 minutes and I received no answer. I don’t recommend this store. They don’t do their job let alone helping finding the right part for your car.
