Bought the one and only truck I ever will with Koons GMC last June. Salesman and floor manager were great to work with. The finance department however is extremely deceptive and I was straight out lied to my face multiple times over the “platinum” coverage I got with my truck. The day I bought my truck I was told the plan covered every mechanical issue with my truck, TO INCLUDE maintenance and tire coverage for 8 years or up to 70,000 miles. Went in for an oil change last weekend and found out what I was told was a complete lie. Talked with a different individual who worked in the finance dept now and was apologized to over the misunderstanding but that plan only covered mechanical issues, no maintenance or tire coverage of any kind. That had been the whole reason I agreed to buying the plan and truck to begin with. Was told it was just a misunderstanding which it absolutely wasn’t. I asked repeatedly when signing the paperwork that all oil changes, tires, etc was covered under the platinum plan I was getting. “Absolutely is. You’re not gonna have to worry or pay for a thing for the next 8 years as long as it’s serviced at a GMC service center. Oil, rotating tires, break fluid, DEF fluid (it’s a diesel truck). Nothing. Your good”.There are only two scenarios explaining how this happened. They eitherA.) Had someone with no idea about the program packages they sell working in the finance dept that afternoonB.) Most likely and what I firmly believe, the finance manager knew he was repeatedly lying to me that day just to get me to agree to buy the package, knowing full well the majority of everything he said wasn’t true.And the only thing Koons GMC did was give me one free oil change. That’s it. Didn’t offer to take responsibility and actually honor what I was told when I bought my truck, which was the entire reason I ended up buying the truck there to begin with. I know they have some good reviews, but I personally will never do any kind of business with this dealership ever again and will direct anyone who ever asks me about them to go somewhere else. They participate in highly deceptive business practices, telling customers whatever they have to in order to get the sale of a vehicle and when the time comes to live up to and honor commitments they make, they do everything but that. If you’re looking to buy a new car/truck, do yourself a favor and go anywhere but Koons GMC Woodbridge.

I have been taking my vehicles here for over 20 years. They are courteous, professional, and trustworthy. It is important to me to know that they are honest about what my vehicle needs and willing to tell me if something is an immediate need or can wait. I would unequivocally recommend bringing your vehicles to them!

I love this locations and I love Buick Trucks in general! Buick Enclave is the NEW minivans for millenniums! Buicks gives you the comfort of travel with families, while the intensity of a sport SUV for road trip! The staff here at this location are wonderful knowledgeable people! They are welcoming, honest and helpful! The service is slightly expensive but you definitely get your monies worth, knowing that you and your family are protected and riding safely in style!Thank you guys! You set the standard for vehicle quality and customer service!

We went through Dallas to get our mechanical issues fixed. He was very good at keeping us informed and calling us back. The mechanic also did a great job in that it was a challenge to do. They completed the work when they said they would

This is my go-to dealership when I need dealer-type service. I stopped by because the service station across the road would not perform a safety inspection on my dually pickup (even though they did so for the last 2 years). I was also due for an oil change, so I went into Koons to see about an oil change and a safety inspection. I half expected that I would be making an appointment for later, but they took me right away. After a reasonable wait time I was on my way.

They are very friendly and willing to help no matter the issue however they are not through in any way nor does there word hold any wieght. I went in there with my truck now starting which turned out to be the mega fuse simple swap it was all that was required to fix it. They did that but on top of that they contacted me saying I needed a new battery and offered to sell me one for $300 they said the battery that I had had to be replaced non-optional but they could jump it to get me to wherever I bought the battery from since it was only three months old well once I pick the truck up I literally drove it 15 miles and the battery was fully charged but yet I needed a $300 new one??? As well as now I have warnings coming on my dash that I didn’t have before and because no one has returned my calls have not been able to get that corrected after they said if there’s anything else just bring it back to us will get you situated after discussing with them every electronic component and what happen with the truck they agreed that they would take care of it however have yet to do so in anyway. Furthermore I have aftermarket lights in addition to other things ran on their own fuse own wire to an individual switch all it does is connect to the battery in an always tied into the GM engine or electronic opponents. They not only left them disconnected they left them hanging to the point that they were shredded and melted by my engine which ultimately the wires had to nail be replaced and could’ve caused extensive damage if it didn’t already. I try to make a civil complaint to the supervisors at this dealer ship and today’s day three of them not returning my calls after I called him again leaving messages speaking to one of them on day one. I consider their lack of knowledge an insult by GM by allowing these people to touch my vehicle which they charge me $72,000 for. If anybody cares about the vehicle like I do do not take it there!

I went in because I got a Low tire pressure warning in my GMC Sierra. I stopped in with no appointment. They took me in, fixed the tire (nail!!) and I was on my way! They were awesome!!
