Expressed concerns about wanting paint to MATCH. Painter looked at the truck and appears to have determined the wrong color. Front and rear bumper and door handles completely wrong shade. Paint job is okay. But color matching is bad. If you care about how your vehicle looks this is not the place for you.

Received car back with trim piece missing, called them and they said they would not replace? paint job was ok at best, expected a lot morevery let down, dont recommend this place -- good luck on getting a return call as well

Used them recently when my wifes Rav4 got rear-ended. They did a great job, gave consistent updates on the work and even finished it a few days early. In the end the vehicle came out looking like new, all the repairs were professionally done and there are no telling signs of an accident.

Ive had my fair share of bad luck lately, but the Collision PRO staff was AMAZING! Shannon was very kind and polite. I had to wait a few minutes longer than expected for Byron to come write my estimate, but they are very busy and once he started taking care of my estimate he was very knowledgeable, patient and talked me through the entire process. I have brought my 2016 Mustang here twice for repairs in the past couple of months. Chuck and Shannon are the two people I tend to work with the most and they are awesome. Chuck is helpful, quick and respectful and Shannon is very personable and always answers any questions I have.The quality of work is impeccable. My Mustang is Green and is a very tough color to get right from what Ive read but the work is always pristine and well done. If any of my cars gets hit in the future I will continue to take them here (Though Im hoping my car doesnt get hit again)

I visited to get an estimate for my vehicle. A man came out gave it one look and stated it would be over 2k. He didnt really do any internal inquiries. He did lift my hood then struggled to close it. Finally he got it close. Not only didnt he write an estimate down. He seemed to be in a rush, even though I had an appointment. The extra star is making sure the hood didnt fly open on my drive home.

The work they did on my car was impeccable. They also were able to diagnose other unknown issues with my vehicle. The customer service and contact was excellent and they were able to work with me regarding my work schedule and picking up my vehicle. This was an insurance repair and they worked very well with my insurance company. They also assisted in coordinating getting to a rental car facility. Hablas Espanol tambien.
